The truck reservation was not ready at the appointed time. When I asked for the $50 guarantee, I was told if I got the guarantee, my reservation would be cancelled. Your website says: â€œYour reservation is guaranteed or we will give you $50 Should U-Haul, through its own fault fail to meet time, place and equipment size, a $50 "Reservation Guarantee" will be paid and U-Haul will still attempt to fill the reservationâ€. (Copied from U-Haul website). The rude clerk gave me a choice: $50 guarantee and my reservation cancelled or no $50 guarantee and get a larger truck at the same price. So I ended up with a larger truck at the same price but no $50 guarantee! Sounds like false advertising to me.Chrisdon D.

I ended up at the Geyer Springs location because the Kanis Road location failed me. I wasn't sent a review request for Kanis Road, so I'm providing it here. I booked a pickup truck and the website assured me it was guaranteed to be there, but when I arrived, no pickup trucks were available. No one from that location bothered to call me to tell me my reserved truck was not on-site, to save me a trip. Nor did they pre-arrange with the Geyer Springs located to have a truck brought to Kanis Road. After several minutes, I was told that if I want a pickup truck, I would need to go to the Geyer Springs location. When I asked how I would be compensated for this inconvenience and violation of the guarantee, the salesperson (Chris) let me know that my deposit would be refunded to me in full. As if I would expect to pay a deposit for a truck I didn't rent from their location. UHaul, you need better customer service when it comes to your "guarantees."JENNIFER W.

We had to go to multiple locations because the truck that we had reserved was not working. Instead of trying to make up for the mishap, the lady at geyer springs was not very helpful, wasn't willing to enhance my experience, not very friendly. She gave the minimum effort necessary to complete the transaction. I have always used uhaul and the truck did very well. The gentleman at Jonesboro was friendly and very helpful. But I was very dissatisfied with my experience trying to get the truck from Little Rock. She should have given me free moving rugs. She should have helped me out since what was promised to me wasn't delivered and I had to drive across town to find another truckBARRY G.

The could be a increase in staff. I do realize that the COVID-19 has cause a problem for everyone. However the location needs someone to check in equipment and someone to check out customers. Outside of the young lady did a great job being by herself.Edward S.

This online atuff is not for everybody. Some people do have the phome ability to take pictures if license and check vehicle back in. I think you need to rethink some of your changes especially charging a person if cannot login your app.JERRY H.

Gas reading was wrong on the truck and the tires were low on air. When I went back in to tell them no one was in the store. I had to wait 10 mins for the associate to come out of the bathroom to air up the tires. I was treated more as an inconvenience than a customer. I will never return to this locationMATTHEW P.

The online check-in to return the trailer doesn't allow Android phones with the latest Android OS to check-in. We had to drop the trailer, go home and get a different smartphone, and come back Sunday night to finish the drop-off and take photos in order to turn in the trailer after hours.DEBORAH R.

The young lady was very professional, however the truck was the worst I have ever rented. Dirty, air condition did not work, the driver's door handle was not on the door so window could not be rolled down and truck kept trying to jump out of gear. I was worried the entire time it would break down. Very disappointing and I rent UHauls all the time.Cheryl H.
Truck was old, damaged and a warning light was on that said, "low rear tires." I even went to an air machine to put air in the tires, to no avail, because a regular machine doesn't have enough air pressure for a U-Haul truck. The whole rental weekend, I was in fear of a breakdown. :-(Venita F.

Hell no I wouldn't recommend uhaul to anyone. I rented a car dolly on 04/29/20, extended my rental for 24 hours . I was told the dolly was to be returned on 04/30/20 no later than 4pm. I returned the dolly on 04/30/20 between 2:30-3:00. I get a charge on my card for an additional $116.50 . I called and was told I didnt return my equipment until 05/02/20 at 2:57. I was no where near uhaul today and I want my fucking money! Someone's not doing their damn job and should be fired when you playing with people money.Bryant T.
