Employees were rushed because it was a busy location which caused them to be a bit short and less than hospitable. Additional employees would help the staff not be so spread thin.

The truck was missing the furniture dolly so we had to lift and carry many heavy things. Also I was charged 2x the estimated amount and the actual.

My son in law tried to pick up the truck with my credit card to save time but they wouldn’t allow him so I had to stop what I was doing and drive across town. Then there was only 1 person helping customers and someone was already being helped so we had to wait a long time in line. We got a late start which affected our whole day.

I like the u haul rental center on Curtner. I will use it again. I am sorry I was a day late. Move in day complications (company bed bug process policy).

When I made reservation online I made for 2x days. I see I was charged for 2x days. I was called after day 1 that the truck I reserved for 2x days was reserved for another family so I needed to bring the truck back early. I didn't even get to finish my move.

MJ made it easy even though i spend 1 hr in the store because there was a lot of customers and my original reservation was @ hamilton store . The rep acted so well and he was really helpful

Most vehicles have worn seats and weak AC and every truck I rented had 1/4 tank or less in gas. The last truck I rented had a hole in the gas tank and I had to return for another truck.

My cargo truck was ready and waiting for me when I arrived. I did most of the registration online, which really helps with the process (copies of my Driver's License, etc). I had a mishap with a BBQ I was transporting; got ashes all over the inside of the van. I vacuumed as much as I could. The guys at U-Haul were really nice about it. Told me not to worry, and they didn't charge me any extra which I thought they might. All in all, a great experience at Curtner U-Haul!

This is the third time I have rented a UHaul in 8 1/2 months. Until now all experiences have been great. For this trip, however, I would say your customer service was fine but your customer experience was TERRIBLE. I made my reservation at least 6 weeks ago for the location .25 miles from my home. Two days before I am scheduled to pick it up, you tell me there is no tow dolly at the Mountain View location. My original plan was to Uber to the UHaul and drive it down the street and load. That all changed when you told me I had to drive 20 miles. I had to quickly find someone to take me during their lunch break. Seems like the ownness should have been on you to drive a dolly to the mountain view location. In addition to this, originally I was told that I could not drop the tow dolly off at the mountain view location while I loaded and then pick it up when I was done. I was told I would have to drive back to the location I rented to pick up the tow dolly. Now we are talking 80 miles in Silicon Valley traffic. Unacceptable customer experience. I finally got the last issue addressed.

Worst experience and for the last time! When people reserve a truck They arrange for movers and schedule stuff not for you to call the night before and tell them it's not available. To make them go extra miles and not be comped. Then to tell me its because your busy. I planned 2 weeks out! I am busy too! Third time this happened and it's the last, I promise!

My furnitures were broken when it has arrived. I do not know if it happened during transit or while in the storage. I do not know how to rank this storage.

I had to wait for my uboxes. They were not ready when I arrived for the appointment time. The billing system was having issues with my order. They were not able to close out my storage order onsite.

I had to access my U-box three times while I stored it at Curtner Ave. I called and gave advance notice every time, and only one time they had it ready. This location isn't efficient. Long waits

I tried to call the branch several times to confirm a time to pick up the contents of my Ubox but the number listed routed me to a call center instead. Frustrating when trying to arrange times etc...
