Over $700 to fix Also the pick up location took multiple phone calls to allow our son to get the container after all his details were provided at the time of the reservation.

Xavier C. | First ImpressionsAn extra Appliance dolly was left in the cargo area and the cargo area was not swept . When I tried to return it before I left the location, the 2 employee told me that it comes with the truck . Those 2 employees did not know what they were talking about .I was going to complain to them about the back not being clean but I was already running late since the person helping me was a rookie and and another employee was helping him at the counter while hes doing my order . The gauge for fuel was off and so was the milage .I had to adjust it on the uhaul app. My rental was on August 10 2023 and all charges should be normal charges like I usually get except for miles and taxes but the person checking in the truck does not know what she is doing and double charged me . I had to call uhaul cooperate office to file a complaint. When the person that checked my truck in called me back ,she said that she would fix the extra charges but but did not fix all the charges . Today I got an email and they added another charge to my credit card . I'm a professional cooperate mover and my company and myself have rented trucks from uhaul for over 30 years but I've never had problems like this before . The manager there should train the employees first before placing them on the job with the customer and then keep charging the customers credit card. I am really upset about this situation.

LaTisha J. | Overall ExperienceThe manager at this location was rude and insensitive. We rented 2 dollies that weren't on the truck. We called the 800 number before driving off to tell them and took pictures. The manager said one should've been in there and would credit me for 1 and not 2 like I was a liar. I had to go to Home Depot to rent a dolly and the manager had the audacity to say because one “should've†been in there I would be charged. I won't ever recommend Uhaul!! Moving is exhausting enough to exhaust my energy on someone questioning my integrity!
Crystal F.I ordered some moving supplies on May 25 in Houston, with the contract number 88656064. I returned 9 medium boxes and 3 large boxes because I do not need them. I left them in the U-Box container AA1051R, which was returned to U-Haul's Houston warehouse on May 31. However, I never received a refund for these unused boxes. I called U-Haul Houston (877-755-6534) about this issue, but the lady I talked to said that my contract number did not exist on her end. As a result, she could not do anything about it. But that contract number exists on my end, and I have a receipt!!! Does U-Haul keep its promise of refunding used boxes? I lost my trust in this company.
Everyone was very polite, knowledgeable, and extremely helpful. Even the Newbee demonstrated good customer service. Latoya and the crew was amazing.
MELVIN L.The uhaul overheated and left me stranded for hours, and it was also empty on gas. No receipt was emailed to me when returned.And no compensation was given for the truck breaking down.

Pensacola M.Miss Latoya was very nice and knowledgeable of everything the storage that I reserved was taken. I reserved a 10x10 and when I came from Dallas to check in my storage it was not available I could not check in online because it was not allowing me to. And then the next storage unit the 10x15 there were none available. Now keep in mind I reserved my storage 2 weeks in advance as well as my truck. And when I arrived to the facility they did not have what I reserved. Miss Latoya made it right. I had to accept a 2 5x5 or go to another location which I'm new to the area of Houston.. need to say I was tired and ready to unload this truck we had to make it do. Spoke with the manager Mr Jeffrey. And he said that he would take care of everything. And make everything right for me before my storage unit is due on next month and I'm looking forward to him holding his word because this was a very big increase. Since I've been traveling from Las colinas in the Dallas area. To Houston. Miss Latoya was very friendly and was working very hard at multitasking because some other co-workers had called off and she was doing her best to assist and help everyone in a timely manner. Miss Latoya is the best. ☺️✅

I was very pleased with Miss Latoya she was the greatest and very helpful and apologetic of an error that was made on the part of U-Haul storage. In the reserving of the 10x10 storage that I reserved two weeks ago. I spoke with the general manager Mr Jeffrey and he is going to speak with the corporate office and fix an issue that they had with my unit that I placed on reserve. But was not available. The Fairbank location and the staff was so very nice and very patient with everyone. Ms Latoya had to multitask with assisting guest because some of the co-workers that was supposed to be at work that day called off. And she was waiting on someone else to come into assist her. She was very professional and very knowledgeable. She kept a smile on her face at all times . I would like to thank Miss Latoya for her hard-working dedication. You are the best. She needs to pay raise she deserves it please give it to her 😊💯💯💯💯✅
