I was told i could reserve a 4x8 enclosed trailer by the person working on the day i made the reservation and once i showed to pick up the trailer i was told that they did not getntget those at that location. Needless to say my next question was why make a reservation and i was questioned by the manager on duty (very rudely ) did i want it or not (referring to the bigger trailer 5x8. I personally did not feel that was a good business practice because i have used them many times before with a very good experience. I was told there was nothing that could be done to rectify the situation because i did not receive a phone call which i was told is the standard procedure. I left feeling very disappointed with the service at this location and i will not use them for things in the future.

The staff were not only personable, they were understanding of our situation ( the apartment we were moving into caught on fire and we had to keep the Uhaul and extra day). I will use this place again, as soon as we are able to move back in.

One problem that's the price it goes from $19.95 for the pick up truck to $71,95 plus I put back the gas that was used if I had not it could have cost over a hundred dollars if a person only have $19,95 they would be in trouble am just saying.

I had the vehicle for about 3 hours. The sales associates were professional and competent. This was my 2nd time renting from this location and I prefer it because of the location.

I didn’t like where we had 224 miles. Where we was goin to was 200 miles. We had to drive from the U-Haul place to our house and then to the drop off spot. I made it under but it was very close. I’m just saying consider people have to drive from your business to the house and then to the destination and then to go get gas to put it back where they got it from. Thank you

Poor customer service, and I was pretty much called a liar after we returned the truck, and stated that we were not able to find the key drop. We also were rushed off the property after returning the vehicle at night because of white van with armed men loitering on the property at night.

Seems like you are continually busy. The day I was there to reserve you had a staff of 5. When I made the return you also had a staff of 5. The wait was a it long but ,you all do a excellent job with customer service. Keep it up!

I was charged extra mileage because the idiots that prepared the contract only allowed 228 miles on a 261 mile trip.from Uhaul r.l Thornton location to 348 battle rd. homer,La. Was the load destination not Uhaul location 3100 barksdale Blvd.bossier city la.why would an idiot route the rental from dallas location(Uhaul)to Bossier city(Uhaul)location with no consideration to the unload destination 348 battle rd. homer,La.from 348 battle rd. to Uhaul Bossier city accrued the extra mileage when there was closer locations terminate(turn in truck) the short answer is the trip was a disaster after being charged extra mileage for a mistake that was clearly the originator(Uhaul) fault.it would be only fair to return the monies for the overages. This was not the location that it was scheduled for. It was very out of my way. They were not very professional. They were having a problem with the lady in front of me with uploading here drivers license. The guy asked her if he could take a picture of it with his personal phone. The truck itself had a soft drink spilled all over the cup holder and the floor. When I got home and opened the truck I had to kill two cockroaches before I could begin loading the truck. I have used U-haul a couple of times before an have never experienced anything close to this before and if I do, it will be the last.

Provide better trucks that run adequately enough to allow someone to move without extra added stress if wondering if the truck is going to clunk out. It felt like the transmission was going to drop at any given moment. It took the truck forever to switch into the right gear. This was such a horrible experience and hope I never have to rent another truck from this company. So sad!

location was ok first experience in 20 years... FOLLOW THROUGH IS THE BIGGEST ISSUE... MICHELE ONE WAS GOOD, RENTAL WASN'T PERFECT BUT SHE HANDLED THINGS MGR MICHELE WAS FAIR, CALL TO GET AN EXTENSION OF TIME FOR 15MINUTES AND WAS GRANTED. THEN SOMEONE ELSE CALLS ME FROM THE LOCATION AND ASK WHEN WAS I BRINGING THE TRUCK IN... WHY? i JUST GOT OFF THE PHONE WITH THE MGR... HER KNOWING THE SITUATION. AND YOU EVEN ADKNOWLEDGE KNOWING OF THE ARRANGEMENT??? SO WHY THE CALL? AND I DON'T FOLLOW... YOU CLAIM 24HR RENTAL BUT THEN I'M SHORTED BY OVER 4 HOURS? IF YOU PAY FOR 24HRS YOU SHOULD GET 24HRS. BUT LETS BACK UP... WHY DID I EVEN HAVE TO GO INTO THE STORE? BECAUSE THE OVER THE PHONE REP TOOK MY INFO, SUPPOSELY SCHEDULED ME AND TOOK MY CARD INFO BUT NEVER TEXTED ME OR EMAILED ME LIKE SHE CLAIMED SHE WOULD DO. BECAUSE OF THIS I WENT INTO THE STORE. AND GOT SWITCHED TO A LARGER TRUCK. WAS THIS BAITING AND SWITCHING ALL ALONG? NOW BACK TO THE STORE... WHILE WAITING IN LINE FOR MY TURN AT THE COUNTER AND A HISPANIC CUSTOMER COMES IN AND JUMPS THE LINE IN FRONT OF ME AND OTHERS? IF THE LINE IS GOOD FOR ONE IT SHOULD BE GOOD FOR ALL. CORRECT THEM LIKE YOU CORRECTED OTHER CUSTOMERS BEFORE THEY SHOWED UP. JUST BECAUSE YOU SHARE A NATIVE TONGUE DOESN'T MEAN YOU GIVE YOUR PEOPLE A PASS... MY RECOMMENDATION TO YOU WOULD BE TO INFORM THE PUBLIC ABOUT THE PEAK TIMES WHERE THERE MAY BE AN ISSUE WITH HAVING ENOUGH EQUIPMENT FOR DEMAND. HOW MUCH MONEY ARE YOU LOSING BECAUSE OF THIS? PAPERWORK SAID 1/4 TANK... MICHELE CORRECTED TO 1/8 OF A TANK. BEFORE I LEFT BUT ONLY DROVE "2" MILES AND FUEL LIGHT IS ON... I BROUGHT IT BACK AT OVER A 1/4 OF A TANK.

