all had masks on and plexiglass between us. They all took my heath and theirs seriously. Store was clean and well stocked. Easy to find and lots of parking for the trucks. Would defiantly go back to this location.

Ensure that when you confirm a vehicle for a customer that you actually have it. As a result of you guys canceling on me due to no vehicle availability, after, i had confirmation that there was one, i endured a few of 270 dollars. I could've avoided these fee if i was told earlier that there was no vehicle available for me. Horrible service from your part. I will never rent again or recommend you guys. If someone asks me about you guys i will ensure i convince them to go in another direction.

They over charged for truck rental and charged for cleaning when the truck was clean. The U-Haul app sucked.

Rated this as POOR due to Manager DUNCAN has been very unhealthful for all our rentals! He promised us a 20% and NEVER did it. Today, he charges our card and says he CANNOT reverse. He knows we never use the card to charge! This management ability is very POOR business! We rent weekly!! a little appreciation for our business would be nice and consideration!! Other employees are wonderful!!

They were VERY short handed and need way more employees to handle the load on this location!! I have rented a couple times in the last couple months and the lines are always long because there just aren't enough employees to handle the number of reservations. So the wait is sooooo freaking long! Get them more employees!

have hitch equipment ready on the day of installation or notify the client; find a way to rent the equipment if the computer system is down. I was supposed to pick up my trailer at 9 am. Didn't get it until almost 2 pm.

Extremely disappointed with the customer service in this location. Both employees helping in front desk were extremely rude (Aeeeng Seese and Chris Fehlman). Did not expect to be treated the way I was treated! I did my part by making a reservation and when I got there the truck was not there and I had to wait 45 min to 1 hr! The issue was not so much waiting but the attitude I received from them. First they told me 20 minutes and then when I came back I asked Aeeeng how much longer it would take? His response was I can't control customers and I totally understand that but that's not the respond to give to a customer that's PAYING FOR A SERVICE! and then I told him, can't U-HAUL notify the person that made a reservation and tell them it's not available. His response was there's no time for that.... and not to mention the attitude I was getting from him. I was not the only customer inside! And I asked to speak to a manager and he literally laughed on my face and said there's no manager but call the 1-800 number! When my equipment was ready, I went back inside and Chris helped me. My husband and I were already so upset with the service we were getting and Chris was not any better! He goes on and says a comment to Aeeng.. ‘I need an IV of caffeine”. He made this comment towards us!!!!!!!!! WORSE SERVICE EVER! I hope U-HAUL takes this review in considerations and hires individuals that are going to be there to help customers not those that hate to work!!

Went to pick up the truck which was very dirty. Attendant said they aren't allowed to wash the outside at the Visalia location. Went to start the truck and the check engine light was on. Notified the attendant who told me that I could not take a different 17 foot truck on the lot because those had been assigned to other customers. My only option was to pay more for a 20 foot truck which I did. One of the poorest customer service experiences I have ever experienced

When you're nationwide system is down so that rentals can't be processed employees should start getting on the phone to call customers with reservations before they show up and are told they can't get their rental for at least an hour. Also, the new requirement of having to give a secondary contacts phone number who will immediately answer the phone is ridiculous. If they're not at the store with you how can you know that they will answer? If you're going to keep this ridiculous requirement you should tell people in advance of them showing up.

First time ever renting any kind of equipment from UHual and it was honestly the easiest experience ever! The worker that assisted me with my transaction was Priscilla. She was super friendly and answered all my questions I had. She was very helpful and explained all the details of the transaction. She set up all the equipment quickly and had me on my way in a timely manner. I would definitely return to this location When ever I need to rent something again! Thank you!

One employee was not wearing a mask and was waiting on two patrons that were not wearing masks...they were in a small reception area..I did not want to enter that space and instead waited for the other employee with a mask to wait on me ...we live in an area that has a high contagion rate...mostly all other commercial establishments require and will not render services without the employees and patrons wearing masks while indoors.

Everything was fine, but we did not appreciate being told at the time of Receiving the Uhaul truck that if we brought it back with a quarter tank of gas we would receive $17 off the price but when we brought it back the employee said no that is what we were supposed to bring it back with?

Customer service was excellent, as always. I was surprised though, that I wasn't shown to the equipment (10' box truck) as I have always been in the past. The exterior of the vehicle had not been cleaned, as there was dirt and bug debris all over the cab. This inside, however, was very clean. Overall, my experience was very pleasant. Well, maybe with the exception that THERE'S [STILL] NO DARN CRUISE CONTROL !!!! :) :0

The Person who helped us initially (who completed the paper work) did a good job. However, other employees were unprofessional and not wearing facial masks. For example, upon returning the trailer, The person who attended to me was not wearing a mask, he was chewing on sunflower seeds, and spitting them out in front of me. There is a serious lack of common sense considering the current global situation. There should also be hand sanitizer for the credit/ signature machines if we are to sign with our fingers on a greasy, fingerprinted screen. The general attitude of the employees, as a whole, was sub-par. I would not recommend this location to anyone. I will gladly pay more elsewhere.

You charged me an extra $10+ and didn't tell me why. I would say you are swindlers for charging me $130+ and then in a separate transaction charge me again another $10 + after I returned the truck and without my approval, I may add. I agreed to the $130+ but not the $10+, which I will be disputing because it was without my authorization...You are such swindlers and I have used in the past 10+ years not anymore...swindlers..

Our experience was not a good one my husband had made a reservation in fresno on Blackstone and they called the day before to say they would not have our truck so they moved us to uhaul on kingscayon in fresno so we went in the morning and again there was no truck we had family coming from sacramento to help us move to Sacramento so they tell us they will have a truck for us on Sunday but we had to drive to visalia which is 30 mins away going south when we were moving north we had to pay for a hotel so we could pick up the truck then drive back to fresno ...was not a happy experience

Couldn't do a mobile drop off. There was a long line with only one person at the counter. BUT then a gentlemen came around and asked if anyone was returning. He assisted us immediately, checked the vehicle, and checked us out. GREAT service.

Upon arrival, I followed instructions to drive up to their stop sign, and remain in the vehicle until someone came out to meet me. After waiting about 10 minutes, I did go into the office and noticed that they were quite busy. No problem, and as soon as a rep became available, I was able to turn in the 15' truck rental with no issues. Thank you for your service!

Other than this location being a little overwhelmed by high demand and low staff, this is an excellent location. Starting with the fairly young manager Duncan Vaughn. He goes out of his way to guide and take care of your needs. With our few hundred mile move, truck and tow dolly drop off. Also making our reserved storage space possible after some hiccups in the UHAUL system. He really makes me want to recommend and take care of all our storage and UHAUL type of needs to no other place than this location. Great work Duncan

Reserved a storage unit at a location in Fresno, CA and was later told that the unit was no longer available and that the only storage option was an hour away in Visalia, CA. We drove all the way out to Visalia and were told our reservation did not appear in their system, even though I had the Reservation Number and provided it. The only unit they had available was much smaller than the one we had originally reserved and all of our belongings did not fit.

Refusal of billing staff to properly maintain customer information, direct payment for storage units, and still receive late notices for unpaid invoices. Extremely frustrating! Office managers being placed in no win positions by upper management, resulted in lost time, extra effort by the customer. Rental vehicle was filthy and tech on the truck did not work. Very disappointed with Uhaul, after several rentals and storage ventures, this by far was the worst! I will seriously consider my options the next time and I am urging my friends on social media to do the same.
