Toutes mes choses étaient couvertes d'urine et de crottes de souris. Quand j'ai ouverts mes boîtes, il y avaient des crottes de souris en dedans. Les souris ont mangé mes meubles, chier partout dans les boîtes. Le pire c'est que lorsque j'ai trié mes choses en jetant 1/3 de mes possessions chéris dans la poubelle, et j'ai déménagé ce que j'ai gardé dans mon appartement, il y avait des souris vivant dans mes boîtes!! Donc je suis enragée et traumatisée par rapport à cela et je ne recommenderais JAMAIS cette service. ====================================================== All my things are covered in rat droppings. The rats ate through my furniture and boxes, leaving poop all through my things. I sorted through my stuff to throw out 1/3 the ruined things and most damaged stuff. When I moved my stuff out of the storage into my apartment, their were live rats inside a box!!! Do NOT rent storage in this disgusting facility.

J'aurais aimé recevoir une copie du contrat en format papier. Ce n'est pas du tout confortable recevoir la documentation par courriel comme une image et devoir la lire sur le téléphone avant de partir. Aussi, le système pour retourner le camion avec le téléphone ne marchait qu'en anglais et sur Chrome (impossible de prendre des photos avec Firefox pour Android).

Tous les documents sont en anglais et on est au Québec, l'appareil de paiement par carte fonctionne très mal, et il n'est pas possible de réserver le jour même, tout payer et juste valider les informations, pour éviter les lignes d'attente

Ma déception à été sur le fait que j'ai demandé à louer sur Armand-Viau et j'ai reçu une confirmation pour Henri-Bourassa. Quand j'ai appelé , je suis tombé sur la centrale. J'ai eu comme réponse qu'il ne devrait plus avoir l'équipement mais non c'était faux et ça m'a fait perdre du temps. Je me suis présenté à Henri-Bourassa il m'ont confirmé qu'il y avait l'équipement sur Armand-Viau. J'ai retourner là pour finalement prendre possession de l'équipement. Quelle mauvaise organisation la centrale

Waited so long to be served even though the confirmation was done online weeks before coming. The gentleman at the store was nice, but they made a mistake on the truck had to change didn't get my furniture pads, when I called they said they won't charge me for them, but they ended up charging it. Some work needs to be done to enhance the customer service and the speed of pick up. The line up outside was none sensical

I will never ever recommandé this specific Uhaul location and I am starting to hate Uhaul. This location stole me 5km and charge me double because I have booked for 3 hours and returned 40min later (after work hour using the app). I refused the charge mentionned on the app and it said "a customer service with call you within 48h". 2 days later, I got charged double without any call. This is disgusting

Had to wait 1 hour because an employee was late. The truck was dirty , reeked of cigarette smell, old masks on the floor, on my contract I had asked for furniture pads, I did not get them, but they were charged to my bill. Would NEVER return or recommend U-Haul.

J'ai attendu 30 minutes pour être servi, j'ai fais ma réservation avec mon Téléphone pour sauver du temps, j'avais besoin d'un cargo pour 2 heures, j'ai du attendre 20 minutes pour avoir le véhicule, les hommes de court étaient à l'intérieur à faire je ne sais quoi! De plus, fausse publicité pour le 19.95? ça ma coûté plus de 120$$ plus jamais, je vais encourager UHAUL! je vais parler à mon entourage de se service pauvre et minable!

Made a reservation a month prior. Got a confirmation everything was good the day before. Once at the location, they tell me they don't have a truck. Had to wait one hour for them to empty a truck full of someone's belongings before I could get going. The dropoff location they told me was good ended up not accepting the truck. They told me they don't have space

I reserved a truck with a dolly and furniture pads - when the employee handed me the keys, I asked if the dolly & pads where in the truck and he said yes, no worries. I didn't double check but there was no dolly nor pad. I phoned 20 mn later to inform the store and I was told it wouldn't be charged. I brought back the truck on time, after the store closure - I added comment in the web site about that when doing the checkout. I was still charged for the equipment I didn't get. I phoned the next day to get that refund. I was told the shop would contact me back. I was not. Needless to say, the experience is far from pleasant.

