Van was filthy on the inside. Spilled contents (seeds and plant matter) all over the cargo area from previous person as well as muddy footprints. I had to sweep it out with a broom before I was able to load furniture into the van. Seats had animal hairs all over them. I unfortunately didn't have time to request a different vehicle due to a tight moving schedule. Sales lady was very friendly though. So staff is great, vehicle not so much.DANIEL E.

The representative rented a vehicle that she said had 1/4 tank of gas. When I drove it off the lot the fuel low light was on. We got gas immediately. I spent $50 on gas and gave it back with more then when I picked it up. Only to find out afterwards that apparently the uhual contract says it will not refund for gas. I should at least get what was over when I returned it. I will never use uhaul again and will be sure to share my experience as many times as I can. The lot is way too small for the amount of vehicles they have there. We rented from U-Haul 3 times this year and not one of those times was our vehicle clean for our use. But! The people working there are all very personable and courteous and actually take time to listen to you.Rene M.

I was charged a $20 â€œconvenience feeâ€ to have them check in the vehicle I rented because I dropped it off over night. Not once in all the years of renting from them was I ever aware of such a bull shit charge before. Isn't this part of the persons job that works there? While I was checking out, no one told me I would be getting a charge to have them check in the vehicle. Sounds like they are hitting the honey pot twice. I will gladly take my money and business elsewhere. The truck did not have a full tank of gas, inside was dirty and smelled like stale cigarettes, the alignment was so out of wack and pulling right that it was so hard to drive. Thankfully I only went a few miles, but still nonetheless calling and complaining to Managers falls on deaf ears as nothing was done.Matthew A.

The trailer that we had booked was not there when we arrived to pick it up. We had to settle with a trailer without a roof and had to shovel all of the snow and dirt out of it ourselves. The guy at the front desk was also on his phone the whole time. Really disappointed as I had a few friends recommend this specific U-Haul location.ELLIE B.
