when driving into location.. clearly tells you to wait in your truck with keys.. I did.. noone came out.. I walked in and gentleman behind counter.. I said aren't you coming out to check me in.. He said.. leave keys in truck and will email receipt.. I said NO.. you come out ande check me in.. He did..

Besides purchasing items that I did not receive, that I had to have my dad go pick up, wasting extra time, I was told that I would receive a refund for those items (an appliance dolly and furniture pads). Instead, I was charged DOUBLE for them. THEN I get a call immediately after clearing that up (days later, mind you) asking when I would be returning the vehicle. I literally returned it the same day. And now I've received an email saying that I owe an extra $260 because I drove it 250 miles or some shit? I drove it 31 miles EXACTLY. Make it make sense.

David K.We tried to drop off the vehicle where the agreement told us to do on Friday 12/23/2022 around 4:30 p.m. and realized that there is no office, no mail box that we can leave the keys and no evidence that there is a UHAul branch there. We called the specific number that we found in Yelp (because UHAul link was not working on googl3 for that specific branch when you make the search) and realized that number is no longer active and disconnected. You literally sent us to a place that no longer exists. That is why we needed to take the truck to a nearest UHaul branch and left it there.

I had to remove the glass and when I opened my storage this Winters all my stuff was reorganizated differently. I found a rat trap in the middle back section of my storage. And a medal vase I has was damage some boxes tore from the reorganizating. Still looking for a coushion to one of my couches. I left the storage on June 12 and waiting on my pro-rate refund.. My due day is the 17th. I have insurance with uhaul and will look to see if they will pay me for damages. The lady closed the account and I asked for refund and damages she will talk manager: Jeff .. and said he will call me.
