Friendly excellent customer service. They’ve got it dialed in. The van was clean and in excellent condition, a good value.
SUSAN WYour app is terrible. It was incredibly frustrating to try and complete a pick up through the app and get stuck over and over. Additionally, information in the app doesn’t match the real experience. I ended up having to wait in a long line to do my pick up in person. The location was fantastic, but the corporate experience awful.

TERRY FFor the second time in a month we rented a truck and furniture Dollies and the Powell location has forgotten to put the Dollies in the truck BOTH TIMES. Today they also gave us a wet, dirty, smelly truck that we had to clean by hand. The seatbelt didn’t click. Just a hunk of dirty, filthy junk and our move was completely messed up AGAIN because they didn’t give us the equipment we rented and paid for. We will never use this location ever again.
LOGAN LI had an issue with Autoprada, the site I initially had selected as the return drop off. They were very slow to respond to a question regarding drop off then actually cancelled my drop off and put me at another site far, far away, all without notifying me. Luckily I was able to resolve this with customer service by phone the evening before the rental, but Autoprada was awful.

FAUSTO RI love renting a truck from this location. The staff are always super friendly, fast, and efficient. I'm able to get my tasks done with absolutely no hassle!
CARRIE LI didn't receive the text telling me to take a picture of the truck until after I had driven away. The Powell location is in a cell deadzone for many, I used to live near there. You should please have the attendant ask customers to photograph the truck ao this step is not missed.
LANA UThe only issue is: This is a old truck with more than 100,000 miles, The tire warning light is on even though tires seem no problem. It made me worrisome when driving.

Christian Hwe walked in the store NO ONE was in the store. i had to walk out of the store around the back to get someone's attention. so ANYONE could've easily walked in the store and taken w/e they wanted. why the front door wasn't locked is beyond me. very friendly staff, guy was nice, but, business wise? someone would've been fired.

Brian LI think the standard app for uhaul STINKS!!!!! The process is insanely overly complex than what is necessary. The staff is really nice, but they are overwhelmed if more than 2 people show up because the process is overly complex. Seriously, give over it HQ, you can't control it all.

max dThe staff was incredible -- particularly the person who checked us in and got us on our way. We rented on a day that the UHaul system was down, and the person who helped us was so kind, positive, and eager to make things as smooth as possible. I regret that I didn't get his name, but he checked us in at 9am on Saturday, Jan 17 and was someone who seemed to be passing the manager torch onto another staff member. I would love to give him MAJOR kudos, he kept things as calm and easy as possible on a stressful moving day! He made me feel very prioritized as a customer.
amy wWe only went 6 miles TOTAL, and were charged $14 for 3 gallons of gas. I do not believe that a 10ft van got only 2 mpg. This is outrageous and I’m obviously being charged for someone who didn’t top off the tank before I took it but did after. In addition, it’s very dishonest to advertise a van for $19.95 that costs $50 before I even pulled out. Just be straight and advertise the flat rate.

james sEmployees were super helpful, they help me load my car on the trailer which I was really worried about doing myself. The moving van was almost brand new, super fast, and even at 10' housed a ton of stuff. I had to drive from Oregon to New Mexico over terrible roads, and this Uhaul equipment was a life-saver! Thank you!

SARAH BU-Haul made our local move incredibly easy! We only needed a truck for a short trip to move a washer and dryer, and everything went smoothly from start to finish. The vehicle was clean and reliable, pickup and return were fast, and the customer service was kind and efficient. It saved us time, money, and stress. Highly recommend!
Vyncent PThe team at the Powell location are very courteous and professional. My only distress came at the end of my rental as I exited the vehicle. I wrongly assumed a running board was present and so I basically fell out of the cab onto the concrete. At 69, I could have seriously insured myself but I think, thankfully, all I have is a very bruised tailbone.
GRETTA RI want to shout out to Calamity who checked me in for their helpfulness. They made check-in a breeze. I found the online interface for the existing damage photos to he clunky. I don't need U-haul often enough to download an app. The old paper method of marking damage was more quick and photos can always be taken to back things up. Sometimes technology doesn't save you time.

LAWRENCE TI have used this location's services 4 times in the past 5 years. I have always been met with the warmest welcome and the most jovial accommodation. I honestly wish more places of business could do right by their clerks as U-haul evidently does by theirs because the service is never second-best. They've made difficult transitions comfortable and easy, which is the most we can hope to enjoy in this life.
BRISTOL OIt's kind of weird how this location just hands you the keys and says where to go get your truck. They don't pull it out for you and the trucks are all parked up really close to each other, mirrors tucked in, sunshade in the windshield. Drop off is a breeze though.
