After waiting 30 minutes to pick up a cargo trailer at a preferred location, I was told that I had to go to a different location, 5 miles away. I did not mind the wait, but I wished there was a note or instructions on the online reservation confirmation/receipt that the customer have to call to confirm availability. Or maybe reword the auto-generated response that says "A U-Haul representative will contact you to schedule your rental at the most convenient agreed upon location with available equipment" to place the responsibility to the customer. I showed the address to the representative to prove I was not lost, but only said he was sorry for the mix up and inconvenience. I went to the other place slightly disappointed. Employees on both locations were very helpful, professional, and enjoy what they do. The next time I need to rent, I'd call the office to make sure I am going to the place where U-HAUL expects me to go. However, I think the management/programmers can eliminate the issue I went through.

I have been charged five times now for a one day rental, which should be $60, but is now costing me over $250. I have called to try and remedy this with limited-no success. I will continue trying to call, but this has been a horrendous few days waiting for things to smooth out. This should have been a simple rental and return and has turned into extra work and stress. I'm really disappointed with my experience.

the GAS was 1/4 full... i was there at 9am no one was inside. they charge me 2 days when i only use it for 1 day. very unorganize.

When I arrived to get my truck, I was helped by a female who did an extremely good job. She had went above and beyond with customer service, and although I did not make a note of her name, I do want to recognize her for the service I recieved. It is because of her I will be using this location again for my Uhaul needs. Thank you.



Olive is amazing!!! My reservation was originally at another location, but the person there was rude and unhelpful. She told me that I had no reservation (at her location), would not look for my reservation elsewhere, and told me that she had none of the 6'x12' closed trailers for me. I drove to another location, where I had rented the same trailer on Saturday. Dustin was VERY helpful, found that the first location had canceled my reservation, found that they had four of the trailers that I wanted, but arranged instead for me to get my trailer from Olive. I drove to Olive's location. She was ready and eager to help. She confirmed my new reservation as well as the mess that had been made of my previous reservation. She gave me the trailer at half price and gave me the dozen pads for free. Olive was very apologetic about the whole thing. She observed that some people just do not care to provide customer service, which is all too true even with a great company like Uhaul.

Find a better way to assess the GAS. I RETURNED THAT TRUCK WITH THE RIGHT AMOUNT OF GAS!!! And cleaned it INSIDE & OUT!!!! Returned it early. Everything and more and STILL WAS OVER CHARGED!!!!!!!

First there was a trailer that had frayed and broken ratcheting tie-downs, and only one other trailer available. The associate/personnel did not know how to properly load and secure the vehicle on the vehicle trailer, even though he said he did. We drove over 150+ miles without proper securing methods and when we pulled over to fuel the towing vehicle noticed the error! Thank God nothing happened and it was before we got to the winding and steep mountain roads. I called Roadside Assistance and was told to YouTube how to do it, in lieu of a service response. Fortunately, I was able to follow the video, but if it had been someone older or not as visual of a learner with basic towing background, they would have been screwed and left feeling stranded. Very disappointing and nerve-racking experience.
