My reservation was transferred to this location which was much further than my house. They refused to reimburse the difference in mileage that I had to pay for at no fault of my own. The treatment I received was less than sub par. I will not being using this company going forward.

Counter person was helpful, verified mileage and fuel and made corrections when a mistake was found. Helped up get to another U-Haul location for the check engine light that came on after we left, and called ahead to let them know we were coming.

Since I didn't get a receipt after I dropped off the truck... I was disappointed Especially since I always get an receipt at all the other locations as soon as I drop off the vehicle. I'd to call the next day twice and demand a receipt

Even with a software issue the staff were still kind, friendly and very helpful. Trick was just a described, no issues. This is my go to UHaul location!

They did not have what I reserved as far as a dolly goes. The lady was not very friendly. They gave me the keys and did not say I would get a text to take pics before moving it. It was parked in such a tight spot I could barely back it out and no emoloyee was out there to offer help. Return service was great. Everything else sub-par

I cant imagine you doing more at this location. The owner is there every time I have been there, busy with some aspect of running the the place and is always pleasant to deal with. Her store is always welled staffed, such that I never have to wait long to be served. Her employees are friendly and quick to engage. They are all well trained and capable of every aspect of the business whether its checking in, selling products, or loading up and work well together, demonstrating excellent teamwork.

No wheel straps on the trailer, which is very dangerous for customers without towing expertise..I bought straps to safely tow my car 600 miles.. I am not to happy about that.. I will never use this trailer again.. I tried getting the place to give me straps but they said no. How do you expect the vehicle to stay on trailer?? Very tense towing experience.. would never recommend using this type of trailer..

Hire more help in the morning. Clean trucks before giving them out. Don't threaten to charge 20 if customer just drops off keys then leaves.

I wanted a truck and trailer to haul the garden shed 6 ‘x8’ about 9 to 10 miles They recommended a truck and trailer for that purpose When I got to location to pick up the shed the opening of a trailer was only 5’ wide so we couldn’t slide in and not having the job done I returned the truck and explained what happened assuming that I should get my money back and they said they would take care of that whatever that supposed to mean Anyway I was charged $112.40 for job I couldn’t get And I didn’t get any discount I paid full price for nothing Just wanted to let you know

When i called to confirm and say we were on our way there young man who answered was not helpful at all and signed as if we won’t him up. And had no interest in speaking with us. Check in staff was not friendly at all. I don’t think the lady ever even looked up at us. The other staff member was sitting laying way back in his chair and it was just generally very unprofessional inside that office! I actually felt uneasy. Returned trailer at 6:50 with ten minutes until close and when i knocked on the door to help us with the trailer return he would not open the door and just spoke through the glass that he had to clean the facility and couldn’t help me. THE ABSOLUTE WORST RENTAL EXPERIENCE EVER! I will never ever return their again!!

I have rented from your business several times but this time was not was not very pleasant. I ask for a truck that I can move 2 bedrooms living room and dining room plus other items. I was total that the 15 would move me. Not true I wanted the 20 but total i didn't need it. Had to make to many trips.

No consistency I pay to rent a truck at another location for less than 40 bucks and go to the Seminole location and pay over 60 dollars what a rip off I don't recommend this location.

They were given a location where we wanted to return the Uhaul. A different address was put on the contract. Yes my husband should have checked it and not assumed.

The truck was disgusting. It smelled awful and is in need of replacement. The onine check in process needs some serious work, it is cumbersome and glitchy. The gentleman who worked at this location was very helpful and kind.

Every time we pick up equipment, it always has debris in it. Last time there was a bunch of mulch, this time it was nails and broken glass in the cargo area and used tissues and cigar wrapper in the cab. This just happens to be the closest location for us. We also had a horrible time using the app for after hours pick up. The prompts changed each time (we had to call in twice), then the woman we spoke to had to transfer us to the right department for after hours pick up help (no big deal) and then when I explained that the app was not working and there was no cell service at the location, her response was "well you'll have to get that working" and didn't do a thing for us. When I told her this was the worst experience I've ever had with U-Haul, she replied, "have a nice evening" and hung up. Zero help!

Equipment was clean, it worked Great. Your technician Patrick welcomed we back at the end of the day with a smile and helpful attitude. Much appreciated because I was exhausted after moving my belongings that weekend! I also get my propane refills here! Thank you to Patrick and everyone else here. :)

Need employees to be trained correctly no sooner did I leave with a 5X9 open trailer it was not Secure to my vehicle came off the hitch and smashed the tailgate on my truck. The coupler , instead of being screwed down clockwise , it was all the way in the counterclockwise position , which means it was not tightened down at all.

Showed up at the first location where i reserved and the store manager wasn’t there and they made me drive 4 miles down the road to a different location. They then proceeded to give me a different truck that was in the system with 54k more miles than the one i was supposed to be in. So not only did i lose 2 hours of moving on a stressful day i also wasted my time trying to figure out simple clerical errors with their store. Please just fire the whole office, i will never use U-Haul again. Also the truck i was given drove like dog crap.

They overcharged me in the final invoice. I rented a 26' truck, used it for 11 hrs. - their website where I reserved this service says it's $49.95 per period (day of 24hr) plus $1.19 rate per mile. I picked up the truck at 7:55am and agreed verbally to return the truck the same day at 6:00pm - I came back to return the truck at 6:31pm and they considered that enough to charge me for 2 periods ( $99.90) and also they charged me $1.39 per mile instead of honoring what the website states. When I inquired about these charges, they said I was late and also the mile rate is weekend rate. I recommend that if you need to rent a truck and this is the only available store, make sure they are clear with fees and times, otherwise they will screw you at the end. I don't want this to happen to other customers, because they have misleading ads.

The U-Haul team at 10440 Seminole Blvd. is the BEST. I have used quite a few other locations over the years and none compare to the service experience offered at this location. Daryl Sharp handled the rental process and made it easy. Felipe (Crazy Tony) and Patrick made moving day stress free. I will certainly rent from this U-Haul location again. I highly recommend them!
