Literally, I felt like a joke. The customer service rep first stated they didn't have a truck to give me and then stated he would see what he could do even though I had already made the reservation. He gave me a hassle about returning some straps that I had purchased the day before. I told him it was fine not to worry about it. He then stated he seen the 10' truck come in and that he was going outside to check it in. He proceeded to go outside, when he came back inside he had his items as if he was ready to go. He then looks at his co worker and stated â€œhey im out.â€ His co worker tells him weren't you helping out this lady? He says yes but I got to go it's past 6 and proceeds to leave. The other rep who was much more pleasant assisted me with the transaction none the less I felt extremely disrespected and poor customer service for sure.Jackie B.

Check in was amazing not sure of the gentlemanâ€˜s name that helped me but was very friendly and very helpful however when I brought the trailer back the person there who I checked in with was extremely rude and not helpful at all he very rudely told me to put the trailer back where I got it from and unhook it myself And then when he came over to check it told me I could just leave again very rudely it's too bad I rent a lot of stuff from you guys and generally have pretty good service but this person definitely needs some customer service pointersShannon P.

Is there anyway I could get a copy of my receipt with what I was charged for. The customer service from the first gentleman was great, but when I returned my rental the second gentleman was not as attentive and I feel like I was over charged. I filled the rental to 1/4 like they told me to before returning it, I know I went over my estimated mileage, I called to let them know that I was going to use the rental for a bit longer than proposed. I was told that I would get a receipt emailed to me after, but did not get anything and I'm just looking to see what I got charged for, like I said I feel like I got over charged, but I could be wrong.Jose V.

I have been renting from Colfax/ 225 for a while. Friendly staff and hard working. When they are short of staff they game face gets 💪. I love to see the staff under pressure. One of the employees called me a day early claiming we were late for drop off and that she had a family waiting on our vehicle stating we were going to get charged another day for being late and $50 given to the displaced family. Turns out she was wrong and our contract agreement was for the following day so I freaked out unnecessarily and canceled plans to rush home and finish clearing out the truck. I checked the agreement a little later and called back and spoke to a friendly gentleman that re-checked my agreement and confirmed proper dates and all was well after that.Daniel E.
Where I rented the truck from was very good. I had reserved a 26 ft truck Monday online for Saturday. When I went to pick it up they did not have my reservation. I had received a reservation confirmation from the website. So I called and they reserved a 20 foot truck for me for Sunday. That is the largest truck they had available. Because of that I had to make two trips so it cost me more in mileage and fuel. I waited till morning to return the truck because I did not trust your website.nels J.

It took foreverrrrrrr to pick up and the counter person was quite rude. Then one of the other workers hit my truck in the parking lot as I was trying to leave and just walked off, luckily it only damaged his truck and not mine. Dropping it off was a clusterfuck too. Terrible experience!Douglas G.
We got ripped off on a car rental from a slight scratch on the bumper so I was a little over cautious with the rental videotaping the whole thing and trying to do online denials of undamaged vehicle. I was unable to get it to work so I had to be satisfied with trusting the people there. No problem vehicle was returned as found all good.Anthony P.

Check engine light was on. No indication from staff as to why. Person who checked us out was very rude.Natalie G.
Check out was rude. She refused to take off the insurance because â€œI'll have to start your rental over the computer won't let me go back.â€ She continued the check out until the end when I repeated I didn't want the insurance and did not accept the projected sale. She had a long line, I get it, understaffed but basically told me to suck it up and pay the $10 because she didn't feel like taking the extra 45 seconds to fix it. When I repeated that when I booked online I declined the insurance and this was a charge that I did not factor into my budget for my project and basically she needed to remove it or I was leaving, she finally did remove it and it did add about 45 seconds on to the entire transaction. The drop off in the evening was pleasant, quick and the man was very friendly. The location is good near the highway but the park lot is difficult to enter and exit especially during busy times. My original location did not have the truck and stated we should have gotten a call...never did. Once getting to the new location picked up the truck drove to where we needed to move something only to find there was a lock on the door. Had to drive back to the store to get the lo k off. Stop trying to screw over customers with your bait-and-switch insurance. For the casual person clicking through to rent a truck, you purposefully hide the fact that your normal Safe Move insurance does not cover overhead collisions, even though you know perfectly well that those are the most common. It's transparently predatory on the company's part. The Uhaul location and staff were good, but the Uhaul corporation just seeks to prey on its customers and that is gross.Brent T.
