The passenger seatbelt did not work in the truck that I rented. So my daughter had to ride four times on the freeway with no seatbelt.

PHILIP MI wasn't greeted by anyone when I arrived, they didn't have the dolly that I reserved, but one showed up at the last second, otherwise they wanted me to drive extra miles in the truck to get one from a different store. I will say that the two gentlemen that were checking in the trucks when I returned the truck were very nice, polite, and helpful. It won't be a first choice location for me.
Jessie FYour Mobil checking app is clunky and repetitive. It made me enter my dl photos and credit card twice. Also, it wouldn’t save vehicle photos at pickup, so I had to go inside, wait in line and get the guy to send me a new link. After that it worked

anna lThe owner called and said I could pick the trailer up early, that I could have an extra day or so. As I was picking up right at 7, they rushed and got me through so they could close. My fault, I did not read the return date at the destination. It was a full day earlier than I had said, and there was no extra days. READ THE PRINT with these people. Good thing the people at my destination were understanding.
Jim PFrom start to finish it took almost 30 minutes to leave with the truck. One of the gentlemen was on his phone not paying attention to what I was saying.

alan dI was was on empty with gas light on before I left the parking lot. I returned the U-Haul with a 1/4 tank and was charged for a pull tank. This is terrible service. Charging me over $400 for a mistake.

Joe NMy rent a truck for a day for $19.95 experience ended up over a hundred dollars. I went a total of twenty miles, put in two gallons of gas and got charged for three more, theives. I FUCKING HATE APPS, and will not download Anything, ever. I felt absolutely baited and switched. STOP emailing me. The upselling, and focus on forcing me to download and interact with technology or be charged extra was fucking infuriating.
michael mTrack gas usage better. We drove 14 miles and refilled 2 1/2 gal of gas and still had to argue about not returning it with less gas then it started with.
Frank SMy only complaint was we had to detour around a fatal accident which caused a rerouted that added more miles that we ended to pay up more out of our pocket which didn’t bother us but what did was that you guys don’t offer mile rates which I think costumers value more I think thank you guys

JOEL SEmployee misinformed me of utilizing of equipment.. Also wanted to buy a lock which the employee picked for me when I went to put it on the trailer it didn't fit!
Johan KKinda slow, were directed to the wrong truck at first.
Yair AMixed experience. The area around the trucks had several homeless individuals camping & storing stuff near the trucks, which felt uncomfortable. Also there was a lack of communication regarding the moving blankets. I thought I had purchased them & would only be charged a cleaning fee if the truck was returned dirty. However, I was charged over $100 for not returning the blankets, which was never explained to me at the time of rental. Staff was friendly, but there was only one person working & a constant line, so important details were missed.

I reserved a 26 ft truck for Tuesday our moving people didn't thing every thing would fit in the truck so I called a said I wanted to rent a trailer on so pick it on Sunday with my pickup truck and get it loaded and then use the UHaul truck to tow it to Oregon. After I took the trailer home and loaded it I went to unhook it from my pickup and noticed that it didn't have a jack...I called and was told that it could only be unhooked if it was empty. That defeats the whole purpose of me getting the trailer early and if i had picked them up together how are you going to load the truck if there is a trailer attached? Now I have to make a extra trip from Florence Oregon to Reno to get the trailer costing me extra money.. not a happy customer....I will say the truck was nice and drove well.
