The intake person had a difficult time finding my reservation as I had picked the truck up from a different location, so the return process took a little longer than expected. But the associate who helped me was very knowledgeable and made sure to apologize for any inconvenience for the time.

Final RENTAL charges wasnt resolved until MANAGER resolved them the next day. More reliable help needed too much work for the few that is there. Send them help everyone envolved was VERY nice and professional....only thing was the final charge not being posted until next day. Thank You I Am Love

Mr. Turner is doing a great job running his store. He’s friendly, personable, and though he has a lot of different types of personalities coming in there( ????) he seemed to show patience but what was nice was his appreciation for the compliant customers good job Mr. Turner, you don’t have it easy.

first, I was moved from the location that I had reserved a van from to this one, with no notice until I got there, this made me late for my whole day. second, it was not completely clean, wasn't bad, just not completely clean. third, I was charged for a gallon of gas after I filled it more than it had been when I got it. never going to this location again.

General manager Mr Turner was very professional patient and tentative to each of his guests and employee what I like the most was that he wasn’t to busy to great each of customers and also he works closely with Mike and monitors what the other employees are doing and correct them in a way that they don’t feel incompetent ( has he does is work) we need more people in the world to be kind thank you Mr turner

My reserved vehicle was not there. They had no vehicles available and many of us with reservations. We stood around for an hour- they put a new battery in one and checked me out with it and then it didn’t work.

The manager was really patient and has really good customer service despite the location being hectic and the multiple interruptions he experienced. I was really happy with my vehicle and the service despite the really long wait time.

This location is always really busy when I go. I can over look the late opening and the slight agitation of one of the staff members because they were very attentive and thorough with my order. I was very happy, they accommodated me and my needs. Very appreciative because this day could have gone left quickly.

I waited in line for almost 30 minutes when I did get to the front I was there another 1.5 hours cause they couldn’t find that I had paid but once they did see it they had to call corporate twice even after talking to my bank and me showing them the money had been taken out my account on the 27th. I had to pay again and as of right now I haul has almost a 120 of my money for under a run that cost 60 and no one seems to know what’s going on. Will be calling my bank to dispute the charges because my bank knows I already paid once and u haul knows that too. Worst experience and I wouldn’t recommend this location to anyone. The best thing about the whole 2 hour experience was the men who worked there were nice and courteous

My only issue was when I called and was transferred to the main UHAUL hotline. The representative was nice but he indicated that a scheduling representative would call me as soon as we hung up but this never happened. 4 hours went past so I went directly to the office and I was helped. The staff was very accommodating and assisted me. They were very friendly during a very hectic day/move. I will definitely use them again and recommend this location.

I had the best overall experience on this rental. I avoided Detroit addresses in the past but this location is way is closest to me and it turned out better then the other locations I have used in the past. Very customer focused. Got me out quick in the morning, and checked me in just as fast on my way out. Great experience.

Auto transport took an hour on the employees computer to get after booking online. Trailer brakes occasionally slowed down while accelerating which felt unsafe and effected gas mileage. Will not use this location again.

When my movers showed up to pick up the truck, they were told that they didn’t have a truck. He called me and I called customer service. They called the location to inquire why my truck was not there and was told that the truck indeed was there but the key was in the wrong location so they thought the truck was gone. But they gave that truck to some one else. I asked if I could get another truck and was told they had one coming in but someone else reserved that truck but if I get there first I can have it. I got there first and was told that the truck was mine. There were a few people there so the employee, Martha asked me to have s seat and pointed to a chair. I sat in the chair but it immediately rolled out from under me and I dropped down on my butte. A customer and Martha helped me up. No apology and so concern about if I was ok was given by Martha. I told her that she should never place that chair on a hard service because she knows it will roll. Her reply was I didn’t do it”. Now I am having trouble with pain in my hip.

The line was long (about 5 people) with customers waiting to be serviced, early in morning and at noon. One employee, Roderick, was trying to accommodate everyone and was keeping his cool. He was the only one at the front desk though two others were inside and refused a request to assist the desk, including one woman who was inside the small office but was "off the clock". I rented a truck but opted to rent an10x30 storage from EZ. Also, I was over charged and still awaiting $26 to be put back on my card.

My truck wasn’t ready at the time when I picked it up both men where sitting in their truck when I got there. I was twenty minutes early before my time to pick up the truck. The truck was clean but something was wrong with the brakes when I put on the brakes the truck keep going. So I continue to put my feet on the brakes until came to a complete stop. Later on I had an accident.

Nothing bad to be said about the location or the u-haul service attendant. Roderick did his job with a very up beat attitude and demeanor. He was very jovial yet serious about the rental of the equipment. I would recommend him to be over customer interaction training because sometime doing things strictly by the script does work for all. A+ Mr. Hollins and u-haul staff.

agents had problems with the software crashing repeatedly. But this was not their fault, nor the fault of the facility. I was an alternate driver, picking up the vehicle (this was cleared at the time of reservation). Eventually, I had to create my own, new reservation and pay for it myself, which now requires that I get a reimbursement (inconvenient). Otherwise the facility was very good. I did notice that the date and time on your security videos was significantly off, by several months and hours. This should be corrected, in case you need to prove time of an incident (I've experience with this at my own work) It's not of any use if the time stamp isn't correct.

Water was in my storage room, still do not know where and how it got in. It got on a few of my clothes, no big damage just had to wash them. Lorenzo, did not contact me. But, eveeything else was cool.
