The address is incorrect for this location. When typed into maps it took me to a location about 10 minutes away from the actual UHAUL location. I called the location and asked if the address contained a NE in it and she associate told me no, however it does. When I dropped off my UHAUL 40 minutes early I was told I was "good to go", then at 4:20 I get a phone call asking when I will be returning the UHAUL because I was 20 minutes past due time even though I had already returned the truck an hour ago.Andrea D.

The U-haul company as a whole has no clue what is going on between stores or parts of the company that handle issues. My reservation was moved last minute after I ordered it online a week in advance. Only to have it set to a location by the Scheduling manager for my region to a location that was CLOSED the day I needed it to move. Ridiculous, get your act together. Also, communicating between phone services, they send you off and you have to explain your situation 4 times to different people.Daniel G.

This location remedied the horrible communication and rude service of another Uhaul location (S. Cobb Pkwy location). The S. Cobb Pkwy location did not communicate that they didn't have the vehicle I had selected which was a significant inconvenience and they did not apologize for the inconvenience.Keyara H.

I pulled up to the marked drop off point and after several minutes of waiting for someone to come out, I began the lengthy process of checking in the truck via my phone. I went through the multiple steps, took all my pictures, and was then asked where I wanted to park my truck. I found a spot to put it, locked it up, and per mobile instruction, was looking for the key drop. It was at this point that someone came out from inside and asked if I was returning a truck. I said I had just completed the return on my phone. She said "You're not supposed to park it. You are supposed to wait at the check-in point for help." I told her no one came out, so I returned it via mobile. She said OK - and I left. If mobile return isn't an option, U-Haul shouldn't have sent me a mobile link to do it that way.Edward L.

There were food crumbs on the floor and under the seat when picked up. The right turn signal didn't work when the headlight switch was turned on. Your mileage rate.99 is too high. Other than that, the truck ran well.Scott F.

The lady at the service desk siad the truck had 1/2 tank of fuel which it did NOT.... barely 1/4. I disputed through the app, and after returning the truck in Florida, I was charged for 3 gals. I had to call and "dispute" AGAIN, over the phone to get refunded. It's a "racket" for Uhaul to charge people for fuel...... Shame on you guys..Richard A.

Drop off location recognized my issues were valid but failed to credit or compensate me for my over experience, major inconveniences and delays. Receiving Uhaul agent said â€œthese things happen from time to timeâ€ which implied Uhaul was not responsible and therefore didn't take on the true liability. I was very annoyed with their questioning bc I had specifically asked for a receipt to confirm that my return was completed and they said email will be sent. This is a top notch U-Haul facility. The staff is professional and timely in responding to communications. And the facility is modern. It always clean, well lit, easily accessible, smells good, quiet and room temperature. I was a bit concerned when I had to get a unit on the 2nd level but once I actually drove around to the unit, it was street level from the side street and had 2 garage doors for loading/unloading regardless of weather conditions.Shanita E. | Overall Experience
Bait and switch. I lined up a truck and free storage for a month and did not get the truck I wanted at the time I needed it. I stayed because of the one month free rent which I found was not a true offer and the unit I got has a building column in it reducing the square footage. This has all been put online as well. Very rude and unhelpful worker at the desk. I was charged for a unit that was supposed to be free for the first month, and the manager refused to resolve the issue when I brought it to her attention. Whoever the assistant manager there should definitely be fired. She harassed us the entire time we were trying to break the lock off our storage unit. This lady was rude, condescending, unhelpful, unprofessional, and had the nerve to run up on us with two other employees. The other two employees were no help. The assistant manager made threats to us our whole stay and also threatened to call there cops on us after we called a locksmith to help us due to them being completely useless! My experience with Uhaul was the worst. Moving is already stressful and my horrible experience added to this stress. The storage unit I was given was roach infested and I was accused of bringing them with me which is not the case otherwise I wouldn’t have complained about them. I was then initially told I had to move my stuff out of the unit after I paid a company to move it in. After complaining about the situation, the manager there worked with me and reassured me she would take care of it. I appreciate everything that she did to make the experience less stressful and she was very helpful in getting my things moved to another unit while I was out of the country. However, the moving company that they hired destroyed my TV stand in the process. My door access code still does not work. I can only get to my unit during ‘operating hours.’ I stopped by the front desk in the first couple of days and was told that online move-ins are rarely able to complete properly and that corporate would need to fix my code as it all looked right in the system here. Finding the entry to the property with a truck for the first time was a bit obscure, but everything after was more than I'd expect at least from what I am used what I am accustomed to from other U-Haul storage facility.
