Check in and check out was fantastic. Very quick, simple, and organized. Employees were extremely helpful and friendly. Cost of trailer was very reasonable.

It is rare these days, and I don’t give reviews very often, but it’s truly nice to see that there are still good people out there. He is an asset, hopefully he is compensated at the higher level, because that’s how he performed. Thanks to this fellow.

MAXWELL HYour night security guard was needed to help us find where to leave the dolly and even how to find a drop location. We had to unload the towed car (driveable) in a dead end ally because of the bad signs. We were then able to back the dolly back to a place we could return to the office. Totally unacceptable signs and even the security guard had trouble directing us to a dropoff location. All of this is at 8:30 PM in darkness. Without the assistance of the security guard we might still be in your maze of alleys.

Robert RIt took 2 days to close my rental after returning the truck at the store and handling over the key to a person in store. I had to call customer care to close my order. I was getting return pending msgs on app. Was charged additional amount on my card for extended rental. Everything is in order now, but it was an unnecessary hassle.
