Stanley CCustomers time is valuable and it shouldn’t be wasted. Everything should be faster. It took 1 hour and 13 minutes to process my vehicle today. It should take 30 minutes or less.
DERON LWitnessed discrimination and harassment to me and others at this location. Disinformation by design to lead by clients with fraud scheme to overpriced rentals. The printer is defect by design so nobody has evidence. Providing higher prices then booked. List with exact booking from credit card not provided. Overcharged my card. Very dirty and not safe vehicles. This is class action material.
ELVIRA MAs I said before not everyone is able to login by using their phone at the location… although it is easier for the clerks. There are some locations that don’t require some information like some does.
CLIFFORD SI originally reserved a 15' truck but when I got to the this location I was told only 10 footers were available. I had no choice but to take one because I had time restrictions. I was forced to make 2 trips because of the smaller truck I was given. 2 trips that cost me Time and Money (Mileage). Wasn't too happy about that.

Rosalie pIt would help if the uhaul truck was updated and maintained like making sure there is no CHECK ENGINE light. Also I had trouble turning the truck on, I had to wiggle the keys for 3 minutes to get it to start. The lights in the car did not work, I had to open the driver door for the light to turn on. I would not rent from here ever again, I felt unsafe in this uhaul truck. The gentleman who helped me start the car was very nice and helpful but I still will never come back here again.
Glenny MEverything was extremely good i would recommend anyone to check it out. And the most wonderful thing is, I get to book my appointment at the last minute and they still accommodate me.

BOTH NEED BETTER TRAINING INTERACTING WITH THE PUBLICK AND SHOWING CUSTOMER HOW TO ADAPT WITH THE FUNCTION OF YOUR APP. i HAVE PREVIOUSLY BEEN TO THIS LOCATION AND BEEN TREATED BETTER. ON THE RETURN THE 5 PM SHIFT WAS VERY GOOD, WAS EXCEPTIONAL, HEARD MY COMPLAINT AND IMMEDIATELY TOOK CARE OF THE PROBLEM. SHE WAS CORDIAL AND CUSTOMER SERVICE READY. VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE.
