I reserved a U-Haul online 3/25/21 (Thursday) to pick up at 6pm 3/26/21 (Friday). The place chosen by you guys for me to pick up my U-Haul was closed when I arrived. I called their customer service number and they told me to call U-Haul and they would provide me with a passcode that would allow me to enter the premises to pick up my U-Haul. I called you guys and sat on hold for 30mins before I gave up and went home. I contacted the U-Haul representatives at the Tennessee St. location in Tallahassee and they help me reschedule to pick up another U-Haul at another location on Tennessee St. at 7:30am. Both locations were helpful. But the online service is horrible and the call center is horrible. I had to postpone moving and thankful the people I hired to help me move were able to help me the next day. This will be my last experience with U-Haul. I expect to hear back from somebody in management about my experience. Thank you.Allen C.

They did not have the box truck I reserved and wanted me to take a smaller van. I was fine with that but I asked them to waive some of the mileage since I'd be making an extra trip costing more in fuel and wasting my time. The manager was very rude and told me to take it or leave it, if I wasn't taking the van I needed to leave. This person has no business running a store and dealing with the public. The recent reviews prove that. The lady that was at the counter was nice and apologetic.Lawrence D.

I rented a 15 ft van. They didn't do the walk around and the link to do it on my own wasn't working. The amount of gas they said was in there was wrong it had 5 gallons less that I had to pay for. I couldn't get anyone on the phone at the location after calling several times.Courtney D.

The truck I rented (26 ft) leaked inside near the over hang and ruined my Valentines merchandise that was back there. It was dent and bent all over. I made a note of that with pictures. I use my phone (cash app, Square cash and zelle) for money transactions but he cigarette lighter did not work so I couldn't charge my phone innthe cab of the truck. The event I provided merchandise for was outside. I rented this large truck so the merchandise, myself and my worker would be safe, clean and dry as it rained both days. That truck has had it and should be retired or refurbished.CHERRYE B.

I didn't refill fuel because I only traveled 34 miles. Apparently this used 6.3 gallons of fuel. Which I was charged $3.75 a gallon. It's great your trucks get 5.3 mpg. Which is bullshit. I was fine with paying $3.75 a gallon for convenience, which I assumed maybe 2 gallons. but I'm sure your trucks average a better gas mileage. I feel ripped off. Wont use service again.Jesse T.

I appreciate the 2 young gentlemen that helped me reserve and retrieve my uhaul on 29-30 January 2021. My only complaint is the one guy helped as much as he could but he was swamped with a line of customers while the manager was in the back doing whatever. Also, the online pickup truck appointment didn't have a â€œpick up my truckâ€ icon on the dashboard. ThanksYolandria D.

I was hoping to have a contact free experience at this location. Apparently the location did not get the memo. I thought I would be able to scan and get in a vehicle and leave. That was not the case. I had to interact and go through the same procedure as I did through the app and online, which defeats the purpose of me using the app. Why would you give the option to do some thing contact free when it is not so once you get to the location to pick up the equipment?
