When I arrived my trailer was not available. I had to wait and when I couldn't wait any longer, I had uhaul person give me another one. It was on a tight schedule and not having my trailer ready for pick up put me behind schedule.SAMUEL A.

Review the order and double check to make sure there is a dolly in the truck when it states that there is a dolly in the truck. Without a dolly it makes moving impossibly difficult which is why one was ordered at the time of reservation!!!Vanessa L.

Truck was dirty bottle rolled out underneath the seat by gas brake pedal, not ok,outside of truck was dirty that doesn't mater but windows and mirrors were dirty with water spotshad to clean so I could drive safely last thang was the a/c did not work,and when brought back the guy said just fixed a/c,,this is first time I've ever complain about renting anything,safety was my concern,the guy that helped me was nice and respectful,I paid full price for half service.ERIK M.

We had a horrible experience at this location the last time we rented there but decided to give it another try but has a similar experience to the last time. The cargo van we rented was filthy in the cab and in the back, the windshield was filthy and the fluid was bone dry and they quoted that the van was at full level of gas which it was not. I filled up to full at return so I wouldn't get charged a additional fee. Especially during covid times you would think cleanliness would be a top priority. We decided to give this location another try because it is convenient to our home and we rent cargo vans 6+ times a year but in the future we will drive father or try another company for our cargo van needs.RICHARD T.

I had a major issue with the riverside store. I paid extra for insurance on the vehicle as I always do. This time there was a collision with the vehicle. Another person drooped a metal object on the truck while I was at the city dump and took off before I could Identify the person. This is the very definition of a collision. Another object colliding with another object.I explained this to Zach the store manager/owner and he insisted it was improper loading. I was neither loading that object or unloading that object from the truck because it was a foreign from another person who was in close proximity to me. I was charged $350.00 because Zach stated it was not covered because he stated it was not a collision when it very much was. I think I am entitled to a full refund of $350.00. Like I stated before this was in fact a collision and I was not treated fairly by the management of the riverside location. I feel I paid for collision insurance as I have done several times in the past. If I do not receive a refund for $350.00 I will take this matter to small claims court.Edward S.

I was charged more than I should have been and I was told it would be cheaper if I brought the trailer back earlier and that is not the case. I have called multiple times and I wait on hold for 40 mins plus and then disconnected. I am really upset and I need a call from someone asap.Jason K.
