DESTINE HI was overcharged which has nothing to do with the location but more so to do with Uhaul
LADANA HWhen I returned the next day to pick up my auto tow, the first young lady acted like she didn't want to help me and just passed me off to her co-worker. The young lady that actually helped me was new and open to assistance and treated me with the utmost respect.

KATERIN TWhen I arrived at the store 2 employees were eating breakfast at one of the computers. Asked for a certain type of wardrobe box, got very little help finding them. The rental trailer that I was given would sway back and forth badly if towed above 60 mph. It seamed to have a suspension problem.

FRANCIS PBased on my personal experience I cannot really think of any improvements to be made. Checking in and out is a customer’s dream: easy and quick, which is not to be underestimated in this fast paced world. I rented several time and, even when things seems a little hectic, the process is always smooth and there is always an associate ready to help. The manager has a great rational attitude, keeping operations running efficiently.
NICOLA CI believe that this was an oversight on UHAUL, as I had schedule 2-3 weeks prior for delivery of my pod, but UHAUL failed to meet and communicate with me. I had to call to confirm the schedule and turns out they didn't let me know the time, and I had movers ready to go. If UHAUL would of communicated earlier to confirm the time then I wouldn't have to worry about moving the movers schedule around. Yet UHAUL failed to do that and I have to pay on my own. I do wish that I would of gotten a discount of this as I am paying for Delivery Fee.
MAIKHOA HStaff was terrible, unfriendly and not helpful at all
THOMAS BInside the store there were two employees and one employee outside hooking up the equipment. Two of the three employees were working so hard to make up for the lack of the third employees performance. There was a leading sitting in the chair doing absolutely nothing while there was a line of customers waiting to be served.. I do understand if that employee had a different job title to where it prohibited her from helping customers inside the store, that being said I wish that employee found another spot to relax so the people online would not feel that they are being ignored.
HALMUDE NGreat service, I appreciate U-Haul and U-Haul Moving & Storage at 290 for helping me out with the storage and relocation of my items. They reinforced the box, which I appreciate, although that could have led to a problem since the people who helped me unload didn't have the proper tool to undo the screw securing the box. Other than that and a few slightly damaged lamp screens, everything went well.

JOHN BI was not told that this was a local rental. I thought it was a one-way and when I tried to drop it off at my destination was told they couldn't accept it. So I had to pay a daily rental fee I wasn't expecting.
BRIAN HAsk customer if they think dolly may be newded. A small reimbursement would be nice for overage paid for gas. Actual gas reading did not match the contract. Overall ..satisfied!👍🏽
VIOLET GIt sure would be nice if this could have been a one-way rental, but it seems that's rarely an option for trailers with ramps - either utility trailers with ramps or cargo trailers with ramps. Hopefully this changes in the future.

JULIAN MThe driver that came to pick up the pod was very friendly. My main point of frustration was that the location had zero flexibility in scheduling what time of day my box would be delivered or picked up. This led to the box being dropped off at an inconvenient time and picked up first thing in the morning, leading to me staying up all night to finish packing.

Noone advised me that would happen or even act proactively to prorated my rent until delivery. I spent more with UHAUL in storage. I will never use UHAUL again. NOT professional at all. The young lady that dropped my crate off was great.

CHARLES ACargo van provided each week has had tail turning lights out. This is a hazzard.. stop providing cargo vans with turning lights out this can cause a accident!!

SHAWN GUnfortunately we had a really bad experience with Uhaul this time around. We've used them multiple times for moving across the country before and never had a problem but this time, they lost one of our UBoxes and on the scheduled day of delivery of our other ones said there wasn't a driver available to drop them off. Really bad experience and I'm afraid we won't be using them again.

DESHAUN WI would recommend the rep verify the information, like email, address, etc, before renting or the truck or trailer. Instead, they only pulled up an account with the phone number and ADDED that person to someone else's uhaul account. That was my OLD phone number, with me old address (which is also my dads address), and I have been receiving emails to MY email address. To the rep, next time do your due diligence, and your job, and verify the correct information. The customer you rented to did NOT get their receipt or other emails. And yes. I did call uhaul when I got the 1st emails with the reservation info to try and have them update it. Obviously, no one did anything 🙄

GIVO CThis location use to be the pits. But the last time was better than the preceding visit. Over the last two months or so they have really improved. Had been going to this location for the past five or six years, stopped because it was so bad, bad attitude, slow no professionalism whatsoever. Even this location was closer I started going to Perry & 1960, and that location gets a 10. I tried location again about February or March, and so far thing are okay.
KENNETH HThe location is very convenient and well set up, the equipment was also in good condition. The service was really poor. I waited 15-20 minutes to get checked in, then was told the U-haul representative would meet me outside to hook up the trailer. After waiting in my truck for 45 minutes I had to go back inside to remind them I was picking up a trailer, they questioned me that surely they had already taken care of me.... On dropping it off, I waited at the drive through as the instructions stated for 15 minutes with no service, finally has to go inside to get someone to come out to check the back in. The customer was the last thing on their minds in both instances.
MATTHEW EVery friendly and helpful. Hooked up the trailer and checked and made sure all blinkers and lights worked on the trailer.
WILLIAM SThe team at this location were very professional, respectful and courteous. They went above and beyond in helping me with the equipment I rented for my interstate move. They were very busy with many customers but it was obvious their main focus was getting the job done right for each one of us.

MICHAEL OI usually end up with this particular trailer as a rental at this location. This just my particular opinion, driver’s side main rear light has 4 led bulbs out of about 12 working and all of them are clustered together in one section. In the daylight it’s a little hard to see. It has been like this for at least 5 years or more.

IAN SMy container was delivered right in front of another vehicle which prohibited me from accessing the container for 4 days. I called multiple times asking for the container to be moved and was told no. I will be filing a formal complaint.
MARK JNeed to be more transparent concerning price for one way/round trip rentals. They make to confusing to get pricing for each option. Kasey does a great job & is very helpful.

GUADALUPE CI had 5 boxes delivered and then ordered more boxes and they were supposed to arrive at my new address at the same time. They entered the additional boxes to be delivered at the new address and not the current address. I got that straighten out and thought everything was fine. But the 5 boxes were not combined with the other boxes and I had to argue not to pay to expedite. Then Houston and Las Vegas was arguing over who was going to pay the expediting fees. Las Vegas kept trying to charge me and I think it has been resolved. Not sure I would use U-haul again and I have used them a lot in the past.
ALISON FThomas at this location was the only amazing thing about my experience. My items, although originally guaranteed on 6/16, I will not get until 6/19. There are waaaaay too many pads. I had to use 1/2 a box just for all the pads. I also ended up transporting 4 of my boxes on my own because of the delay.

JESUS DThe first trailers lights didn't work and the end's turn signals didn't work. Took over an hour to pick a simple trailer and it caused alot of issues with timing. Check your equipment better! This isn't the first time this has happened.
