Location is currently in a road construction zone and the site asks that all customers plan to be dropped off as parking is at a premium. In order to comply I rode mt ebike from Eliot Maine, as soon as I pulled in the employee and I started talking as he was outside with a friend on Labor Day weekend. I immediately realized I had made a monumental mistake by leaving my wallet back at my storage unit with my car, bur=t I had my phone and had just photographed both sides of my license for the app and I told the guy in charge he immediately said nice try buddy and said I was trying to con him into letting me joyride with no license. I said I had photos of it but hed wouldn't even try scanning it swaying he couldn't know it waqs real without the barcode on the back, I had a photo of the back Nope it won't work, I said that is all I need if I pick it up after hours, he said maybe after hours but he would not be able to scan a photo since I was lying anyway. It got pretty heated and he told me to go to the DMV and get a real license. Rather than continuje this nonsense I said I'll be right back left and started the 15 mile trip to shut this guy up and before I got to Philbrikck's I got the first flat I've ever gotten in hundreds of miles from the construction I dunno but a 3.5" nailo dead center of my rear tire with no patch, no pump. Philbrick'!s! Labor Day Sale 2 ez ups, thank goodness and it's closed, for Labor Day. So I got a ride and got back much later and got the truck from the nice lady who was working because I had a real license, but I didn't want to lose my wallet out of my pocket on the ride, stupid of me, yes, but like I said a picture of both sides in the app and you are all set to pick up a truck that is unless this guy is working. He even argued with me aboiut whether the app said be dropped off, saying sure it says that but if you are taking a truck of course you can park even though it says you can't. Will avoid this location like the plague. It's best I didn't make it back after that.

Debra DService and ease of rental and returns was great. Staff friendly and knowledgable. I had ordered a 15' on line, but got a very nice call from a woman who said we could get a 20' for the same price as the 15' was not available at that location. In fact, when we went to pick it up a 15' truck had just been returned. Our only critique was the truck we rented was really in terrible condition, a few holes in the roof (luckily it wasn't raining when we used the truck), lots of rust, the back lift door was very difficult to open, etc. Not a comment on the rental location, which we love, just on the condition of the truck which was probably past its "due date" for pulling from service. We were using just locally. If it had actually broken down or the door actually had totally jammed we would not have been happy!
IRENE BThe GM motor components seem to be beat on these rigs or maybe you don’t do enough Mechanic upkeep or maybe nobody else cares cause they’re just driving in and doing some sort of chore and then returning it, but I think you could do better with the mechanics of it although it ran fine it sounded like maybe it would break down or needed like the ball joint repair. I don’t really know, but I feel like the fall could be better of the engine part.

Christopher JI had an appointment to pick up my rental truck at 9 am. I was there for 8:50 am. The truck that was scheduled for me wasn't there an apparently was 2 hours away from previous renter. The staff made accommodations for me and was in a truck at 9 :50 am. I was promised a 50.00 gift card for my inconvenience but haven't received anything.

Felicia SRental went great overall. The only downside was that when I picked the vehicle up, the gas tank was at 3/4 full. Before dropping it off, I made sure to refuel it back to 3/4, matching the level it was at when I picked it up. However, I was still charged a fuel fee for not returning it with a full tank. Other than that, everything went smoothly. Fee came out to $11 for 2 Gallons.

Went there and the staff was as rude as anything I’ve enter a countered. Sent to two turns over in Windsor VT which was really in Ascutney VT, had to back track 5 miles, charged a late fee and gas which was half full as told that needed to be in Dover NH where we left from. You suck, will never recommend you to anyone. You screwed me out of money. $110 exactly. The excuse in ascutney was their mailing address was Windsor and we needed to there by 8:45 am But the Drop off in my original destination didn’t open until 10 am. Bunch of bullshit to take money. Maybe explain that next time. Again you suck
