Tires were out of round producing a very shaky ride

The gas was above F and I had no time to go back in to talk. I took photos of where tank was when I got truck and when I dropped off. I drove leas than 6 miles and spent $11 to refill and it could have gone a bit longer. I believe they need to be more conscious of the gas gauge. When the needle is above F, it’s not full when everyone knows that when fully full it goes way below F. I’m annoyed.

Picking up the trailer in the morning was great but bringing the trailer back didn't go as well. I returned around 3:15 PM on 9/5/19. I pulled in the lot and parked then came inside. There were 3 associates at the desk and I asked what the best process was for returning my trailer. The gentleman looked at me like I was crazy. He said just to pull it around and leave it under the covered area. He didn't offer any further detail so I pulled my trailer around and began unhitching the trailer while expecting him, or someone, to come out and help me. No such luck. I unhooked the trailer and found one of the tripods leave it on and drove off. No one ever came out to say thank you or assist at all. The customer service was no where to be found.

There location was good and when I called they were helpful. The UHaul National Customer Service is a nightmare and I would not rent from UHaul again.

Please ask customers if they need a dolly. Even the representative who took my reservation, didn't ask. I haven't used Uhaul in 5 years, and the dolly was in the truck.

My original reservation was for pickup at BAM Automotive Repair. When I arrived to pick up the truck the place looked like a junkyard. Mo one there knew a thing about checking out u-haul vehicles. Their excuse was that the girl who normally handles them had been “out” for a couple of days. This outlet gives u-haul a bad name. I will now only rent from a u-haul corporately owned store.

Christopher was helpful, but stressed due to lack of help ?? Busy location......DeAndre' was excellent and walked outside to give me a verbal, show 'n tell on how to hook up the Car Tow!! He had just come back to the store from a delivery or pickup ??? Nice job, Gents!!

I wish I was better with names. I'd just driven a truck from San Diego all the way to here in under four days, then straight to unloading.. Seeing the gentleman U-Haul representative on Roswell Street was a breath of fresh air. Friendly, efficient, a real stand-up guy that made turning in the truck go smooth as silk. I'd be glad to do business with him again.

Van smelled like urine. I got in the van and make it half a mile before realized the tank was at 3/8 (not 5/8 as specified in the contract). I called the number provided and got a call center. The rep said she’d have the store call me ASAP to resolve. Never heard anything back. Went ahead and paid extra to ensure the contractual obligations were met and I wouldn’t have to deal with the store again. Poor business practices.

The gentleman young white guy was very cordial and professional although it was 20 minutes to close and his last day on the job. The older African American man was upset that I drove up because he was trying to close. I can’t believe a a millennial was more friendly than an baby boomer.
