La remorque à été parfaite pour le transport de ma moto et le préposé et l'employé de la cour étaient super gentils.
MARIO VUnorganized, we did no have access to all the items we selected on our order, and long waithing line when we arrived (30 minutes late because of that). Very disapointed of the whole experience.

MOHAMED C1st and last time I rent from U-Haul. I rented a 15’ truck on January 24,2026 and I return the truck January 25,2026 at 3:57pm. When I parked the truck in the parking lot at U-Haul 2771, Rue Mance st-Hubert 1 of the employee told me to leave the Key and the paper in the truck and he will take care of it. On Wednesday morning I received a call from another employee telling me that I did not return the truck and send me a bill of $7108.05. I think some of the employee working during the week-end are not doing their job properly. She I was in the line on Saturday to rent the truck one of the employee told every customer waiting in line who ever is here to retenu leave the key and paper inside. Maybe it the way of doing the job fast but, do not call me on Wednesday to tell me why I didn’t return the truck when the truck is already in the parking lot. They are so slow to give me an answer.

PAVEL INo windshield washer fluid in the truck and no scraper to clear the windows. When asking the guy for one he gave me a foam brush. Had to use my credit card to scrape the window. Reserved the truck 4 days in advance, you think it would have been cleared and ready to go.
STEVEN CPremièrement, j'ai été obligé de prendre 30-45 minutes pour faire le ménage de l'intérieur du camion. Il y avait un sac de vieux linges avec du vomi dedans qui puait la bière dans le camion, des restants d'un meubles en ruine, une vieille fan, le diable n'avait pas été attaché et se promenais dans le camion.Imaginez l'odeur! J'ai dû y passer une mope pour être capable d'y mettre mes choses dedans. En cas de besoin j'ai pris une photo évidement! Je devais transporter mes meubles et mes boites là-dedans avec cette odeur ?? WTF?? Ça fait très amateur comme compagnie. De plus, aucune réduction ou remboursement ne m'a été offert pour avoir fait VOTRE job et pour le temps perdu! Deuxièmement, vous n'avez même pas un sondage en français!! Ça fait dur!! Alors, histoire de recommander ça à quelqu'un, jamais.

Diego FI had the worst experience ever in my 42 years living and renting equipment from your company. I live in Hamilton, Ontario right across from the Barton and Nash rd. location. I had a scheduled pick up in Île-aux-Noix, QC, J0J 1G0 last Friday January 9. I was picking up the front hood of a Hino truck that had already been prepared in a crate for safe transport. I did not want to rent a trailer in Hamilton and haul it empty all the way to Quebec so I decided to book a one way trailer from the location on 2771 Rue Mance Saint-Hubert, QC. reservation 13887001. When I got there I was informed that they had rented the wrong trailer to someone else and they only had another one that I would have to bring back the next day. This was not going to work for me because the pick up was already scheduled at the other company and on top of that they would be closed on Saturday so that would not work out either way. I had no options that would work for me. The only apology I was given was "Oh well, we screwed up" nothing we can do. I was only given the option of a 5X8 enclosed trailer that was a one way rental. My 20 minute crate pick up turned into a 2 hour ordeal because we had to disassemble the crate and remove the load and try to fit it into the small trailer. It was extremely small for my need and took 4 people to maneuver it. By the time we got back to Hamilton and were able to remove the hood from inside the trailer it had shifted and sustained some damage which will end up costing me more money and just because someone didn't bother to check which trailer to rent out. What an incredible mess. A 14 hour trip turned into 21 hours. Thank U-Haul

ANDRE SLost time a the pickup besoin a got the wrong keybox I had to call 3 times to get help and I was unable to complet the startup because the app block at the end teeling me that I reach the maximum picture I can take. I lost 1 hours total on my time of location I need to extend my time of location because of that.

MAXIME BJe n'ai pas été informé de la façon de retourner la remorque après la fermeture. Je duis arrivé un peu plus tard que prévu, les bureau venait de fermer, 20h06 j'ai mis la remorque au fond avec les autres. Réduction à la maison j'ai vu par internet la procédure de retour qui me demandait d'être sur place. J'ai dû y retourner remplir le documents et m'apercevoir qu'une journée de plus m'a ete chargé. Juste le double. L'heure de retour inscrit était vraiment plus tard que mon arrivé, réel.

Yanick TWe were not able to start the truck after loading. We had to wait in the extreme cold for one hour to have the battery boosted. The truck was not properly maintained or prepared for cold winter weathers.

