Fire the people that work there. I reserved a 20’ truck online, the next day I received a call letting me know that the location I selected did not have a 20’ truck, however they did have a 26’ truck. I agreed that would be fine. So I arrived at the facility to pick up the truck and I am told that they do not have a 26’ truck, all they have is a 17’ truck. I expressed my dissatisfaction with this situation, and then was informed that a 26’ truck was available, but only as a one way. I was assured that I could drop it at any U-Haul facility and so agreed to the terms. Once we had completed the move we attempted to drop the truck at the only open facility in Pearland. However I was informed that they did not have room and would not take the truck. So the idiot at the first facility either didn’t care that I would run into an issue or does not understand the job she is paid for. We eventually were given a location to drop of the truck and did so. Of course the location we dropped off the truck, was closed and had less space than our original drop of location. So it appears to me given how poorly the truck was maintained mechanically and the lack of desire to accept the truck, that one way means I have a disaster of a vehicle and I am looking to dump it off on somebody else. Eventually you use the customer to deliver it to a facility that is closed, and has no say in the matter. Needless to say, I expect that these comments if read will be ignored. It is also my assumption that nothing will be done to restore faith in your company so that being said, all future moves will be conducted with other providers.

upper management has recently shifted and this new guy walks in and changes the whole process and all of a sudden the first time I use them again there is a problem with the charges not going through with my company credit card... never had any problems with them before but I was looked at like a criminal who was planning on stealing their trucks. Ive used this location before this shift at least 10 times. perfectly fine service. this new guy has gotta go

First let me say the customer service was good by the gentleman. But now you advertise this unit as a 6x12 trailer, but the door is no 6x12. I rented this trailer to go pick up my UTV 2 hours away and when I get there find out the door does not open enough to roll the UTV onboard. So I just lot about 5 hours driving with traffic mind you, burned fuel hauling an empty trailer both ways, still did not get my UTV, so I had to pay for its delivery, and you charged me for a trailer I could not use. I am going to report this to the CEO for UHAUL as you should not be advertising this trailer as a 6x12.

- Staff assured me I would have a Cargo Van available at the time of pickup. They did not. I was forced to take a 10' truck. - Spent 5-10 minutes killing small roaches and spiders in the back of the truck before being able to load anything into it. - Spent another 5 minutes killing small roaches and spiders from my stuff once unloaded.
