RANDOLPH BItems purchased with the vehicle were not prepared. We rented the uhaul but still had to wait in a line and go through a process indoors. Would have liked to finish everything and have a code to get the key like other locations. No one was there to check in. Waited for at least 30 minutes before getting help.
Elena WI booked online and checked in in advance online. When I filled out the online reservation form I was asked for my contact info and a secondary contact, which I included. When I arrived to pick up the trailer I was asked for an additional contact? Why? The rep said she could not proceed further with my reservation if I didn't provide the additional contact information. If a reservation now requires two contacts in addition to my contact info, why not include that right up front at the time the reservation is made? I rent trailers from U-Haul several times a year and this is the first time I was required to provide additional contact info.

FREDERICK RI had up to three units there for over a year and everything was well-maintained and service was excellent- I ended up moving my things to a storage unit closer to Where I live now- U-Haul tends to be a little more pricey than other places, but it is well maintained and safe .

How can you operate with 1 customer service person, on a Friday? Absolutely horrible experience! The poor woman looked so frazzled. You made me late! My total wait time was over 45 minutes! Ridiculous!!

KATHLEEN MI rented the small U-Haul truck to move a refrigerator from one house to another house. The customer service representative was very friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable in explaining to me in having the right size truck to move the refrigerator. He upgraded the truck for me. I will go back to the Hazel Park location again in the future for truck rental and supplies.

I stored my belongings and had my son deliver them there from North Carolina. I could not have it in my name other than my bank account being drafted, which caused a problem setting it up. Fix it as I was the customer and not my son, which you have listed on the account. If I had known prior I would not have used you.