DANIEL DIl est difficile de stationner sa voiture durant la location. Le camion était malpropre et le lave glace ne fonctionnait pas, en hiver ça peut être dangereux . Les employés étaient courtois par contre.
STEPHANE DJ'ai pris l'option de faire le pick-up par mobile et les responsables n'avaient pas fait la préparation. Le bureau était fermé donc j'ai du appeler par téléphone et changer ma réservation à un autre U-haul. Expérience désastreuse.

STEPHANE SI was charged over 30$ without my permission for on extra time knowing that i was on time, when i arrived the personne who took was on the parking his name is paul ask me to leave the key in the car and you will receive your receipt although i ask him to check with you the details he was rude and keep saying sir you get all the details then i left the parking and on my way home i noticed that i been over charged, had to make U-turn and go back to the front desk and double check with them again and effectively it was paul mistake. We gave our CC because we trust on you as a good company not to take advantage at the check out to credit whatever you want very bad customer service.
MOHAMED STrès satisfaite de mes 4 ans et 4 mois d'entreposage chez U-Haul . C'est sécuritaire et facile d'y accéder étant à l'extérieur . Le seul problème rencontré est de l'eau qui a pénétré par le coin arrière du local . Plusieurs boîtes étaient détrempées ainsi que le contenu . Pour le reste tout a été parfait . Most visits I had a 6inch clearance from my locker to the truck box parked beside it. 200$/month with no access. Why sell something that cannot be accessed according to the contract?

Jorge G | Overall Experience- The light inside the container didn't work so we had to provide our own lighting. - A truck was left in the parking lot near the closing time (7pm) and we had to ask a clerk to move the truck so we can get out. It took a while for him to understand - When we moved out of the container a month later, a lot of the stuff was soaking wet, so i'm guessing there were leaks in the roof or elsewhere - Even though I had reserved the container of the 5th of the month, It was renewed on the 1st of the following month and I had scheduled the move out for the 2nd. So I end up paying for two months even though I only used one and it seems they are not refunding the cost pro-rated so i'm screwed.

Thing is there was a glitch on there own website when I got to pay the second locker it prepaid the same one again! Could undo it and had to waste a couple of hours to drive to, wait and explain everything to the clerk at the counter that she had to remove the late fees do to all this nonsense! Back to square one a month later, Secondly, at first visit my wife found mousetraps on second floor hallways that made us second guess storing all of our valuable belongings here. Now yesterday we installed mousetraps and not 24hrs later we caught one in our locker on the second floor!! Manager gave me one month free on one locker but let’s get real here if we get mouse crap 💩 all over, my two 3500$ leather sofas and 1000$ mattresses get mouse wholes all over it’s not a one 206$ free month that will cover anything!! Should look elsewhere for storage!! Install LED lighting in lockers, it’s pitch dark! Garage door access impossible to back a trailer flush to, with there parking lot layout and multiple levels make moving furniture and appliances difficult even on the first floor! Second floor accessibility by stairs only!

It was a busy day that day so I did not go to the counter to confirm storage unit1077 was emptied but i did call on march 25 to confirm. I was then told I would receive a confirmation but did not and then I was sent a bill + late charges on April 3. I have called numerous times to receive this confirmation but NO ONE at The 2771 Mance location EVER ANSWERS THE PHONE. I have records of my calls on the dates outlined and even audio recordings. i am frustrated with this situation. While the facilities were fine, the management is very irresponsible and the customer service is seriously lacking. I am a good client of U-Haul but have wasted a lot of time with this negligent behavior. All I have requested for weeks now is a confirmation that the unit was emptied on time, which it was and that no further charges would be incurred.

shane b | Overall ExperienceThe storage unit had holes in the roof and leaked water over all of my belongings for 18 months. When I opened the door everything was covered in black mold. Most of my furniture was priceless antiques, well over 150 years old. I was crushed, I had to get rid of my clothes, linens, furniture, anything that wasn't ceramic or stainless was destroyed completely. Dont ever store your precious belongings at a U-Haul.

Les souris ont mangé mes meubles, chier partout dans les boîtes. Le pire c'est que lorsque j'ai trié mes choses en jetant 1/3 de mes possessions chéris dans la poubelle, et j'ai déménagé ce que j'ai gardé dans mon appartement, il y avait des souris vivant dans mes boîtes!! Donc je suis enragée et traumatisée par rapport à cela et je ne recommenderais JAMAIS cette service. ====================================================== All my things are covered in rat droppings. The rats ate through my furniture and boxes, leaving poop all through my things. I sorted through my stuff to throw out 1/3 the ruined things and most damaged stuff. When I moved my stuff out of the storage into my apartment, their were live rats inside a box!!! Do NOT rent storage in this disgusting facility.

Et de plus, j'ai vidé mon local deux jours après le début du mois à payer et u-haul ne rembourse pas au les journées non-utilisées, entre vous et moi, c'est du vol !
