This was NOT my contracted drop off location. U-Haul redirected me to this drop off location on my last day of the 3-day 1-Way rental. This was 10 miles in the wrong direction for me & not near where I needed to be later in the day. This was a waste of 20 miles (R-T). There was no ask - if I could or would do it - just you need to take it there per their dispatch office. I felt lucky the location was open until 7pm and I could drop off in time with an agent. The lady at the rental drop off was nice but really confused why I went to them and not my contract. Another U-H issue fail.

When customers make a reservation you should honor it. I made a reservation for a truck and upon pick up was told they didn’t have a truck. I had to rent the next size up.

The two young men that checked us in and checked us out on Sunday the 26th at the camp wisdom facility was very very nice and very helpful. If I have to use U-Haul, I would like to always go to the camp wisdom because of the professionalism

I keep trying to make payments on my storage because I was in the hospital and sick they wouldn’t work with me. Over charged me for the storage for $120 to $130 for a small storage and said that was on cause of the location but that was bs
