It was very convenient for storing my products.

I initially had reserved a Dolly and Blankets prior to picking up the Truck. When I got there to pay for the moving truck on Thursday, no equipment was there for me and was told first come first served. I was very disappointed and left only with an empty truck.

The General Manager was very helpful, patient and saved me money in the end. She's very kind and knowledgeable. I highly recommend speaking with her. She has great customer service skills too which alot of people at other places lack. Thanks

Gravel driveways make it very difficult to move heavy items. While concrete is more expensive to install, it makes the usage experience much simpler. If the lack of concrete resulted in lower prices, I might still recommend it to individuals who had lighter items, but the price point does not justify this cost saving measure and the inconvenience it creates when moving. Staff were spectacular in every way.

Gravel may be a cheaper surface but unless that is reflected in the price of the units, it is inconvenient to cart goods across such an uneven and unpredictable surface. For example, because of the gravel paths, I would avoid using this surface in rainy areas, and might discourage someone from moving heavy items into it. The alarm system is convenient because it means no gates are required to monitor access.

The storage facility on 47th Avenue and Stockton Boulevard in Sacramento the staff there are awesome I had a unit there for about maybe 2 years or more and whenever I had an issue with payment or anything they were very understandable the manager she's Britney Peralta she's the best she will work with you they're just totally awesome I truly appreciate the staff there I was going through a transition and it was very very difficult transition and they made it more easier thank you guys

The only problem was, I was told to do it across the street and he couldn't help with assistance of hooking up a car to the trailer. Brittney at my storage facility in Sacramento CA has been extremely helpful. A++ customer service! This is extremely rare these days.

The only issue is the price going up every couple of months. That’s one reason people lose their belongings and things they could never get back. That’s wrong!!!

It's been a learning experience on both ends. I like the new system in place as the alarm goes. But my card didn't work a couple of times and the employees were very helpful and understanding. We all got some exercise in today. Keep hiring friendly people. They are doing an amazing job 👏

I cannot say enough good things about Betty and the Staff at the 47th and Stockton Location. EVERY SINGLE ONE OF THEM is remarkable. They are friendly, helpful, accommodating, professional. When I moved my parents from LA, Betty had the largest storage unit with the best prices, I was happy to rent from her. I have had my unit for two years and every interaction with the Staff strengthens my opinion of them. I would drive from across town to purchase items from them. Sadly they don't have a car dolly or I would cancel my reservation with the Citrus Heights location and rent it from 47th. You will NEVER be sorry for choosing to rent or purchase from Betty Hay and her staff at 47th and Stockton.

Your staff were very helpful. uhaul storage and van rental being combined made my day much more efficient. I didn’t know about uhaul storage before my van rental last month but remembered seeing it as an add-on.

A SOLID FIVE STARS across the board! This Uhaul center and storage facility is the best I have ever used. Customer service was there for me every step of the way. Wether is was setting up my account from out of state, to sending my movers to empty my unit, Betty and her staff were there to help and reassure me through the process. I couldn’t be more pleased.

I want to first say that having a storage here for 1 year time now has been great. I've had nothing but a great experience. From the staff to the hours to the convenience of the location. Here is what I would like to see improved. The sign in method (card swipe) does not turn off the alarm system if the alarm goes off. I would want a better system that allows a card swipe to turn off the alarm when staff is not around to turn it off. Other than that the experience I've had at Uhaul whether that is the transportation aspect or the storage unit has been nothing short than a quality experience. 5 stars in my book!
