The lady working when I picked up my truck seemed more interested in talking about non work with a customer while 4 of us stood in line. A young man came up to the counter and quickly took care of me.

Make sure the truck has functional mirrors. Make sur there is a key to the lock on the rollup door. make sure that there are blankets and a hand truck in the truck. There was a bag but no blankets. There was a mount but no hand truck. The truck was dirty. The truck had a plastic Walmart bag covering a hole in the cargo box overhang above the cab and visible to the outside. This was the worst experience I have ever had at this Uhaul location and I have used them at least three times.
The drop-off went smoothly. Staff was friendly and efficient.
Bekki was super friendly and I loved the way she continued to take care of me rather than make me wait to assist another U-Haul representative that called from another location while she was already helping me. She is really dedicated to ensuring the customer in front of her is her top priority. She has a super bubbly personality.
The customer agent was overworked because she was by herself after 5 PM Inside at the counter,on a Friday but she handled herself very professionally In stressful situations and I was impressed
There was an issue on return with the location on one of our phones. Since our other phone worked, it's an issue with a specific device. However, it would've been frustrating and inconvenient if our other phone didn't work with the location for the drop off. An improvement is to allow an alternate after-hours drop off if the location issue occurs. Perhaps a different code everday for after-hours that should be entered. It should be used just as a backup precaution.
I was charged for cleaning o.Just saw my receipt when i was initially given a wrong gas and mileage reading on my contract. I will be calling the office .This is very unusual of the center
Had a problem with check-in. Returned the rental same day that it was rented. I checked in with the tech on site that was servicing vehicles. The tech indicated I'm all checked in and a receipt would be emailed to me. Checked for receipt next day and I did not receive a receipt, checked my U-Haul account and noticed that the rented unit was still not checked in. I had to go to the location to resolve the bill and overcharge to my credit card.
But once I got to my destination the truck wouldn't start back up I had to sit for 20minutes and waste time and then no one would answer the phone when I tried to call to report it

Can not talk to this location when you call their direct number. You get a customer service call center. Sometimes you need to talk directly to them.
