As always, I had a great experience. Staff and equipment get gold stars. One thing odd was the photo links on the damage verification had photos of a different trailer. The paint on the photos had a different image than the one I rented and the license plates did not match. It did not impact my very positive experience. Thank you.

In my opinion there's nothing you can do to improve for the next customer experience because you have provided the most excellent service. Amy was very informative and helpful. She's a employee located on Senter road in San Jose. I would like to commend my customer loyalty due to her passion on meeting each customer needs without recognition or rewards. She's very genuine in every way.

WE made a reservation but when we got there we were told that there was no truck, and we were not the only one who had a reservation at the same time. The gentleman who was working with us had the worst communication I have ever heard or seen. Not only could I not understand him either could his co worker...what a horrific experience. Some management changes need to happen there to improve the communication and the business. We were the lucky one, a truck appeared for us but the other family was left out and had a moving crew back at home waiting for the truck. More training and customer focus is needed at this location.

I rented a truck for a few hours and I know I left my Prada sunglasses in the cup holder, So I returned to the location like two hours after dropping off the truck and the lady at the desk walked me to the truck I rented and they were gone, whoever cleaned the truck had to had stolen them.

The interaction in person was outstanding. The only flaw this location has is actually with the automated phone service your company decided to use for helping your customers with just simple needs that could quickly be answered by a human. It took 10 minutes to let the receptionist know I was going to be 5 minutes late.? The irony is that I arrived before my call could even get through the robot questions. Really frustrating and unnecessary

Mobile check in requires passport and lease agreement. You should make it clear. I ended up check in at the office.

We reserved a truck in advance, scheduled to be picked up at 7:00am. Since it was a Sunday, the store doesn't open until 9am, so we selected the mobile pick-up option. When we arrived to pick up the truck at 7am, the assigned truck was blocked in by a trailer, with no way to move the truck out. We called for several minutes over and over to get a hold of someone to help us resolve the problem. 30 minutes later, we were able to get a hold of someone through the 800 number, but were told that there was nothing they could do until the store opened at 9am. This was absolutely unacceptable, as we had scheduled movers for 8am and needed the truck at the original pickup time of 7am. Because of the 2 hour delay, we had to extend our mover time, which meant that we had to pay additional time for the movers. Uhaul credited us the $50 guarantee; however, this does not make up for the wasted time that we could not get back. It was a very frustrating experience, but were at least thankful that the front desk worker was at least sympathetic and offered us the credit.

Give more over time so worker's can clean vehicles properly before opening doors. It's about the set up before opening. When you are dominant in the marketplace. You have to maintain. Which involves constantly improving .

The interior of the truck was really dirty and the steering wheel was sticky. Cleanliness needs to improve but I'm very satisfied with my he service and price. The 2 people whole checked me in when I was returning the truck were awesome!!!!! Thank you!

I spent some time doing the on-line check-in, and pre-filling a lot of information, When it came time to get the trailer, it seemed that I had to go through the whole process again. So, apart from just making the reservation, the on-line check-in was a waste of time.

The online process to get my truck took almost 30 mins and required that I go into the office and stand in line to secure the keys. Furthermore there was no one in the office and a line of folks waiting for service. When a gal finally came in she said she was just coming into work and found no one else there. She said they are short staffed. Customers were helping themselves. It was awful and no convenience in the process. This is one of the worst run sites that I've experienced.

All the equipment (dolly's stuff) were checked out. they didn't tell us until we showed up. Self check out app was buggy and first truck they gave us the seat belt didn't work.

The only bad thing for me was that my reservation was changed last minute and to a location that was about 20+ miles away from the town I live in. Thankfully, I was given additional miles so the change didn't cost me anything but it was definitely inconvenient.
