If I owned or manage a U-Haul store Kyle would be the person that everyone would have to go through training this guy is a great asset to your company and because the guys like him I will return to U-Haul he has of multiple customers at the same time while he was waiting for the computer to answer a question for this One customer he would be helping the other customer back-and-forth to people at a time never seen that before 👍👍👍

The web site is miss leading it said a trailer would be ready at a certain time and it was not. The location called and confirmed 2 hours before my pickup and I had go somewhere else farther away

Very disappointed with U-Haul. Reserved a Appliance Dolly online. When checking in at 12:30 (which had to wait since the truck was still being used) they informed my that they don't have a appliance dolly and that they are short of them and that corporate knows about it and still let's reservations go through. How is this great customer on a company that specializes in moving???? Was unable to move my refrigerator since U-Haul failed to deliver on there promise and making me scramble when I have help scheduled that day. What a waste of time and would not recommend U-Haul at this location. U-Haul needs to fix this, as they state it's happening at other local locations since they state they have trouble get appliance dolly from neighboring locations and that wasn't a option for me drive far to get one.

The truck was horribly maintained. Don't send a customer over 2,000 miles to travel in a truck with a number of issues! How could you send us us travel this far with no oil in your truck! Broken windshield wipers. Bad brakes. Horrible A/C. ETC. This company should not do These things to customers especially one traveling this many miles! My goodness!! Do better UHAUL!

I had selected a drop off location close to my new house, and then it was changed to a place we're I had to drive 12 extra miles. My out of pocket was not a big deal but the inconvenience sure was. I won't be recommending this location or the internet reservation web.

Rented with 1/8 of a tank brought back 1/2 of a tank, but refused to reimburse me for my fuel purchase. Then, had a smattering of unexplained, unauthorized, charges show up on my account. I'll never trust U-Haul again. They are in the business of extracting as much money as they can and providing as little services possible. Not sure if they're in League with the Devil but they do have a certain satan-like quality to their business practices and lack of commitment to customer service. It's all about the money.

Your policy of only accepting "major" credit cards is implemented arbitrarily. I carry a US Bank credit card, but the young man behind the counter would not accept it because he hadn't heard of them. By total assets, US Bank is larger than Capital One, but the clerk admitted he would accept a Capital One card as a major bank. Perhaps a policy of accepting only major bank cards should be accompanied by education on what the major banks are.

No problems with staff. We have used this location many times. The truck was not completely cleaned out. Cab door did not close all the way. Rubber door gasket fell off when door opened. Pretty ridiculous!

After I picked up the uhaul and had it loaded. There was a smell in the cab, not sure if it could have been noticed by the staff unless it was driven for a distance. But other than that my trip and experience was good

Great experience overall staff helped tremendously and did whatever they could to help me out. Would rate excellent but there was no customer parking allowed on-site and had to park on the street. Don't know If it's just this location but customer parking would be perfect!

We reserved a 15' truck 45 days prior, our load was lightweight with mainly boxes, no furniture or appliances. When we went to pick it up “ corporate “ had substituted a 20'. We objected but to no avail, take it or leave it. Our drive was 7 hours, SoCal to Phoenix, this truck with its heavy suspension and no load ‘beat us to death'. U-haul should have been paying us to return this truck to Phoenix. Oh did I mention the side rear view mirrors that wouldn't hold adjustment… major safety issue. 🫤. Probably look elsewhere next time.

I rented a 5x9 trailer for a one-way trip from Riverside to Santa Barbara. When I went to pick up the trailer at my appointed time, I was informed that the trailer I contracted for was in Texas and if I wanted a trailer, I would have to return it to Riverside instead of leaving it in Santa Barbara as I had ordered. Since I had people in both places available only on that day to load and unload, I felt forced to agree to return it to the Riverside location or lose any help I had to load up a 25 cubic foot refridgerator. Additionally, my original contracted price was $85.50 when I booked it online. My new contracted price was (I thought) $92.50. It wasn't until I looked at my email, that I saw my price was $224.50, not the $85.50 or even the $92.50 price I was originally quoted.

The lock does not work. Also, there was no gas in the vehicle so I had to pump gas into it first. The guy at the store said I would get a $60 credit. Which was not the case. I brought it back with more gas than it originally had.

First time rental from uhaul, so it would've helped if the clerk said I had to use the app to confirm my drop off at its location, didn't know until I got charged the $20 fee

I was concerned because the drivers mirror would not stay in place more than 5 minutes. I had to keep sticking my arm out of the window to push it up. This was dangerous and I couldn't see to drive safely. I shared this when I turned the truck in. I hope he repaired it so the next renter will not have to be aggravated. Other than that… all was great!

They tried to give me a vehicle that the gas light was on. not knowing how far I COULD go, I opted for a different vehicle. This gets into ethical questions on the safety of their customers. KEEP a 5 Gal gas can so you can avoid this....easy. No Common Sense Anymore!!!

Does not allow customers to use the self-service app. Forces customers to check-in in person, show documentation even though it's already been completed through the app and interact with staff even though the process is supposed to be completely contactless. This has happened repeatedly everytime I visit, both on pickup and check out. When discussing it with the employees they are always rude and outright refuse to address the question. I will never return to this location for Uhaul rentals - there are plenty around to choose from.

I made and appt for 8am pickup, for my own 9am appt, staff was unresponsive, I finally chased them around the facility to get a truck - the equipment 'included' in my rental agreement dolly/hand truck wasn't provided, in addition to blankets I requested, I was happy to get the truck and make my appoint - creating a panic maybe get's people out the door without a fuss for that stuff :-)

The location do not have any appliance dollies, or furniture pads. The website should not allow me to make a reservation for those items, if the location does not have them. This is a major flaw in your system.

I had to wait for the young man to stop the game he was playing on his phone. And I ran into terrible traffic on my way home. One of the guys I believe his name was Andrew call me and I told him I was going to be late on the return. He said no problem as long as it's here for Saturday morning. I returned it Friday at just after 8:00 PM. Then I received an e mail and they charged me for another day. Very misleading in my opinion.
