Charged me for damage to a pick up when I dropped it off on sunday at 6pm pick up was fine I was charged in the morning for $311.00 for a dint that wasn't there when I dropped it off.. I will never ever rent from.u haul again. And will let my family and friends know that I was charged for a bogus charge that I did not due..

*this issue was resolved via refund, but that doesn’t mean this place is not unorganized * I reserved a truck for truck share “24/7” to be picked up at 6 AM and received my confirmation. Upon arrival and attempting to check in and pick up, the website tells me I have to wait an hour until the store opens to speak with an associate. I called U-Haul to figure out what was going on and was told the location never set up my truck to be picked up via mobile. To resolve that, I was told I’d be refunded the amount of my truck. It doesn’t stop there, though. The general manager of the store offered me $10 off, and when I told him I was already being refunded, he scoffed, rolled his eyes, and said “I hate when they do crap like that”. You know what I hate? When I make a reservation and it’s not ready. He also explained that there was a miscommunication among the representatives from U-Haul (Meaning they didn’t tell the store there was a truck share reservation). When we opened up the truck, there was trash in the driver section and we found someone else’s high school diploma. When we returned the truck, the employee opened the truck and scoffed (again) and said we’re supposed to clean these out before bringing them back so they were going to be charging us a fee. You guys clearly don’t clean your trucks after someone else’s mess and I’m not going to pick up after somebody else. How do you know the truck wasn’t already in the same condition as before? Now when it comes to paying our fees and such — the third employee tells us they mistakenly set up the wrong truck for the truck share. Why did I receive three different stories from each different employees? I’m appreciative of the solution that was offered, but just because the offer was extended does not mean the entire experience was rectified. The overall experience was negative and unpleasant. The employees were friendly but communication and customer service is obviously not their strong suit. I will not be using U-Haul in the future and I will make sure to let others know not to be getting a truck from this unorganized mess.

99 cents per mile on top of the rental fee and then add gas. It’s very expensive these days.

Delivery/pickup person Jerome was great at the final destination. Some confusion about where boxes would be dropped prior to final move but once we got that all worked out all was ok. when I had to order the 3rd box I was given a much cheaper cost then it turned out to be. that was disheartening.

The Trailer was attached to my vehicle in an improper manner. The chains were dragging and due to a lack of play with the electrical lights, I lost the lighting during the move and had to replace the electrical wiring. Be careful IF YOU RENT FROM THIS LOCATION. The outside of the truck was absolutely filthy. It looked like it had been parked under a walnut tree for a week when I picked it up. ON check-out, service was slow. There were several customers renting vehicles and most had reservations - they should have known it was going to be busy. ON Return, it was also slow. The employee verifying the returns did not want to use the electronic scanning device to check in returned vehicles, so he gave me a paper and I had to go inside and wait in line for four other people to rent a vehicle before I could return mine. There should at least be a faster return program.

Decrease wait time, but the f you are giving great customer service that Isn’t always possible. It does seem that the computer system has some glitches that caused some delays.

I have a signed in account online, never had am issue using my card on file to pay day of event, than to have to prove who I am with a phone call to a friend is crazy. The last 5 years I have been renting on average a year 9 vans. Must tell you I'm not happy. Roger Hurick 559-707-2882

The web site is confusing and does to many autofill features causing extra charges that were unwanted. Specifically the help you move feature.

The manager carried on with a conversation with a co-worker rather than give me undivided attention. The gentlemen that inspected my car was more interested in lecturing me, rather that giving customer service that would make me want to return.

I could not get location services to complete after hour drop off. A worker locking up was no help either, he just said you gotta check in online and connect w location. My location wasn't connecting I couldn't take pics needed for drop off so now I'll be charged extra $20. Need better customer service

The front windshield needs to be cleaned. To much grime/ Film is on the last 3 trucks I rented. This increased the potential of a driving hazard.
