There were a series of mis-communications that was very frustrating for the Uhaul Stockton Blvd.location and for me. The assistant manager managed it very well. I've thanked Monica. The customer service representatives at the main office do not provide good service, They don't use manners and just hang up when they think THEY are done. This happened to me a couple times. There was a min-understanding about drop off and where I took the U-Haul trailer. On my last day, I asked your customer service representative to transfer my call which she said yes and then hung up on me. After I called the Stockton Blvd location, they said she logged in a comment about me that was not truthful. More than likely, she does this regularly. Fortunately, the staff at the Stockton Blvd location remembered me, saw the contracts, and remedied the situation. Also, the Uhaul website is horrible and does not function very well. I tried to enter my ID and it never accepted.SHERRY V.

Although I registered online before I went in to pick up the truck, it still took 40 minutes to actually get out the door with the key. Stood in line clicking buttons on the key pad, asked questions I already answered online, had to ask if the vehicle had been cleaned and sanitized, it had not...ridiculously slow process. Also had problems with the ignition switch on the truck. It kept getting stuck and the key wouldn't turn. The truck has no shocks, the ride was extra bumpy. Informed the Rep when I returned the truck and she said, oh yeah, their getting old?Nicole C.

well i was very sad when Betty sent me a text saying she was going to report the vehicle stolen. i had called the day before saying i would return the car the next day, i knew i didnt have enough in my bank account but when i returned it the next day like i said that i would have enough to cover it. i felt criminalized. my past experiences i didnt call to give a heads up and was just charged for another day, and never was i harrassed by being reported to the authorities. i was charged for insurance an additional day but had i been in a accident and hadnt paid the day prior would i have been covered? if not why was i charged?David C.
