Lady at the front desk with huge attitude. She finds problem out of nowhere even before I get a key (did my check-in via app). It's my second time at this location and I'll not come back again. And she doesn't follow state rules regarding COVID 19. Second time I see her inside not wearing a face mask. Not at all.

Everything went Well until The bill came. I told the lady I was using 12 miles and she charged me for 7. In reality I used 19 miles but because she charged me wrong the price basically doubled. Then I told them the gas was not where they had it at and sent a picture and they still charged me for gas. The bill should not have been so high. On top of that I was speaking to the lady and instead of speaking back to me she was on her phone and just had me standing waiting. This is after she called me to her counter. She could have left me in line until she ready and not ignore me as if she did not just call me up.

The customer representative who assisted was horrible. An animal would have been friendlier and courteous more than her. She was talking with 2 other representatives about other stuff and was utterly dismissive. I see why people are using robots and computer operated cashier. Hopefully your store will be doing that too.

The only problem I had was bringing back the van she said I wasn't able to drop the van off at any location in jersey which sucked cause that's the purpose of renting uhauls is to not come back

I've used this location before with no issue. But I'm disappointed at no one explaining to me about the after hours service charge. Had I known that I would've made other arrangements in returning the vehicle. They kept it a secret I guess. Bad business

This is my 1st time to use U-Haul. The service and app were great; however, the location and the lady (Tessan*) there were disrespectful to me and to the customer before me. I'd use the service again but definitely not at that location. Very poor customer service.

I'm not sure who the two young ladies I worked with on Sunday Morning were. I think one maybe named Tessa. They were both phenomenal. My order was canceled a few times and if it was not for their professionalism, understanding and response, I would have had a remarkably sour experience and viewpoint of Uhaul. Thank you, -Charles

I found a liquor bottle in the Uhaul in between the driver and passenger seat when I first got in. The vehicle battery was dead so it wouldn't start. I waited a whole hour at the kings hey location to go back to do the move. I ended up being late for the movers to help me. In result I was charged an additional $225.00 for the job being completed late. Also I charged additional fees because the movers had to leave and in result I had to move the rest of the stuff on my own and didn't finish until 10 53 pm at night and I was told I'm being charged a late fee. When I spoke to a representative the explained I would be charged a late fee and that someone was also going to reach out to me about the issues I had to face with the move and see what can be done. I haven't received a call yet. Can someone please assist with this issue? Thank you, Vivian Styles

I have never rented a u-haul van like this. 10 minutes into my ride flies started coming out from where I have no Idea. When I got to my pick-up location and started to load my furniture a nasty residue smell came from the back. The person with me noticed it and it got worse and worse. It literally smelled like Sh**. I read the reviews that were already bad about this location but I really needed an early rental so I took the chance. Never again. Would never recommend this location.

the front desk people very slow and they need 2 more persons to work along with them because they get frustrated with the long lines and only 2 persons at the front desk that not good for business and customers also get frustrated too with only 2 attendants working

I did the online check in to avoid waiting in line.... so did everyone else. Was there 15 min before I was due to pick up truck and waited in line for over an hour. The woman asked me all my details 5 times, all stuff that I entered online so that should have come up when she typed in confirmation number but apparently not. Heard everyone before me having to repeat their details over and over again as well. Only one person working with a line out the door and people waiting for over an hour, obviously poorly run.

I made a reservation for a vehicle at 8 am was told I would be contacted with a location to pickup vehicle within an HR, that never happened. I received a text of where to pick-up the vehicle for 12pm only to drive to the location and be told they don't have a vehicle for me, then had to call the reservation number and be told I had to go across town to pickup the vehicle after losing 3 hrs waiting only to get there and wait another 15 minutes to get the vehicle after already checking in online. There was no explanation as to why I was never called and was given an incorrect address to pickup the vehicle. Very inconvenient. And unsatisfactory

Definitely will not be using this company again. Got charged twice. Went to the location and employees are rude with the exception of one guy who worked outside. Location is small and crowded. The cashiers had bad attitudes. There was a live clown with an extremely nasty attitude behind the register with no mask on. Do NOT recommend at all.

This was our first time renting a u-haul van and the evening staff was so unorganized and don't inform the customers of the proper way to return the vehicle. I was over charged for gas and charged for returning the vehicle late. I returned the vehicle with in a hour of renting it and put gas in the tank. I will never go back to this location and probably won't do business with U- haul company. The worst experience and I will be contacting the BBB to get my full refund back. You need to retrain your staff on how to properly explain everything the customer should know before they take the vehicle. This place is so unprofessional and you need to make sure your computer system works first before serving the public. Just a total mess and I will inform my friends and colleagues to never visit this location.

Let customers know that a secondary person has to be called 8am in the morning to verify who you're before letting them come to your location or make a reservation. Don't ask for all the information you had already entered during the online reservation. Both are a waste of time and effort. You have my drivers license with photo and credit. That's enough for verification. Stop irritating your customers. Or is it just this location?
