Receipt of a truck with service to tire indicator. Asked about it prior to rental. Disregard regarding and with weight from the content I asked again. Again little regard. I also put gas one gallon. Went 13 mules. Which showed equal to the contract. The Customer Service Representative stated it was 2 gallons short???? Charged me 10.00 and disregarded the gas receipt Shows gas mileage indicator for the 10’ Foot. 15 miles to each gallon. I do not believe I used 3 gallons in a 13 mile trip Was dissatisfied with service due to validation on paperwork in paperwork. Matched the gasoline meter and 3 gallons for 13 miles is overage and dishonest ... Truck was not maintained correctly for possible malfunction

I moved out my unit and I let the office know I moved out they called me everyday until yesterday about 5:00pm one time they even called passed business hours. Smh 8/20/2019

I accidentally backed into an iron rod in my garage and broke the rear window on the vehicle. I reported it to U-Haul and was told I had to Pay $150 before I could rent another vehicle from U-Haul. Although I had purchased $5,000 worth of insurance. Very disappointed!

Make your website easier to use to schedule 2 trucks at a time for one move. I used a 26' truck and 20 'truck and had to call the rep for help.

Next time, this location needs to correctly check equipment back in. I rented a trailer on 8/18/19 and returned it on the same day. I got a call on 8/19/19 stating I didn't return the trailer. i had to make a trip back to this location and thankfully the trailer was still there and a manager properly checked it in. This should not have happened in the first place.

The vehicle that I was shown with the hand truck and a rolling pallet type thing it's the one that I got and I really could have used those item it would have made the move much easier next time check everything again before driving off??

No issues with the location. The return process on the app was difficult due to an issue submitting the photo of the truck upon return so I was unable to complete it on my phone. The return was processed by staff the next morning.

After recieving my ubox i never was aware of an autopayement for a room rented which never happened. 12 days later i was charged for a 30days renting of room. I called to asked a refund never got it.

UHaul taffer did not properly secure pin holding stabilizer foot at rear of UBox trailer I rented. The pin came out and the foot dropped to drag on the pavement at 50 mph. Lucky I had spare myself.
