Lors de la réservation vous avez exigé de faire l’achat de cadenas UHaul sous prétexte que c’était requis pour les assurances. Après coup nous apprenons que nos effets ne sont pas couverts contre le vol et que c’est à nous que reviens la responsabilité de s’assurer contre le vol? Catastrophique qui a eu un impact MAJEUR et un retard sur notre plan de la journÃ©e. Excessivement dÃ©Ã§u!!! I reserved a van for a 24/7 service where I could drop of the key after the service counter would be closed. But when I arrived at the u-haul store on cremazie est in Montreal. The service wasn't in place yet so I had to park the van in my street and had to give back the van and the keys for the opening of the store which is 7h30 am. The website says that this succursale offers 24/7 key drop off and van parking but the service is not offered yet and you have to give back the keys before the counter close up. The van wasn't dirty but wasn't clean either there was crumbles of food in cup holders for exemple. Overall I had an ok experience. I will rent back with u-haul because I always had a good service before but not with u-haul st Michel.LIOR Z.

The main reason why I would recommend this location is the customer service they have there. The person you find greets you with a smile and is really informative, gives you details of everything, and explains in detail what you are paying for and what are the consequences of your decisions, all of this while keeping the conversation fresh, entertaining, and hilarious.
