The trailer was not sealed and water entered the compartment during use while driving through a rain storm. At pick up - the inside of the trailer was dirty / greasy - so I was forced to clean the floor because another customer failed to follow rental guidelines and nobody reacted to this.

Better trucks,Ford has the worse steering system in the world. The staff was very professional answered all my questions even the porter step on to see if I had any issues and I did with the operation of the overhead door. He showed me how to open it and said he would note on my contract about the door. Awesome service.

Start with transparency. As a first time customer, l had no idea that l would be charged a user fee and a rental fee which literally doubles the cost of using the vehicle. That is something that should be explained up front. The customer service was mediocre. The young lady l reserved my vehicle with was pleasant but it would have been nice if she had explained your procedure, maybe asking if l had used your services before and leading to an explanation of the charges. The young man we checked in with was too busy on his phone to make eye contact. I can't remember if he thanked us for our business.

I had a 7am appointment for a trailer. The two guys who were working did not acknowledge me at all. When I approached each of them with a good morning and asked about my trailer reservation I received snarky exasperated responses that I need to wait. There were no other customers there. They just needed time to prepare the trucks for the morning. Had they said this or apologized it would have been fine. I did not appreciate the way that I was ignored and blown off. I was finally welcomed up at 7:30am and drove off with the trailer at 7:40am.

Only issue I had was the cluttered parking. It took me two hours just to get my trailer. Because the first trailer had a short in the light and the staff member didn’t want to let me try the other trailer. Made me go get an adapter for my truck. Just to find out later with a new staff member that it was in act in a shortage in that previous trailer. Not to mention I had to wait for three customers to move their cars so I could even get to the trailers. Insane.

Because of finding roaches in my unit upon move out I was dissatisfied in the facility not keeping these type of things down. Every unit needs to be sprayed before or after and I believe that would keep pest away to a degree. Besides having very long at times it was never a time a associate wasn't helpful.

Very poor service. I was given a code for the door online when I arrived the code failed multiple time. Went inside to talk to a staff member and was not completely heard and was put through the process of registering for a unit all over again. He was the only person working with a showroom full of customers…I was made to wait just to be given a card. The door card I was given did not work, the staff member told me the door is broken and just call us when you want to get in. The unit was not described well online and will not suit my needs. Ultimately I will not be using the unit and will be canceling my contract

I came in and was seen within fifteen minutes. I failed to pay attention to the height of the storage unit and had movers waiting to help me, when I realized that the unit I had chosen was too small, they immediately moved me to a bigger unit with no charge. This is very different from public storage where it isn't a smooth process and they try to charge you more. I'm very pleased with my experience at this facility. They were very knowledgable about the system and what needed to be done to help out!

They need more help and they need more training for customer services I was yelled at and I was trying to rent a truck and get one month free storage and I only got the storage and he did not try to at least see if anything was available at another store I could have got the deal I needed so I’m extremely disappointed and I had to cry to get directions to my storage

I had to cancel my storage unit because I physically couldn’t climb those stairs. There need to be an elevator in this facility which would make it easier to move in and out. I called UHaul main number explained my situation she sent email to the manager about a ground level unit. No response or call from manager even after I emailed him about a ground level unit. I have since found another storage unit at a different facility with an elevator which met all of my needs.

I am very disappointed with the manager and I think he could have handled the situation better. I reserved a storage unit and put a card on file a month ago, I packed my truck up and went to move in and there was no unit reserved for me, but they had all my info saved in there system. I spoke with management and he had no solution to accommodate me and I ended up having to spend a extra $150 for there negligence

I wish I had the choice but to bet a heated storage. It was 92 outside and 90 degrees inside. I was soaked wet by the time my fiancé and I were done. Not sure why there is need for a heated storage in the summertime.

The staff who I first got the uhaul storage unit was AMAZING! The check out staff particularly the Caucasian man was rude, not helpful and combative instead of assisting when the gates and doors wouldn’t open with my key! He just kept saying I was doing it wrong which I wasn’t and that he has a work order in.. It was 93 degrees outside and I kept having to go back and forth to the office to get into my storage unit…

Despite overwhelming technical difficulties throughout the weekend, all staff members were consistently patient and accommodating to customers and managed tough interactions with grace, providing satisfactory service even to rude people. Staff went above and beyond in conflict resolution and made sure my experience was less stressful as humanly possible. Even with mix ups from corporate the 7 mile staff stepped in with accountability and not only fixed the issues but also assured me as a consumer. Quality customer care is hard to come by which is why I only deal with this particular location. The staff are welcoming and upbeat , the facility is always spotless and theres never a problem that isn’t fairly Negotiated !

During peak hours, the waiting time for assistance can be extraordinarily long, and all team members may not be trained or empowered to handle all transactions. This was actually my 2nd trip. I had come in the day before to pay my storage bill and reserve an additional storage unit, waited in line for 30 minutes, only to be told I'd have to return the following day because the team member was not able to service self-storage account matters.
