The truck was in a very bad location to get into for an older person and I had to put the appliance dolly into the truck and there was no Reg dolly and I told the guy inside and he was rude and I was charged 7 bucks for something I didn't get and I took a photo not at all happy with this rental and the truck sounded like it was gonna break down 😡Margaret C.

No callbacks on appointments or wiring damage repair!! We dragged loose wires for over 20 miles. The smell of marijuana in the office might explain the lost car keys and the sloppy workmanship. Anyone PAYING ATTENTION ????Warren W.
Installed but was not working at the time I went to pick up trailer at different location. He hook up 2 trailer and did not work so I went back to this location and I asked them to check and they told me they are too busy to check and did not help very rude. I went to capital circle location and manager was very happy to help and she ask someone to check and they did and gave me a trailer from her location. I wold give circle location 5 stars.RAJESH P.

The manager at the site, a slim African American man, with dreadlocks was extremely rude! He was not empathetic, helpful and literally kicked me out the store. I have not gotten a closed out invoice and it's been 3 days. On top of that, my bank was charged two different times, amounting to over $150, which I intend to dispute with my bank. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!!!!!Melinda G.
I reserved additional equipment. Upon arriving, I was told the dollys were not included. The clerk was not helpful and didn't care that I wasn't receiving all the reserved equipment. He also never provided instructions on driving the truck. I never drove one before. I had to call the helpline to ask how to adjust the mirrors. After inspection they gave me a trailer with a broken tire strap, and to make it worse they didn't have any tools available to replace it, so I have to use my own tools and replace it myself. 1. They didn't have another trailer available to replace it 2. If I wouldn't inspected the tire straps , I would've gotten a trailer that I couldn't secure my vehicle 3. Not having tools available to fix it it's just unacceptableMiguel O.

This was my first UHaul experience and it was quite rewarding. There are a few things that I had questions about that it would have been nice to have been able to find the answers online, like about adding a second driver and what would happen if I returned the van after the originally designated time.
