In general Uhoul services is not good 1.i was on the phone 15 minutes before I was able to talk to someone 2.i asked if the equipment was available I was told that they needed my credit card number first before they can tell me. 3.after all that try told me that the equipment was available 20 miles away from my location. I think you should check your business Strategy and make changes People should be informed first than you get there information

I reserved a cargo van and hand-truck/dolly to carry boxes on in mid April. When I went to pick up the van on 05/05 at 10:30 am as I had scheduled, the manager told me they didn't have anymore dollies like I had reserved. I asked him why the woman who took my reservation didn't tell me they didn't have any and also asked if maybe one had been reserved for me but somebody screwed up and gave it to someone else. The manager was unable to tell me how this had happened nor was he in any way apologetic. Had I known U-Haul would not be able to provide me with the dolly, I would have borrowed one from a friend, however at this juncture, it was too late to do that. The manager offered me a furniture dolly, which wouldn't work, or the utility dolly, which was much too big. The manager then told me he could call the State St location and see if they had one I could use, but I would have to go there and pick it up. I don't especially enjoy driving the U-Haul vehicles, in addition, the gas and mileage is something I get charged for, so that was not a viable solution. Frankly, I think one should have been delivered to me. This move was far more difficult than it would have been had I been provided the dolly as I had reserved weeks ago. I asked the manager for his supervisor's contact info, which he gave me (Patrick Keefe and his phone number). I called and left a message for Mr. Keefe asking him to please make this right, but more than 48 hours has passed and he has not gotten back to me. I'm really disappointed and unhappy with this U-Haul right now; they screwed up and I'm the one who had to pay for their mistake.

Excellent experience .. I would highly recommend this U Haul location .. Due to my own problems about deciding on a moving date I spoke to several people at different times ., Terri and Sharee and Meloney. They were all friendly professional and informative . I highly recommend this U Haul location .This staff has a wonderful attitude and makes you feel welcome .. I am a senior citizen and service means a lot .

Helen was extremely professional and helpful. As was a second girl Tanisha I am really sorry I can't remember her name.. but she was quick to extend my reservation.. While Angel was finding a problem with extending and switched me to the scheduling dept only to get hung up on..But the second gal ..handled it in a minute with no problem.
