It’s definitely the busiest location in Reno/Sparks area and it’s limited to the small lot that they have. However I’ve had great customer service here from one of the managers and semi okay service with some of the other staff.

Glenn WFirst make sure that the fuel levels are correct before it's rented, second don't make the customers wait for the truck because they can't get it out. Third be transparent about the charges before the rental agreement is signed. My rental is over $30 more than I expected.

Patrick FThe location was good. The Van was clean inside. But, after returning it has charged me for 3 Gal of FUEL, while I had driven the car only 9 mile. It’s not a professional things to do. It’s seem like u-haul overcharge me for the Fuel.
Zayadul HI went to this location because it was close to were I needed to get stuff for my move. I informed them I would be returning the truck to Carson City location and was told ok. They charged me the $89. And I left. When I returned the truck to Carson they said all was alright 30 minutes later I had a $200 charge for not returning to Reno I went back to Carson location and was told I did have a one way contract. Received a bill from Carson that was $0 dollars so I thought all was good. Then I get me credit card bill and find out I was charged another $98 so no I will not recommend this company to anyone just a rip off.
Robin CI was needing to move two book cases. Only needed it for a couple hours. Short distance. Ask for open trailer. Do you think the rep offered a truck for 19.99 as a better deal. No I paid 43.00. Not userer friendly.
sharon lThe Silverado location was good. Moana and Dpuble Diamond were terrible. I had a confirmed reservation at Moana and it was not available I was told they made me a confirmed reservation at Double Diamond. I go down there very frustrated and tell them I’m not lying for anything extra. The manager was extremely rude and told me I could leave without a reservation and figure it out on my own. It was terrible customer and boggles my mind how you can run a business where when people show up for a reservation that is confirmed and the it’s not there they just shrug their shoulders and send you on your way. Terrible experience until Silverado. She was very helpful. Would not recommend Uhaul if you need to actually rely on your reservation being there.

Jordyn HThere was a pretty long line with some less than kind patrons. The two gentleman working (I believe one of them was a store manager) handled it so well and got us moving in under 30 min! It was a last min decision for us to finish moving our furniture to our new place today instead of next week and this branch made it absolutely hassle free! I wish I remembered the guys name who wrote our contract but he was PHENOMENAL! (6/19 around 9:30 am). Give them their flowers please and thank you 🫶
Ellissa RFirst truck I rented had a definite problem with the fuel gauge. I kept putting in gas at a gallon at a time when the gas was about half way full and the gauge barely or didn't move. Then all of a sudden it showed way pas halfway full. Plus this location is far too small to hold all it is meant to hold. After hours, the lot is so full that it blocks the entrance. Needs signs to tell customers how to exit out the back and where to park their returned cars. Saying there is parking across the street at a restaurant doesn't cut it.
Stephen wWhen I arrived to pick up my rental, the assistant manager, Sam, was fantastic. He was incredibly friendly, helpful, and pleasant to work with. However, my experience when returning the U-Haul was very disappointing. The associate took a long time to assist us because he was with another customer—which I completely understand—but the wait was substantial. After we had been waiting for about 10 minutes, a younger gentleman walked in. He caught the associate's attention while an invoice was printing and asked about a return. Even though we were clearly next in line and had been waiting much longer, the associate told the gentleman he would help him next. I immediately voiced that we were ahead of him, but the associate proceeded to skip us anyway. This lack of fairness was incredibly frustrating, and I wanted to bring this matter to management's attention to ensure customer queueing is handled better in the future.

ZACHARY RThere was an identification number label over the speedometer making it unable to read the speed. A representative told me I would be charged $.90 a mile, when I arrived at the store they knew nothing of the new charge. They charged me a cleaning fee when I left the truck in the same condition I picked it up. I am being charged extra for miles.

Gustavo PTook 30 min to pick up with a reservation and mobile check in. 1st truck had a broken door and needed maintenance. 2nd truck had no gas and died upon starting. 3rd truck was fine. Dropped off, followed the instructions on the app and then was told I did it wrong and needed to pull the truck in line behind 4 other trucks and wait my turn. Truck was already returned with confirmation. Couldn't have been more inconvenient and obnoxious to rent a uhaul for 3 hours. All staff was pleasant and helpful except the final interaction upon return. I hate writing bad reviews.
Jessica PI forgot my Louis Vuitton in the truck and the employee said they didn’t found it and I know I left it by the cup holder and how they didn’t saw my wallet if they have to clean the truck and verify if everything is OK. I’m sure a employee stole it.
Rosario TGetting the equipment is still a very slow process. 2 people working to check in and check out during the busy morning doesn't help the flow. I noted few people using the app beyond the original reservation. It appears to me that in order to save labor money, Uhaul is willing to inconvenience customers with a slower check in.

James PIt took almost an hour to get a trailer, your App is dysfunctional so that’s a waste of precious time, your computer froze up, I had a 45 minute wait because of slow customer processing in front of me. Never again.
Kent DRich who helped me, but he was the kindest, most considerate, thoughtful person I’ve ever dealt with the other gentleman Samuel, didn’t really have the time to help and said they have nothing available. This gentleman said yes we have this absolutely available and I was able to pick it up take care of what I need to get done and to bring it back by 12 o’clock noon or a little after 12 I apologize but that man that wrote this all up for me his name is Rich, should get a pat on the back. He was very kind, very considerate, and I believe he cares! The other gentleman‘s name was Samuel and he was polite just not knowledgeable! But I can say I only rent from U-Haul and I’m thankful for you people!
