Erica and chance are amazing people..beautiful clean walk in and storage units..The trucks are always clean overall this is by far the best U-Haul in Georgia

Larry G | Overall ExperienceIn the 8 months I stored items there, my unit flooded twice. Once while I was pregnant and once when I was 5 weeks postpartum. The staff were reliably UNHELPFUL and UNCARING. I was left alone with my 5 week old baby to “figure out” what to do with my soaked, molded, belongings. Staff “solved” the issue by shoving moving blankets at every unit entrance but the real issue was a broken gutter (which still appears to be broken). Incredibly unprofessional and unhelpful through and through. A new unit was assigned to me after the first flood, but not after the second flood. How messed up is that? For reference, the first flood was in Jan and the second was in May. I will NEVER use U-Haul again and I will be telling everyone I know to avoid at all costs.

The facility also provided a special on-site location for donating goods, to ensure that some stored items found a new home, a vital resource. Highly recommended!
