We had awful service from the beginning. Got charged for 97 miles and didn't drive that far. Girl at front desk was FaceTiming her friend while also serving us, and the truck door got stuck open and delayed me an hour. Overall not happy with the service and likely won't be back at this location. There is 0 chance I drove 97 miles, as that would represent a travel distance of 156 kilometers which wasn't at all close to how far I actually traveled.Travis N.

If you're going to tell a customer that the engine is warmed up and the truck is ready to go, make sure the back door is closed and the dollies are secured. It was not fun picking the dolly up on the side of the roadDan D.

When I arrived at the counter I told the girl Lexus Belanger that I needed to have clarification on a few things and my name fixed on the account as it was spelled wrong. She had attitude from the second I walked up. I wanted to ask questions and she was having non of that. She refused to change my name to the right spelling which so you know does void the contract but she wouldn't listen. When the signature screen came up I did not hit accept I tried to read the yearns and the whole thing closed and she printed an unreadable page saying she emailed it to me so I also never signed the contract. I just wanted her to explain how I return the car after hours properly and fix my name. Then make sure there were no hidden costs. She rushed me and voided the entire thing for your uhaul. I won't call my credit card company and point out it's a charge to the wrong name as long as that $20 after hours charge is removed. I am NOT paying because she treated me like a piece of dirt or less.Amanda G.

They were understaffed so things were a bit slow but the staff were very accommodating in meeting my needs. Trailer was not really clean but did not affect my application. Traffic was a real issue. Had to wait 15 minutes to leave once I had my trailer. Will still go back to location because of staff and their willingness to help.Syd H.

Picking up a truck with only a quarter tank of gas is unacceptable. I had to put gas in the tank before I left for my location. This has happened to me on previous rentals at this location as well. I have no idea why you don't have people fill the tank with gas when returning the truck. A simple fix that happens at other locations.Bob P.

The truck beds are extremely slippery in cold wet weather please put rubber floors or something not slippery. Overall the rental was great but seriously someone could get hurt on the slippery floorsDoris G.

I had a reservation for a truck at 11am, went to pick it up and there was not a truck for me even though I was confirmed to have one. There were no other trucks available. Had to wait until 5pm or a truck was available. Was told I would be called if a truck became available. I was not called, so I called at 4pm and was told my truck was ready. Would have liked to be notified prior as they said they would. The customer service was good initially at the store, but unimpressed overall. Was not compromised for any inconvenience.Sean G.

First trailer had a flat tire with a nail in, so would not retain air pressure. And in fact was dirty. Situation quickly correct by very friendly front office sales assistant, manger and outside support staff Delayed departure by perhaps 20 minutes. Second trailer was clean and fulfilled our need. We pre-booked a 15 foot van with a furniture dolly and a hand dolly. When we arrived at the uhaul location on time, the only â€œworkingâ€ 15 foot van had an ignition that was extremely difficult to turn to start the engine, and it only had 5 miles until empty despite the policy to return the van with 1/4 tank of gas. After we declined to use that van, we were provided a 10 foot van. Unfortunately as we had a smaller van our move took longer than expected and many more trips than expected. Staff stated all the other 15 foot vans had the catalytic converters stolen so we were unable to use them. The staff stated that no furniture dollys or hand dollys were available as they are first come first served. I explained I had reserved one of each when I pre-booked the van in advance. A staff member allowed us to rent a new furniture dolly after explaining we had reserved two dollies in advance. Very unorganized location, multiple broken down vans. Clearly overbooking what they have available. Will not return here again, very disappointed in our experience.Caleb T.

I booked a dolly 1 month in advance of the rental date. There were no dolly's available on the day of pickup. I was not made aware of this in advance of the pick up date. Obviously this puts your customers in a very difficult position, and makes it clear that Uhaul is not a customer focused business. I will not be using or recommending uhaul moving forward as a result.Alex N.
