I don't know it happened..but my reserved cargo van was not available...(maybe because I had to change p/up time from 3 to 4...(maybe they gave it to someone else) I had to "Hope & Pray" that the 1 & only person due back @ 4 would show... I arrived by bus..@ 3:45...NO other Cargo van available..n Lady did show. (THANK YOU LORD) around 4:45... Svc Rep..was trying to find another location...I have NO car to go to another location..& then it still wouldn't have been"for sure" because of.. something called "tracking" I had called "transport assistance" who really was busy..but would squeeze me in...I was VERY GRATEFUL Lady showed w/her return.. Of the years I used svc.. machines may have been down...But NO Cargo Van available (.. for an Non reschedulable move) This was a 1st... I hope to not experience again. . I have used this location twice a year for years and I've always had great service. They are always accommodating once I arrive. I use the online reservations and they have me ready once I arrive. I will say this, I don't understand putting in all your information .. driver's license info and credit card if you have to do it once you arrive for pick up. Don't charge them for services they did not receive, don't duct tape parts or the truck together, and if someone uses a credit card to reserve a u-haul, don't give it away because they show up late and force the customer to get a larger than needed u-haul. Also, if the customer tells the store and writes that the dolly was not provided as paid for, rectify the situation with the customer instead of ignoring them.Shane H.

The truck was being held together by ductape. The passenger door wouldn't open from the outside. Don't charge someone for a dolly when there isn't one on the truck and as a company 2 people were informed that there was no dolly. I am extremely dissatisfied with this service. Will caution people to avoid this location in reviews.Shane H.
Make sure the truck is thoroughly cleaned, I shouldn't smell cigarette smoke inside where I'm driving. I'm a non smoker. Also even though I agreed to the charges, those other extra should've been more clearly explained before paying.ANTONIO DESMOND M.
The vehicles should be always inpected by personal to make sure the proper lights are working. Because I have encountered the right & left reversed back lights not working on several occasions. I returned the truck using the after-hours system. While it was mostly easy to follow, some better signage at the lot would have helped me figure out where I should actually leave the truck. I wasn't sure I left it in the right place. It also took me a few minutes to find the key drop, because I was looking for an orange box (which was what the app showed). So, better signage for the after-hours drop would help.Sarah S.

I had to cancel my storage unit because I physically couldn’t climb those stairs. There need to be an elevator in this facility which would make it easier to move in and out. I called UHaul main number explained my situation she sent email to the manager about a ground level unit. No response or call from manager even after I emailed him about a ground level unit. First off you need personnel that is sharp and know exactly what their duties are or how to help the customer...Secondly the man at the desk shouldn't be the same man as cleaning the trucks... I reserved a 20' truck for a 48 hour rental. Despite receiving a call and an email that the rental was confirmed, upon arrival at 7 am I was informed they didn't have a 20' due to a maintenance issue. I simply don't understand how I didn't receive a call or notification that my unit would not be available. Ultimately, i ended up having to use a 26' which cost more money and was a total pain to operate in a city.Colin S.

I am very disappointed with the manager and I think he could have handled the situation better. I reserved a storage unit and put a card on file a month ago, I packed my truck up and went to move in and there was no unit reserved for me, but they had all my info saved in there system. Reserved appliance dolly and dozen furniture pads a week in advance only to be told they don't have any upon arrival. The milage on the paperwork was almost 9 miles above the actual truck milage. App was not working right to do truck return. Took numerous tries.Dovid R.

Over the years UHaul has been consistently unreliable, unprofessional, and technology behind. In my last experience, my order was canceled without warning due to an error on UHauls behalf. That happened during a tight, move-in date. The replacement rental, which UHaul handled well, was run by an actual UHaul office. However, upon arrival, the cashier was in a shouting match with a customer on the phone and challenging them to a fight if they entered the store. This wasn't out of the norm in my experience with UHaul.Kevin W.

The truck had an oil light on. I told an employee and he said that it was probably a bad sensor. The employee never checked the oil level. The truck also had an annoying exhaust leak. I will never rent from this location again.Jeffrey W.
I Reserved a 26 footer truck for pick up time of 10am for 24 hours I called there at 10:15 to tell them I was running behind and I wound be there in 15 minutes and before I could finish my statement I was told that my truck reservations was canceled and given away no one from Uhaul contacted me they just gave my truck away per your contract we have one hour grace period and I should have received a call I had to rearrange my movers and reReserve a new truck with a pick up time of 6:45 and due to the fact this was on a holiday weekend and the inconvenience I have to reserve for another day and was charge a whole day so I'm very disappointment with this location with the lack of Communication and not honoring your own contract not only did I not move on time I was out of way more money then I planned .Exia L.

During peak hours, the waiting time for assistance can be extraordinarily long, and all team members may not be trained or empowered to handle all transactions. This was actually my 2nd trip.
