Truck had so much hard water stains on the windshield it was difficult to see through. No windshield wiper fluid. Roller knob on driver side missing to roll down window. Windshield had multiple rock strike damage. Returned vehicle sooner than planned due to the lack of confidence in the vehicle. Resulted in reserving another vehicle at another uhaul location and turning a one day project into two days.Julie P.

A little disappointed because they charged me 90 something dollars for gas which I returned at the exact sane amount of gas that it was when I took the truck. Half tank. So I definitely want my money returned.SONIA M.

My rental broke down. Stuck by the side of the road still loaded for over 2 hours in 100+ degree weather. On hold with road side assistance over an hr. Had to actually go to rental site to fix problem. Transfer load and pay for extra labor. Never again!Zetta T.

Staff was overwhelmed with customers and people were left waiting to rent or return way longer than usual. Also the guy checking in returned vehicles was noticeably irritated with the overwhelming customers there. There was no greet or interaction when I returned the vehicle. The trailer was dirty and after pulling out of the parking lot, my blinkers stopped working. I checked it when I arrive at my house and all of the cords are ripped out and barely being held together with a piece of tape. Drop off was horrible and you charged me another night because the system said o was 7 minutes late but I was there 10 minutes prior but no employees were on site and there was no way through to drop off my trailer.Christopher G.

Was charged $608 without any warning for â€œmileage overageâ€ which is basically an entire additional truck rental. My credit card that was kept on file was used to do this transaction. The gentleman that helped me switch out my car hauler for one that was DOT legal was the best part of my experience at this location. I did not pay cash but yet the manager wanted two references he personally called. The people going in and out definitely had drug issues. The equipment was old and dirty. I was given the keys and told it was in the back lot go find it.Troy T.
The first day I went in to rent the U-Haul, a gentleman with a beard greeted me. He gave me the best service. I'm ashamed to say I did not get his name. But he gave excellent service. Easily reserved my unit online days prior to moving my stuff in, they had it ready for me with a free lock & even a Uhaul piggy bank😂 it being an indoor storage really makes a difference in this summer heat. ONLY thing i wish was different was the small flight of stairs I have to go up to get to my unit, but that I can get over. Nice staff, super clean place! The attendants were rude. They had me waiting there for a long time. They had a long line of people returning vehicles. Meanwhile they were both chitchatting it away. Hey even sent a customer away because they were about to close. It was 4:30pm. They didn't close until 5:00pm. I've also tried to rent vehicles and they sent me away too.LUCIA R.
Unmanned or understaffed return was an issue. Customers returning equipment are directed via signs to remain with the equipment to be helped. However, if that area is not manned by an employee, the customer is left waiting in the heat for a prolonged period of time.Lewis W.

The manager did not keep his word after stating he would not charge me the extra miles and gas used to return to the store after finding out my product order was not included inside my truck like the website stated would happen. Chris was very helpful at addressing issues we experienced with our move out. A+++ for his assistance!! The lady who checked me in, initially was lovely. The reasons I would not recommend this facility are: 1) poor staffing relative to the volume that this location experiences. This site has been like this for years. You make money by providing substandard service because you can. 2) flooded storage area, then difficulty reaching staff to find out what happened because.....#1. 3) I suggest someone do a walk-through at night to ensure that vehicles on remote pickup are accessible and that late night dropoff spots are clearly marked. 4) When there's a problem and the manager is unreachable that speaks volumes about what is important and it's not the customer. No dedicated troubleshooter on call after hours? Check. My new storage is with an independent chain, and people could not be nicer. I really like dealing with real people and not people reciting corporate scripts. They called to follow up with me on moving day and made themselves available after scheduled office hours when they knew we were running late. WOW!! This uhaul is somewhat saved by the people here who manage to care despite the hurdles to doing so. I deeply respect those doing a good job under these circumstances. You are front line workers. I'm sorry you have to deal with what you deal with Better staffing will alleviate the negative google reviews because people who aren't so stressed can do a better job. Customers who can anticipate better service don't come in primed to make sure everyone around them has a bad day. Other than this location being a little overwhelmed by high demand and low staff, this is an excellent location. Starting with the fairly young manager Duncan Vaughn. He goes out of his way to guide and take care of your needs. With our few hundred mile move, truck and tow dolly drop off. Also making our reserved storage space possible after some hiccups in the UHAUL system.
