Your TruckShare solution does not work for international licenses, which is to be expected I guess. But you should not allow users to check the box where it says "International License" and have them think that it is going to work with an international license. All the best KristianKristian O.

Insure that the vehicles are in good repair; ignition key was tempermental, the know for the driver side window kept coming off and it smelled of cigarettes. Also, the return process was very frustrating. I tried to use the app, but it would not accept my dash pictures. We tried 6 or 7 times with 2 phones. We ended up using the web site, but it still took more than one try. It was a long day of moving and all we wanted to do was drop off the truck, but it took almost 30 minutes to complete the process.TAMARA S.

We reserved furniture pads with our truck and were told that there were no furniture pads available when we showed up to pick up the truck. The store didn't contact us, even though they knew ahead of time that the pads were unavailable. (Nor did the they offer to get the pads from the other location, which is under the same management). The store manager said we had to buy the pads from them (would have cost us >$70) or go to another location 40 minutes round trip to pick up pads. We had movers waiting and couldn't afford to drive to another location to get pads. It was a bait and switch. Horrible experience, will never use this location again. Markell the manager refused to take any responsibility. They said they often have people show up with truck reservations and no trucks available. I've used UHaul before in other states and the experience was always fine. This location has terrible management! In the future, if a store doesn't have an item or truck that has been reserved, notify the customer before they get to the store. People who are moving are coordinating lots of different things and Uhaul is taking advantage of its customers by lying about what is available at a location.Martin L.

The latch on the back was broken (very difficult to lock the truck at night). The visor was broken and would constantly fall forward while I was driving. The back was all scratched up and seemed to be quite dusty. Definitely not sure why this happened, because normally the trucks are well maintained.ISAACALEXANDRE J.

I was told that afterhours I just needed to park and drop off the key, but then there was a sign that pointed me to the website to do extra steps. My phone was almost dead so that was a stressful thing to realize - maybe you could make clear whether that is optional or not? Or warn the customer beforehand? Your app SUCKS! It wouldn't let me take a picture of my licence, I pushed the button a dozen times and it did nothing. Luckily I scheduled my pickup for when your office opened and your staff at that location is AWESOME. It would have been a perfect experience apart from that g$dd#&n app. Power windows and doors locks would be nice too, but I like cheap trucks ;)AARON J.

The guy in the front desk the Hispanic one is really rude, it's not the first time I go there and he had an attitude like he doesn't want to be there, im Hispanic myself and used to work at customer service soo always try to talk to the person that is taking care of m, but this gentleman is really rude and it's not anged with his job.LUISA C.

My wife called to extend our reservation, which the attendant said would be free of additional charges. After I return the truck at the agreed time I get the receipt in my email which shows all charges doubled. Truck, insurance, dolly and pads.
