Not an issue with this location but with U-Haul in general. I had booked a 26' truck a month before I needed it. A few days before I was to pick up my reservation, I was told the only 26' truck available was not at my selected pickup location but 60 miles away. They were able to find me a 20' truck at the same location I initially selected so I accepted that change. The day of my reservation, I received a call 2 hours before I was to pick up the vehicle stating the 20' truck is no longer available because the previous renter decided to take it to Kansas. They offered a 15' truck with a trailer which was not acceptable to me. I was able to find a 20' truck at the location above but it was different than my initial location and it was an in town vs one way which I had originally selected so it cost me more money than I was initially quoted for my 26' rental. Overall very displeased with how they handled my rental and tried to downgrade me twice. Especially calling 2 hours before I needed the truck making me scramble to find one. Not professional or customer friendly in the slightest.Adam C.

The i70/ chambers location was lousy as well the guy who took my order was rude and obnoxious. Also he told me to return the vehicle to that i70 chambers location. But then when I get billed for not returning the uhaul rental at the correct location which was apparently the 225 colfax one. He tells me that it's my fault.Jesse G.

I would like to think the manager Deena and another Uhaul associate her friend I'm sorry I don't know his name but went above and beyond my expectations I was in a pinch to move out of state and I had a difficult one and she took the time to call her friend and he took his time to come over and help I'm very thankful and your blessed to have employees like oh and PS Dana has made it very pleasant nice to do business there thank you Dana PS Dana has made it very pleasant nice to do business there thank you Dana ðŸ’¯GREG S.
Employee did not give me a receipt upon drop off of trailer. He said he would email me a receipt. That was at 10AM two hours before it was due back. At 12 noon still no receipt. Spent one and a half hours waiting for representatives at two different numbers. Either representative resolved the issue of check in. Had to drive over 30 minutes back to the store to get it resolved. This was a very frustrating situation for me and am very angry I had go back to the store to resolve this. The young man Corey that helped us did absolutely amazing and wonderful summer service and I would go back to him as well as Dana the manager. Corey went above and beyond to make sure that everything was perfect and in order for us to we get our truck as well as return it. The store is just amazing I would go back to them a million times. Corey is one of the most well-mannered young men that I've dealt with in a customer service situation in a long time and I am very very appreciative of everything that he did and everything he will do in the future he's very very helpful.dana is also amazing as she will help you with anything you need she's there with a smiling face making sure everything runs correctly and she's just an amazing manager I would definitely recommend this location anybody that asks what the best location for U-Haul isAmanda S.

Order placed on 7/24 for pickup 7/27. Specifically reserved pickup truck for my needs for the day. No pickup was there when I arrived, and a cargo van was substituted. My oversize furniture did not fit through the van openings, so instead of completing my move, it now will become a multi-day affair for which I will have to pay again, and take more time off to complete. Do not trust online rental process. Or that this site will follow through with your needs. It's worthless.Alisha D.

Truck was not at location on my receipt. Had to pay another Uber to go to the location with my truck. Then they didn't have the dollies and sent me to another location. Also, my info uploaded the night before when I checked-in online and paid in advance was lost during the transaction and we had to start over. The truck was filthy and the windshield was so caked in bugs I could hardly see. The delays were significant and impacted our trip. Also, the truck does not accommodate tall people (6'6â€) as the seats doesn't slide all the way back. Also the lack of any automatic feature (like door locks or side mirror adjustments is intolerable). Don't plan to use U-Haul again.Bryan R.

When I got my uhaul the guy gave me the key and said match the key to the key fog and I was also charged an additional $84 for thing's I have no idea about was brought back with gas and on time so I don't know why I was charged very bad would not recommend to anyone because of that.BILQIS S.

It took going to 4 different locations to find the truck we had reserved - this was two days before a cross country move. At the first locations, the employee clearly lied to us about the availability of a truck at the next location. Your employee was lazy, rude and unfriendly. He did not help me at all and I wouldn't employ him, made the entire company look bad from the start. Your method of having us be forced to download your app to return vehicles is burdensome to the consumer but has to be done because your website is faulty and the return will not work in the browser. I know the settings were correct, I am IT. I returned the truck clean, undamaged and with more gas than necessary. The employee saw me and hopped in his car and didn't help me. It took an hour to finish the return and the keys were in the box and truck locked like I was instructed to do before the process and pictures are hard with a locked truck. I was charged $76 $68 $70 and $109 Was attempted multiple times. I also have authorizations. I have 3 different receipts. I have spent 93 min on the phone to be hung up on by the manager for no reason. I will NEVER USE UHAUL AGAIN. I am calling the BBB of the charges aren't reversed and stopped.NADERA C.

I think it's important to keep updated information on inventory, in real-time time. We booked this uhaul with an appliance dolly, but it wasn't until we already showed up ready to pay, that we were informed there wasn't a dolly available and "good luck finding one anywhere." This dolly was crucial for our move and we spent 45 mins in the parking lot figuring out what to do and where we could possibly rent or purchase one. It wasn't until a canceled reservation lead us to be able to get one as originally reserved. It was highly inconvenient and unprofessional.FAITH T.

The truck smelled like smoke. The kid working the location was nice enough, but he could use a little customer service training and mentoring. I had to, and I watched other customers interact with him. He tends to give very limited information and you need to ask him specific questions in order to get information you need. He was helping another customer with propane when I found him, told me to wait, went inside and then didn't come out for 10 minutes. I went in and he was sitting at the counter. Would have been nice if he told me I had to go inside, for example. Again, he's a nice kid, I think he just needs a little training on how to be more helpful and volunteer information, not leave customers guessing.ERIC C.
