Lanisha F | Overall ExperienceHonestly wouldn’t recommend this place , it’s a constant run around, not good communication between employees you get told one thing from one then the opposite from another, seems like a money grab thing , employees (Josh with a fedora hat on ) will say right in you’re face they don’t feel like doing that so they aren’t going to do it even though it’s apart of their duties as a U-Haul storage employee , also when I first got the storage in 2023-2024 the manger at the time Kirk allowed a team member to access mine and my sisters private information (phone number , address , our emergency contacts phone number and address) for her own knowledge for harassment -.

(understandable, i didn’t want to be there ether) Instructions weren’t clear so I ended up setting off alarms while just trying to access the unit. While loading the unit, another person set off the alarm. There should’ve been more help and assistance with this.
