I was given the gas tank on the E mark level, which I was supposed to return it the same way I found it. My friend who was helping me told me to take a picture of the gage as proof of the gas tank was not on the 1/4 mark level, but I didn't do it because I was a little lazy. When I returned the vehicle, I put $10 gas in the tank that was almost reached 1/4 of the tank of the vehicle. The associate called me and told me that I returned the vehicle with less than 1/4 of a tank. I told him that I even put more gas in the tank than it had before. That guy threatened me and told me that if I didn't take the truck and fill in the tank to put it at 1/4 of a tank, He was going to charge me $39 extra. I said to that unprofessional and nasty man that, I found the tank on the E mark gage level, and I also told him that since he had insisted that I put more gas in the truck to avoid being charged $39 extra, I would go with the truck and put more gas, to put it at the 1/4 level. I told him that If I had listened to my friend when he told me to take a picture of the gas gage, this would not have happened to me. I told him that I will never make this mistake again. I was only instructed by owner to come to middle lane the young lady who checked me in gave me no instructions on procedure to take out or return equipment,took over hour to reach customer service to return equipment and that representative was no better, will be looking for another carrier in the further if neededYANCEY B.

This is not the location I was originally sent to by Customer Service. I had already exhausted my search for a AT at many locations on Sunday and was ready to leave to return to SC. Your CS representative called me personally and assured me that she located a AT for me and confirmed it was what I needed, but could not pickup until the next morning. I made the appointment for 9:30 am to the AK Kustomz located at 2765 Belco Dr., Orlando (res# 83059082) I had to stay an unexpected night. The next morning after a 30 minute search the location turned out to be a body shop with no Uhaul markings. A shirtless young man with his underwear exposed and sweatpants at the bottom of his cheeks greeted me in parking lot. Once in his office I detected a strong odor of marijuana combined with burning scented insence. Needless to say he did not have the AT I was contracted for nor did he even rented the type I specifically asked for. He referred me to a location about 2.5 miles from him. This trip was also unsuccessful. The vehicle I was to towed was located on Orange Blosson Trail. On the way back there to let them know I would have to make other arraignments for another date, I saw this U Haul location and stopped in. The mgr. (Gary) was very professional. This is only why I rated this place. But very displeased with the U Haul Customer Service rep that called me Sunday afternoon and caused me to loos a day's work. I wasn't able to leave Orlando until 1:30 pm, when I had a 9:30 am. I seriously like to make an complaint or speak with the Orlando District Rep.THOMAS B.

The parking lot was so packed we had to make up a parking space in the back and then we ended up blocked in by someone else who came to turn in their truck. I think maybe designated spaces may be best.SHANNON C.

I started at Sergios auto body shop off church street in Orlando and they did not have the keys to the UHaul even though I had made this reservation two weeks in advance. They were completely unprepared and I had to go to a different location to pick up a UHaul and I did not even get the one I needed and they tried to up-charge me for a bigger UHaul even though I had rented a 9ft and that wasn't available and they only had 15ft. It was a horrible moving experience, and I was late to my check-in time. You guys should revoke Sergios UHaul license, as apparently this is not the first issue UHaul has had with them.SYDNEY H.

I had to wait for them to find a truck, redo my paperwork. Lady handed me the keys and told me to look for the truck on the lot. The truck light stated oil change needed and ran rough. Airbag warning light on. In the past they used to bring the truck out and cool off before you got in. They also refuse to remove the dolly which is a huge problem for us loading our food pallets. We have to manually load because of this unacceptable problem. We are looking for a company to work with us instead of against us. We also don't think their music is appropriate.Karlette K.

My original drop-off destination, per my original order was at a different location. When I showed up to drop off my truck, the place was closed. It was supposed to be open per the office hours on the door, but no one was around. The truck I rented had mechanical problems ... it kept stalling and was running rough .. kinda disappointed in this location for sending a truck out like this and when I said something when I got back back they took 8 dollars off the bill...really? It cost me 250 in lost time on my job wait for the truck to startEDWARD B.
Was guaranteed I would have an open 6x12 trailer. I called day of to confirm placed on hold never talked to anyone. When I arrived my trailer was NOT available. I was offered something smaller and was going to be charged MORE than double than what I was originally wanting. She gave me the rate I originally was quoted after asking (woman was very pleasant to speak to). I'm only disappointed in Uhaul. This really wasn't the biggest issue but verbally I said I wanted to take it to another location to return , when I got there they only refused after seeing the agreement (that I never signed) that said I would return to the original location. The other location then lied and said they couldn't accommodate the trailer even when they were just about to take it off the hitch and I said I would even pay the extra fee.ROBERT R.

I have a serious issue with one of your dealers. I had a reservation (Reference number: 21039493 Aug 7th One Dollar Depot 6112 Forest City Rd Orlando, FL 32810), went to pick up the trailer and your dealer refused to rent it to me. Stating my birthdate was incorrect. I had my id, printed reservation, everything showing who i am. He was more interested in selling beer to someone who walked in, rather than speak to me. I worked for U Haul 10 yrs ago and would NEVER treat anyone like that. I rent A LOT from U Haul and never had this experience. How this person has a dealer license is beyond me. You should get some secret shoppers and check your dealers. This is completely unacceptable.SCOTT B.

The problem is , the right and mirrors can not be adjusted neither by hands nor by buttons. The mirrors are fixed, and they cannot be moved at all which makes it difficult to see the road and the cars that are on the road.
