Dana M. | First ImpressionsI think I would have had a better experience if you all actually employed people that cared from the vice president all the way down to the management at 10 Mile and Dequindre sorry if honesty offends people but just because you own something doesn't make you God and the 10 Mile and Dequindre facility was overrun with laziness roaches filth and people living out of the storage units not to mention the people that work there using gasoline powered blowers that are illegal in Michigan stinking up the whole facility like gasoline I can go on but it doesn't matter because I'm out of the facility and I wouldn't recommend 10 Mile and Dequindre to nobody not for the headache that I went through for the amount of money that I had to spend on re cleaning everything yeah U-Haul should be reimbursing me and thanking a person like me for pointing out a lot of the trouble in that facility

Lorri B. | Overall ExperiencePoor customer service by the white Male manager on shift the day I politely complained about the liquid getting into my unit from the people stripping the floors. His response was "IT IS WHAT IT IS". I contacted David Miller after the poor interaction with the shift manager and David was kind and sympathetic. I appreciate that but the way the manager handled my complaint was unprofessional. It wasn't just the comment, it was his overall handling of situation. Sorry but I will look elsewhere in the future. Other than that..the unit size and availability was satisfactory.
