JESSE MThe staff, great. Give them bonuses/raises. The dollies, great. Give them a bubble bath. The location, inside was good. However, you gotta sacrifice some space to improve moving cars & trucks in/out. The truck, needs serious TLC. Engine is running hot, you have a leak in the storage hold, the cup holder piece is falling off, getting truck to go from 0-35mph was a chhhoooore, windshield wipers weren't working well. It's near 150k miles, might be time to retire.

KENNETH BHorrible experience! To start off we were handed a key and basically told to match the number on the key chain with the truck! We didn’t know where the number in the truck was so when I went back inside to ask where we would find the number , the lady told me but kind of in a way where I felt dumb! Like I was supposed to already know that! Secondly once I got to where I was picking up furniture I noticed that the truck didn’t have a ramp and made my move horrible since everything had to be lifted up high ! I also had to have someone else drive the truck because the seat wouldn’t move forward and I’m 5”1 ! I’ve drove plenty of U-Haul trucks never had this issue ! The truck rental being under my name made this situation for me very uncomfortable! The truck had the check engine light on and drove like it needed to be on ! I was scared felt like I was driving over bumps !

CORDERA BJust make sure that when looking for equipment that it is updated because I had two reservations of same equipment & someone forgot to delete the other. It was later corrected because I got a message to make sure that it wasn't two trailers instead of one.
TRAVIS MGreet customers. Check the customer out so no surprise charges. I was charged a gas fee when I put gas at level I received it. Spoke with team member yet no resolution other than take pictures next time.
ALBERT BGary and the other young man with the dreads were both top notch!! Both were extremely friendly and helpful and made the rental experience smooth and enjoyable. Normally, I dread having to deal with people at equipment rental facilities, but these two gentlemen made it a great experience.

Sheila YEverything was excellent! The employees were friendly, professional, and helpful. The entire process was VERY smooth and easy. It took about 5 minutes to pick up our truck, and, seconds to return. There was a person outside checking people in as we pulled in.

Justin RI rent from a few UHauls, but this one has one of the most amazing customer services environments you can enter into. The staff is friendly they make you feel welcome from the moment you enter the location until the last second as you leave upon returning your truck.

TERRY MGary was most helpful, professional, and pleasant, who listened to his customer’s need, asked the right questions and saved me injury by suggesting a trailer with a ramp tailgate to facilitate hauling a larger walk behind mower that could not be picked up physically. Quick rental and check-in upon return, yes, I’d definitely rent from this location again!