Was there for 7:00 am p/u. System was down & as I was on my phone the clerk thought I had tripped the system. Another clerk had same issues & resubmitted a new contract for customer. When I suggested he do the same 1 hr later I was on my way. I had pre-booked all info & drop-off location which he couldn't find. During my rental another site calls to find out when I'll make drop-off,only issue is nowhere near my drop-off location.

Your team should have more respect for people who reserved and checked-in before going. I arrived 30 minutes in advance and stayed more than 1 hour in line to pickup a truck. 4 people in front of me took all that time because of not enough staff. You should have a dedicated line for people who already did the check-in.

On attend beaucoup trop longtemps en ligne, Chaque fois ces la même histoire... il n'y a pas assez de personnel pour répondre au clients. Par contre, le personnel et super courtois. Ils ne sont juste pas en nombres suffisant. Un bon 20 minutes en fil d'attente.... ces trop long.

Uhaul app in french does not always work. I was unable to complete my rental reservation online when I declined the need for storage space, the app told me I used an unvalid link and prevented me from completing the rental.

Point is often the vehicle is not inspected. I have rented four times in the last six weeks from the company

1. la veille, on nous dit qu'il n'y a pas de camion pour nous 2. Après avoir argumenter longement avec le personnel, on réussi à avoir un camion mais on doit aller le chercher à un autre point de service plus loin. 3. le check-engine c'est allumé durant le déménagement 4. on doit aller le reporter à un autre point de service que prévu dans le contrat initial 5. on nous charge près de 500$ de frais additionnels non justifiés

We were charge for mileage we didn't make! Even if a representative confirmed with us at the drop off that we would not pay for more than 40 km (since that's the mileage we did, and what was recorded by the minivan), they charged us for 118 km. This doesn't make any sense!!!! Impossible to talk to a representative by phone. Nobody picks up. Poor service!!!

Hire extra people ASAP. Long waiting time on the phone, long waiting time at the desk and not enough time to clean pick up truck before renting it to me. Else than long delays and a dirty pick up truck, it was well functioning and people were nice.

When dealing with clients picking up a rental, the experience was so clinical. A smile would not hurt and at least look like you want to be there. Waited 12 minutes in the yard for any employee to show us our truck. Went inside to ask hey were looking for an employee to help us, person inside said "someone will be there", did not get up and look did not communicate with anyone just someone will show up. 5 minutes later found an employee on the sidewalk off premises on cell phone who came and helped while still on the cell phone on a personal call. Such bad service.

Man and woman at counter were fine, but when they asked the Uhaul worker get me a dolly for facilitating moving boxes he brought a dolly for appliances and insisted it was for boxes...He also insisted on speaking Spanish saying he didnt speak French. When I returned to the store to get the proper item...he also told another man that he "didn't speak francais" and asked him (as he did to me) if we spoke Spanish.

You could not honor my reservation and I had to take what was available which was way more expensive than the trailer I had reserved, no rebate or compensation what so ever. And, I was charged from 9:30am but waited 1/2 hours to get the truck so got screwed even more. I have been trying to reach you all day today (Monday) to discuss the amount I was charged but could not speak with anyone. This ordeal cost me 184$ instead of $59!!!!!!

I would suggest listening to the client, learning a little about a concept called arithmetic, specifically the subtraction section. Learn to apply certificates to the .contract and not change the contract because you think it would be better for me. It was not.

The truck interior was dirty (chip crumbs everywhere). The wait at opening was an hour: opened at 9am, we arrived at 9am and was seen almost an hour later. The mileage charged was not the mileage I used 4960km-4979km, but was charged for 31km (should have only been 19km). The person who received the truck when I returned it was friendly and professional.

Pire expérience ... Toutes mes boîtes ont été rongées par des souris (ou un autre rongeurs que je ne connaîs pas !?! ) , toutes mes boîtes ont des excrément de ces bestioles. Mon divan blanc en plume d'oie doit être jeter. On ne parle pas du service INTERMINABLE, attendre plus d'une heure en ligne pour du service... Et de plus, j'ai vidé mon local deux jours après le début du mois à payer et u-haul ne rembourse pas au les journées non-utilisées, entre vous et moi, c'est du vol ! Vous devriez faire quelque chose pour améliorer la situation car juste en ligne d'attente TOUS les gens étaient dépassés par le service médiocre. Je ne recommanderai plus jamais u-haul. < Marie-Ève