They quoted me 3 different prices from what was on my initial total. I called 2weeks in advance, asked my questions got a complete understanding from the coustomer service rep. 2days before my pick up I called to confirm and make a slight change as well as add my driver information. I got 2 calls from 2 different locations, neither was the correct info. I call the camp wisdom location to get everything confirm with the correct info. Over the phone all info was correct at the end of the call, but my email and text, wrong info. I call got the coustmer Service Rep.(very nice &helpful guy). Got all my information corrected was quoted a total pricing for my complete move, I’m driver information put in with a note so hevwouldn’t have any problems and could just get the truck and go. The day of pick up, horrible. They had to do a entire order for my driver, quoted 3different prices neither was the price I was told. My cost went from 2-3-$400 when we finished. When I asked her to explain how’s this possible. She (the woman at the camp wisdom location) got louder saying the same thing, no explanation. Then told me I can’t get a truck. Told me I have to come to the office to use my card. I explained, I’m located in San Antonio I can not come to the office. She proceed to tell me I can’t get a truck. Never acknowledging my confirmation info, until I told her specifically to read the notes that was left by the sales rep. The sales Rep had already told me that I didn’t need to be present to get the truck this is why he added my driver info in the notes and my card on filed. My driver had to use his card in order for me to get a truck. Horrible experience with the camp wisdom location

On the Saturday morning of our reservation for an enclosed trailer, there were only 2 employees on duty (Meshell, office/cashier & Kevin, vehicle/equipment operator) who worked very well together. They were a great team that provider friendly, efficient & professional customer service!!!

Stop adding additional charges on my account. I rented from this location twice and twice I had to come back and get a refund from the manager!!!!! When you take additional money from someone's account it causes negative ripple affects in one's account!!!!!!!!!!!! If I can avoid it I will not rent from.uhaul again!

Home ever clean the truck on the inside did a wonderful job it smell good however whatever cloth they use to clean the inside of the windows made the windows smeared and foggy I had to clean the windows to see clearly what the paper towel myself other than that everything else was wonderful on my pick up day. However the following morning when I receive my receipt that had my charges on them I was double charge for everything I called and spoke to to the customer service lady her name is Wendy she was very nice and helpful she said that the charges would be removed by 3 o’clock it is 9:49 PM central standard time in the three charges are still pending on my account I will doublecheck in the morning to see if two of the charges have been cleared of the net it was a great experience and I appreciate it thank you so much. however the following morning when I receive my receipt that had my charges on them I was double charge for everything I called and spoke to to the Customer Service lady her name was Wendy she was very nice and helpful she said that the charges would be removed by 3 o’clock it is 9:49 PM central standard time and the three charges are still pending on my account I will double check in the morning to see if two of the charges have been cleared of the net it was a great experience and I appreciate it thank you so much

The truck didn't have air condition and I wasn't told so until after I paid and was given the key. The guy that checked me out had a "I don't care it's not my problem attitude". The truck's engine was loud and the truck was shaking when I drove it. It got dark as we were moving that's when I found out that the inside light didn't work. I was told by a General manager that I would be discounted. I turned the truck in and was not discounted. I called the General manager's personal phone got no answer or a call back. I called the 800 number again left a message for the general manager and never got a call back. So I was lied to about a discount and never got it and have been ignored.

Mobile pick up is to prevent waiting. I had to pick up the key in the inside. There was a line. When the other guy is on duty he always places the key in the truck. Everyone should do their job the same.

Well the truck that was issued had a belt problem. Everytime I pressed the accelerator the belt would squeal... Made me afraid that it was going to break at anytime. Check the trucks before they go out...

i was overcharged for the gas once dropping off the vehicle. i picked it up at half a tank & was charged $9.20 for dropping it off at half a tank. not only that i had a pick up time initially for 0700 & then got switched to a different location the next day & wasn’t able to pickup until after 0800. then once i got to the location the guy overcharged me & said there were no notes in the contract & had to contact a supervisor named “mike” i believe & they just wanted to refund me $40 at the location i dropped it off at which would still short me $10. so i told them i wanted a refund they had to charge my card again for the correct amount & once he did it the second time i guess the details in my contract magically appeared because it adjusted from $181 to $131 without him having to do anything. he apologized & stated he had no idea why it did that, however the whole time he was rude & impatient with me because of what the other location quoted me for my initial contract. as far as the gas tank... i took pictures before i left the location of pick-up & i have proof it was at half at tank. i do not appreciate all the time i wasted dealing with this location in killeen & then being overcharged in dallas for fuel that was never in the truck! the guy that gave me the truck drove it up himself & also witnessed the gas tank being at only half a tank as well

It would be helpful if moving help would actually respond to the email I sent in relation to the service. At the bottom of my order it provided me with an email to use for concerns. I have not received even a letter of acknowledgement in three days. This is my third time using moving help. The other two times were good however after this experience there may not be a fourth

I will never use U-Haul again, the charged me twice, my reservation was all messed up, so I had to redo it all over again once I arrived. They charged me for a 17” truck but they only had a 15”. U-Haul services was just very unprofessional for me. But the worker at this location was wonderful, and he did all he could to fix things for me.

Although I loaded the trailer correctly when I approached 60 mph the trailer began to sway until I slowed to 50 mph. There is a suspension problem that needs to be corrected immediately. This problem increased my travel time excessively.
