Clean all your vehicles and inspect prior to a rental. The employee brought the truck to me and it was full of mud. When we opened the back it smelled and when we pulled out the ramp it was completely sticky. The employee stated they’re not allowed to wash the vehicles because of water conservation. I think it was a poor excuse for being lazy. My entire experience was bad from the beginning. I reserved a 15’ U-Haul. When I got to the counter the employee stated sorry I don’t have anymore. He told me they had a 21’ U-Haul but it was more expensive. I cant believe the poor customer service. This facility is in need of an audit because the entire experience was poorly managed.

Your dropoff locations are crap! Communications are crap! I am being very reserved. I went to the Sierra Hwy location today, it was blocked by 3 semi trucks, are you having trouble with the Teamsters? No access. Is that location being raided by a bankruptsy court, or by ICE? Hardly a way to run a business. Went to Castaic location, they moved, came back home, looked online, they don"t accept returns, called assist line, was given a non existant address location, (two of them). Bottom line I spent 5 hours, dragging a car trailer thru traffic, including rush hour, and about $50. in gas running around looking for ficticious locations. Not easy trying to hang u turns or make lane changes in traffic, in high 90 degree temps. Ya, I'm pissed alright, Visalia was fine, don't blame them, the rest of your infrastructure sucks. I am considering small claims action, you can"t charge to rent shit if it can't be returned reasonably. Not good business ethics. No longer recomending your service to anyone!!!

Pulled up the sign equipment return area, We Waited in the sun to return the trailer we had rented for over 30 min. Finally, I decide to go inside and the cashier tells me to wait in the truck, someone will be with me shortly. So, I go back and wait, and then see the employee checking in the vehicles behind me, the vehicles that had been waiting 5 minutes. Overall, horrible experience, I hate coming to this location as the cashiers always seem to give you attitude for no reason. They assume you know the entire process, just because they do. Sounds like these cashiers are disgruntled they are in the position they are in at the age they are in. Not my fault, do not take it out on the customers.

Make sure that when a customer reserves an appliance dolly that they have one to pick up. I had to drive to a secondary location that listed there was one in inventory only to find out they didn't have one either. I ended up going to Home Deport to rent one, and had to put 15 mites on my trip and spend an extra 20 bucks. Not a happy snowman

I would make sure you have the equipment I reserved over a week ago ready for pick up at the designated time. I had to wait an hour for the trailer I reserved to be brought in. - I was not the only customer dealing with this issue when I was there.

The service is great. The equipment had some trash and broken glass in it, I know it's not the employee's fault though. I just wish you could enforce people treating the equipment with respect
