The miles are being charged excessively the average mile for a uhaul is between .59 to .99. Charging at the higher end of the mileage fee is a rip off. The 29.99 rental is a joke after having to pay sich a high mileage fee. Uhaul is a rip off.

The girl that helped me at the store was friendly, professional, and expedient. Two thumbs up for her. The return was quick and easy. On line issue! While reserving a trailer on my U-Haul page, I needed to add the vehicle that I would tow the trailer with. No ware in there was a place to do that. Not even hidden at the very end. I was given the option to use an RV, a vehicle I registered earlier, and something else not relevant to me. No way to see what vehicle was saved on my account which did not own anymore anyways. So I lied, picking RV, What class, it asked me. Argggg! Later I attempted to check in on line. Same problem. However, like I said earlier, your customer service at the store was excellent.

The location and service was fine. I am more upset with UHaul changing up things and making the customer do the job of uhaul and checking the vehicle before driving off. That is very ridiculous and unprofessional of uhaul. Makes me want to use them less as I feel the staff are lazy!!!

Have the employee not rip people off,I had a bad experience there at van Buren location, I rented a appliance dolly, when I got there they gave it to someone else, the employee said he was gonna return my money I had paid bit they didnt I had to call customer service to get my money returned they charged me even though I told them I didn't get the dolly 😡🤬

I was rented a 20' truck that had a cut gas line. The vehicle also felt choppy as if the alignment was out. When I went to refuel the vehicle the fuel leaked completely out causing my wife and I to get a headache from the fumes. No offer of a credit, refund or an apology for the horrible experience. When I first waited for the worker to walk me to the vehicle who was helping someone else with propane at the time. When he was free he then stated that I didn't have to wait and that I could of just jumped in and took off. He never did check the vehicle before I left which might of allowed him to discover a cut gas line. They seemed so nonchalant about it as if it was a regular occurrence to have the gas line cut which put my wife, others around the vehicle and myself at extreme risk. I expect a full refund for this horrible service.

I entered the office and was not contacted by anyone for over 5 minutes. I went looking around and was told someone would be with me soon. In about another 5 minutes someone came. I understand staffing is probably at a minimum due to Covid but contact should be made sooner, if for nothing else as to say, "We'll be with you shortly." Other than that the experience was very good.

The problem is that you keep charging my card for rentals after boxes were returned. Right now you owe me for 7 Ubox rentals that I was overcharged.

I had excellent customer service calling the Uhaul rental on Pierce St. in Riverside. The general man I spoke with did not have a truck m, but he tracked down what I needed at your Van Buren location. Price was great and the customer service was as well! Thank you!

I had a very bad experience with uhaul. First they gave my reservation to someone else and they didnt6have a 26 foot truck that I had originally booked so I had to go with a 20 foot truck which wasn't big enough and I had to do 2 trips instead of 1. then I had to travel 30 miles to another location to pick the truck up. The truck wouldn't start a couple of times and it had no gas in it and there was a RIP in the drivers side seat. Overall a horrible experience.

Had the worst experience with U-Haul not Riverside location but overall. I reserved a truck 10/17 in corona and on the day I needed the truck my reservation was sent to another location who told me they wouldn't have a truck available and sent my reservations back. I had mover early sat morning truck/storage reserved and very unsympathetic employees that didn't have a crap of my time sensitive schedule that cost me a lot of time and money. Only due to hardship I have storage with uhaul but I would never use this storage company and truck rental again. Especially recommend to anyone. Riverside was excellent based on what I reserved because that's all you had.

I was very impressed with the manager and young woman who assisted me. I don't recall their names but they were both great. As a baby boomer I love to see Millennials and Gen Z people who take their jobs seriously. Our future is in good hands.

The cab of our truck stunk of marijuana really bad. It was obvious that the cab was not cleaned out well from the previous renter. There was a huge line to pick up the truck, and the guy we turned the truck in looked like walking COVID. His "white" face mask was so dirty and he shuffled his feet and had such a poor demeanor. It was not a good experience. I felt I needed to go home and disinfect my whole body.

Both times. No one was at front desk. Had to look around & yell hello!! Had to wait again for someone to inspect it when we dropped it off.

I'm definitely satisfied with the 20' Van I rented and services received. This is only the second time I have ever used U-Haul to move between apartments so I'm not sure if this is common but I had to wait in line for over 30 minutes to be helped. I was only the 3rd customer in line and only one associate helping. My only complaint would be maybe having at least two associates helping at the front desk. Besides that everything was perfect!

When my Daughter, and I arrived we we greeted promptly, and politely by Zach, who turn out to be General Manager. While he took care of the paperwork, we talked about our families.
