Customer service for lack of a better word, sucks! They move like they don't have a care in the world and the customer is on there time and not the other way around. Management seem non existant and the rep I spoke with couldn't even break down my charges and had the nerve to have an attitude with me cause I asked for an itemization. Luckily you're next to the only game in town, making me thinking of opening a similar operation focusing on customer experience which would take majority of ur business.. its 2018 not excuses for poor customer service.

My desk help was not very good. Perhaps it was the system, but she had a difficult time getting my reservation completed. I don't understand. I complete all the data online and make my selection. WHY do we have to do it all over again once I get to the store/location? They should be able to pull up my reservation and GO. This system is VERY inefficient!!!!!

The pick up and drop off were both horrible and it had everything to do with your agent Alexansandr Kov... He was rude and problematic for no reason. Between the pickup and drop off o spent more than extra hour in your store. First I was made to produce a reference when that requirement is not written. I've done plenty of business with UHaul in the past and you had my credit card, drivers license and home address. Then when I returned the trailer he refused to give me a receipt, saying he was too busy to check the trailer in and that it would be emailed. As you might imagine I was not comfortable with that. Btw, the store was empty at that time. It took him a good 45 minutes to finally give me a damn receipt. That kid should be FIRED immediately as I am sure I'm not his only complaint.

The gentleman working the desk barely looked up from his cell phone to help me. He was texting the entire time. He wouldn’t show me which truck I was renting just told me the number was on the truck. I said where and he just pointed outside. Frustrated I went outside I figured it out on my own. The truck had cigarette ashes in the cup holder and a used toothpick in the console. Upon returning the truck the sign said to wait outside and someone would be right out. No one came out and I had to go inside. The same gentleman’s response was oh I didn’t see you there. That’s because once again he was on his phone. I’ve used this location with no problems before and if you check the camera footage you can verify everything. I’m highly disappointed and frankly I’m not sure I’ll use this location again.

We towed our Harley about 3 hours away for Thanksgiving. I am an employee, but both my husband and myself were super impressed with the handling of the trailer with our little truck. As a customer, unbiased, very happy with the experience.

Everything was satisfactory except the girl that checked me in obviously did not want to be there. Check out process went very smooth and was efficient. Van was great. Would rent again from this location.

I went into the location and the day before to make reservations for the following morning The following morning I arrive to pick up my truck and found out that they had me in a one-way truck which is more expensive It also meant that I could not bring the truck back to the location that my vehicle was parked at So I had to pick somebody up after I was done with a truck to pick my vehicle up and then I had to go find a Nother location to drop the truck off at Then at the location I drop my truck at on 34th St. I left my house keys in the truck When I got home I called the location asked if they could please look to see if my keys are in the truck They told me no they were not in the Truck. I decided to drive the 45 minutes to the location to check for myself When I opened the trunk door the keys were sitting right in the center console. So apparently the management at the location on 34th St. never bothered looking An overall horrible experience with both locations.

The customer service experience was lacking. There were three employees there upon arrival. One male employee that helped me was new and gave impression that me being there was inconvenience to him. The second employee had to help him resolve issue that the van I reserved wasn't there. The issue appeared to be my problem as she was inferring I would need to go pickup a vehicle at another location. I had to ask for another solution like giving me another vehicle for price I reserved. She called Manager and then that resolved it with help needed from third employee. The overall experience for me, having reserved online which made the transaction easy for both parties, left me questioning using this loacation again. When I dropped vehicle off. I pulled up to designated sign that said employee would come check me in....never happened, had to walk in to see two employees sitting behind desk.

The first auto trailer they assigned me was very old and trashy. I went back inside and requested one of new ones. I had to oil the ratchet to make it work. Other than that it was OK.

Because of the color of my skinn your manager decided to charge me an extra 150.00 for my rental. I went to the bank causing me to not be able to start the move on time. When I returned with the 250.00 the cash register would only take 100.00 as always. The following morning at 7am the manager call and asked if I still had the truck? I wondered if the truck was supposed to sold that night. He ten called two more times to see when I would be finished. Which in all my years has never happened.

i went to order a 26ft fruck and a tow trailer . i answewd all the questions and filled out all the paper work , just to find OUT the trailer would not support my 2007 chevy crew cab pick up .. all of this waisted time could have been avoidede if the 1st questioned askedd was what kind of vehicle aam i TOWING,, I hed to change all of my moving plans because of this ONE SIMPLE QUESTION... WHAT AM I TOWING... needless to say the truck nevered got to its destination
