Issues with the pickup day. I was told that I had to arrive at 8am the next day and they would not guarantee they would have something available. If I had picked it up the day before, I was told that I needed to be there within 10 minutes or I couldn't get... Not great customer service!

We had two different individuals check us in and out. Check in was Gary Dunworth and check out was Andrew Colvin. Both were extremely helpful, courteous and could not have had a better experience from start to finish. It was a pleasure dealing with them. Please give them a shout out for a job well down.

I am guessing that the customer should clean the truck with a toothbrush also should have been a 20 % discount this is one place to stay away from.

To save time I used your "ONLINE EXPRESS CHECK IN " what a BIG WASTE of time that was. Your web site said for EXPRESS CHECK IN, fill out the online form to REDUCE YOUR IN STORE PICK-UP TIME. well that was a BIG LIE, I still had to go wait until all the paperwork was filled out , that took at least 20 minutes, I told the TEAM MEMBER your Employee that I filled out the EXPRESS CHECK-IN , he told me that only saves him about 20 SECONDS of typing. Please do not tell your customers lies it's makes us look like fools.

Unexpected fees were added. The tank was "full" as in the needle was on F when I left and when I returned it, it was on F as well. I drove 27 miles and put 2.5 gallons back into the tank which put the meter at F. I was then charged an extra $7 for gas. So unless the van was getting less than 10 miles to the gallon, this was an extra charge for nothing. I was also charged a "cleaning charge" despite the van being exactly how I left it.

I still don't understand how Uhaul chooses a location for you. If I can't get a truck at the location I want, I don't want the freaking truck. It was a nightmare to get to this location with my schedule. I was told there was a truck available at a location within a mile of me when I "reserved" and I ended up being told to drive to this location 10 miles away?!?!?! Worst freaking reservation system that exists!!!

I made a reservation for a rental on Western Ave U-Haul 4 days ago and when i got there at 10:00 they did not have my reservation and no pick up truck was available. I had to go to McKnight Rd. U Haul and get a pickup. I had 3 men standing around for 1 hour on my dime because Western Ave U-Haul could find the reservation i made with their employee.

Second rental in a week from this Mcknight location. Again you guys tried to screw me and overcharge me. Returned the rental on June 11th and they didn’t actually complete the “return” process until 20 hours later. But hold on I waited until the guy said my emailed receipt was coming at 647pm on 6/11 as I was standing outside the truck with him! STAY AWAY FROM U-HAUL THESE PEOPLE WILL ROB YOU! This ends ever renting from U-Haul. I will pay more just to not be screwed over by being charged for things that just aren’t real. Bye U-Haul ????

First would be to answer the phone and not put me on hold for 40 minutes. Then charge me because gas was slightly below what they claimed it should’ve been. I hate Uhaul, I’ve used the over a hundred times and every rental seems to get worse. Used to be my go to rental place but I like to be treated like a human not a punching bag.

Parking is cramped and it is only accessible from one side of the road but customer service is awesome. It's best to book in advance especially for weekend.

A direct phone line to the actual U-Haul location I dealt with would have been preferred. I was on hold for 15 minutes trying to get in touch with the manager I dealt with regarding an issue. Instead, I was connected to someone god knows where. Regardless, my U-Haul experience here was excellent and the value I paid was great. This is my second time renting from this location and I couldn't be happier. Thank you.

I marked that the equipment was clean, but the windshield wipers and the inside of the windshield were pretty dirty. I cleaned them off in the first 20 minutes of my ride as a result of the rain we were having.

Filled the gas tank to more than the amount it had when I started. Then drove a couple miles to drop off and it had gone below the original amount. Staff there were very accommodating. I would suggest the gas gauge on this van was faulty.

I opted to not refuel myself. I rented a pick-up. I traveled a total of 49 miles. I was billed for 6 gallons of gas based on where the pre and post gas gauge needle rested. They had some kind of chart showing how much gas I must have used. 6 gallons to travel 49 miles equates to 8 miles per gallon. Seems highly unrealistic. Should have taken vehicle to local station to test this theory. Was definitely overcharged for gas. Other than that, everything was great but next time I'll self refuel.

I made a reservation to have a hitch installed. The U-Haul location called me the day before my appointment to let me know that my hitch arrived and they would be ready for me. I arrived early and my car was immediately taken in. The installer and manager were very friendly and showed us bike rack choices, which we also purchased. My only complaint was that I was charged $5 for my warranty and have never in my life been charged for a warranty I didn't request.

Unfortunately, we had to wait 15 minutes for anyone to provide us customer support when we came to pick up our 15 foot moving truck. Turns out, the front desk fella was taking a dump in the restroom for nearly 25 minutes. I asked another guy for help who was working in the garage space next to the retail, and he seemed reluctant to assist. Otherwise, the truck was clean, easy to use, and the return process was streamlined.

Well besides making sure the 24/7 pickup service is setup correctly, I would have someone answer the phone number that is given to people who are having trouble and then also check the trucks for damage that could cause leaks in the roof. My couch and mattress were soaked and I’ve spent a ton of time trying to clean and dry them so they don’t get mold but I’m still worried they might.

The truck runs EXTREMELY roughly. I was concerned that it would break down on me. It also shifted very roughly, and (it seemed to me) very late. I realize that people beat these trucks up, but this one was in far worse shape than the last two U-Haul trucks I rented.

Very dissapointed!bought insurance at location on truck got a flat tire in store lot because 6 inch bolts that fastened canopy poles into ground were protruding from ground with no warning signs and very little light when i returned truck after hours.when came in next morning to speak with person on duty about the tire and my policy i was told that it didnt cover side wall damage to tire and my card was charged 183.00 dollars i found this to be absurd since happened like i said in a poorly lit lot with no caution signs i will not be able to use or recommend uhaul to anyone if this isnt corrected and i am issued a full refund for cost of tire that like i said was already taken out of my account prior to me speaking to anyone i found this to be very unprofessional! The employee was personable, a nice plus, but the $10 dolly I'd requested was not in the truck, making the move more difficult (the charge was removed). I suppose ACCURACY in order fulfillment would improve the customer experience. I am confident that employee has learned from his mistake. (I hope so anyway, because it is unsettling to not have the dolly when arriving at the move-from site.) Granted, we could have checked, but we didn't, but we were able to make the move successfully, though not as easily as if we'd had use of a dolly of course. ALSO, I don't dig texts thanking me or otherwise trite things, or text messages in general. If the customer were asked of their preference (phone, email, text) and that information was put to use, then I likely would not have received TWO texts thanking me. Grrr.

Hi, Upon returning the truck we showed your worker Jahrimia that there was poor /no tire tread and we got stuck because of it. We had to pay $150.00 to Towing Inc. to free the truck because insuffisant tire tread. We ask to be reimbursed for the $150.00 . The time lost and aggravation was bad enough. When we rent a truck from a quality company we need enough tread on the tire to provide traction. The tread on our truck was a shame. A damn shame. Please stand up and make this right. I scheduled a 9am pick up. I arrived on time and didn't leave the lot until 940am. I also wasn't able to leave my vehicle at the location. They suggested I leave my vehicle across the a four lane road that doesn't have a cross walk. That is very unsafe and inconvenient.

It’s a shame you could not get a larger place it is over crowded with equipment and it is not safe to pull out onto McKnight road. Solution find a larger place or quit over crowding by moving equipment to other locations. Personal staff was very good and helpful.
