I showed up first thing Saturday morning, what I think would be prime time in a rental world. One person working. People lined up out the door. I had reserved the vehicle on-line and still had to wait approx 90 minutes. We go out to do an inspection, and the back of the truck had not been cleaned. Not a deal breaker for me, but you asked. Went to return vehicle. Sign in lot says "returns-park here and wait in vehicle". Waited for 45 minutes, saw people behind me being helped, so I walked inside. Again, on a Saturday, only two people working. One was doing propane refills and had at least 20 people in line. So effectively only one person working again. Again a 90 minute wait to return also. Not blaming the employees, they were doing the best they could, but why wouldnt you schedule enough help

MARIA GMy only criticism would be of the lack of staffing on 2/18/2026 which resulted in an extended wait time to get vehicle. The counter employee was very nice and efficient overall.
MARK FThe first truck was dirty and old, after asking for a newer truck I was not able to use the link that was texted to me in-order to take pictures of the different angles of the truck. The link kept giving me errors. Then one of employees had the same problem as well after trying to help me on his phone.

LUZ MCustomer service is severely lacking. The young guys are argumentative and don't have any interest in being helpful. It is very clear they hate working here. The van was dirty and had not even had a basic dust wipe down.

FELIPE GZack has highbred a couple new part time workers, and theings are going much smoother. I rent trailers there whenever I need one, and sometimes it's 2 times a month. The price increase is a little disturbing. But that might limit my rentals to less frequent. I'm trying to buy a trailer of my own that will fit my needs. But cargo trailers are way more expensive than I Need. Business is slowing down, and I'm getting older. So we'll do as needs be.

ZAID KThe location did a great job with the equipment and rental. However, I was not pleased with your U-Haul iPhone app. Downloading it and setting it up was fine. But the wording for "Pick up your rental" seemed to imply that I would click on that when I had in fact arrived for my rental. However, at that point I was prompted for pictures of my myself, my drivers license, my passport, all while I'm standing in the parking lot. It would be more helpful if I was prompted to fill in all of that information before arriving at the dealership.

CLIFFORD RI asked what was the cheapest option they had and the guy recommended a van. It came out to be about $100 for three miles and the equipment. Only for me to find out that I could have used a trailer hitch all day for $25. I spoke to somebody who handles reservation services for U-haul on the phone. I told him that I was picking up something small, and this was his recommendation. I could have saved $75.
ALEXIS MWe came back with more gas than required and only used the truck for three hours!!! And we had to pay $83 ! I am a very dissatisfied customer and will not return or recommend U Haul again!!!!

MAX MTh trailer was all muddy. I saw 2 of them inside, and they pulled one out to hitch up to my truck. I was going to clean it up before I took it back, but it got dark on my before I had a chance. I like dealing with Zack. He's a good guy.

CHERYL AWaited 10 minutes while Owner finished her personal call. Didn’t even greet me. Truck was filthy. Windshield dirty and mud streaks. Inside truck wasn’t clean, leaf’s sand and thousands of small bbs. I took photos. I will never go back to that U-Haul location.
KENNETH SWhen a renter like me needed a dolly and made a reservation for it, it should be made available. I was told by the representative who checked me in and who did not introduce himself that reservations are not guaranteed which made me think what was the point of making the reservation for a dolly. I ended up buying a dolly at Harbor Freight because I needed one.

JUAN SAndrew was very friendly n helpful when we drop the truck back He goes above n beyond to give me the good deal. The downside is u haul didn't provide the appliance dolly even it was ok when we reserve by online.

LEXIS CI reserved a truck and utility dolly. When I arrived I was told there were no dollies and only the truck is guaranteed but not the dollies. This is something I should have been informed of on line or a curtesy call before my pick up. I ended up having to buy a dolly. Also there was no ramp to roll my furniture up on. They provided one thin board about a foot wide that wasn’t useable for a refrigerator or other heavy furniture to be pushed up on the truck. Horrible customer service and horrible moving experience
Jamie LYou can clarify where the $19.99/day rental goes, because I've never seen it on the bottom of my contract/receipt., It seems highly deceptive advertising. But aside from that, the entire process from when we stepped into the office to set up the contract, till the time we returned the truck and closed out the contract, went so smoothly, I was amazed. Everything was quick, efficient and out the door. It was fabulous!
