Everything was mostly ok except the U-Hauls passenger side, the seatbelt was not working. The drivers outside mirror was very lose. When I was driving it kept bouncing around. It made it hard to drive blind with all the traffic. Also the trucks gas tank was only filled 1/4 tank, I kept worrying I might run out of gas. They should be at least filled half a tank. It makes it very inconvinient to refuel in the middle of moving, it just a waste of time.

The clerk was very rude and the only one working. We waited,standing way over an hour. Many left,when some came in and seen the crazy slowness,they would turn and leave. When we got to the counter the clerk treated me horrible. I will never return.

First let me start by saying, The "Truck" was not maintained well at all. It BROKE down minimum of ten times. Getting the truck to work took up most of our time trying to move. We had to sit on the 91 freeway for 2 hrs for the mechanic to come get the darn truck started. Once he got it started, my daughter drove it off the freeway, only for it to brake down on Van Buren..It took almost another hour, To get the truck back to uhaul, where I sat waiting for my daughter. I would not recommend uhaul at this time to anyone. The only compensation I received was a credit back toy account . Renting the truck was a nightmare!!!!

Please Instruct customers to park the rental returns in parking stalls before parking in the drive lane. During my after hours return, there were approx 6-8 open parking spaces that could not be used because earlier customers had parked their returns in the drive lanes blocking the parking spaces. There was very little room to pull on the lot.

The truck I received was a 17 ft truck in pretty poor shape. I paid 70 something dollars for a truck the a/c would change to vent and stay until I pulled out and turned truck on and off a couple times and it would just stay, the brakes need to be changed on this unit he pedal goes low and they grind and squeak very loud. I am a professional mechanic for a world wide company and I can tell you off the batt the blend door controller is bad the breaks squeezers are riding into the rotor I will be calling for some type of compensation is this was ridiculous the past 2 times I've used uhaul it has been horrible. I know there are laws about equipment being up to par and this one is not. I called in and the response was I'm sorry. So when your equipment s hurt somebody is sorry going to up hold in a court of law? No I think not.
