I returned the truck using the after-hours system. While it was mostly easy to follow, some better signage at the lot would have helped me figure out where I should actually leave the truck. I wasn't sure I left it in the right place. It also took me a few minutes to find the key drop, because I was looking for an orange box (which was what the app showed). So, better signage for the after-hours drop would help.

I had to cancel my storage unit because I physically couldn’t climb those stairs. There need to be an elevator in this facility which would make it easier to move in and out. I called UHaul main number explained my situation she sent email to the manager about a ground level unit. No response or call from manager even after I emailed him about a ground level unit. I have since found another storage unit at a different facility with an elevator which met all of my needs.

First off you need personnel that is sharp and know exactly what their duties are or how to help the customer...Secondly the man at the desk shouldn't be the same man as cleaning the trucks... Thirdly you just need more personnel and you need to have some black families on your wall those pictures on your wall is prejudice there is no black families we don't want interracial couple cuz black family black people come into that store all the time

I reserved a 20' truck for a 48 hour rental. Despite receiving a call and an email that the rental was confirmed, upon arrival at 7 am I was informed they didn't have a 20' due to a maintenance issue. I simply don't understand how I didn't receive a call or notification that my unit would not be available. Ultimately, i ended up having to use a 26' which cost more money and was a total pain to operate in a city.

emmanuel was nice however their trucks are not cleaned, first truck had a weed stench- the disinfectant wipes from the steering wheel alone were black- will not return to this location unfortunately due to lack of cleanliness.

I am very disappointed with the manager and I think he could have handled the situation better. I reserved a storage unit and put a card on file a month ago, I packed my truck up and went to move in and there was no unit reserved for me, but they had all my info saved in there system. I spoke with management and he had no solution to accommodate me and I ended up having to spend a extra $150 for there negligence

Reserved appliance dolly and dozen furniture pads a week in advance only to be told they don't have any upon arrival. The milage on the paperwork was almost 9 miles above the actual truck milage. App was not working right to do truck return. Took numerous tries.

Over the years UHaul has been consistently unreliable, unprofessional, and technology behind. In my last experience, my order was canceled without warning due to an error on UHauls behalf. That happened during a tight, move-in date. The replacement rental, which UHaul handled well, was run by an actual UHaul office. However, upon arrival, the cashier was in a shouting match with a customer on the phone and challenging them to a fight if they entered the store. This wasn't out of the norm in my experience with UHaul.

The truck had an oil light on. I told an employee and he said that it was probably a bad sensor. The employee never checked the oil level. The truck also had an annoying exhaust leak. I will never rent from this location again.

I Reserved a 26 footer truck for pick up time of 10am for 24 hours I called there at 10:15 to tell them I was running behind and I wound be there in 15 minutes and before I could finish my statement I was told that my truck reservations was canceled and given away no one from Uhaul contacted me they just gave my truck away per your contract we have one hour grace period and I should have received a call I had to rearrange my movers and reReserve a new truck with a pick up time of 6:45 and due to the fact this was on a holiday weekend and the inconvenience I have to reserve for another day and was charge a whole day so I'm very disappointment with this location with the lack of Communication and not honoring your own contract not only did I not move on time I was out of way more money then I planned .

I wish I had the choice but to bet a heated storage. It was 92 outside and 90 degrees inside. I was soaked wet by the time my fiancé and I were done. Not sure why there is need for a heated storage in the summertime.

The young man that assisted me was very pleasant and answered all my questions. He should be in charge, the other should take note from him and be more willing to help instead of brushing people off to other coworkers. The store close at 7 o'clock I got there the door was still open and it was not 7 yet close to it. The first thing I get is we closed, we closed. If, we closed the door is locked. The point is it was not 7 o”clock so, I should receive service. Thank You Mr. Service man that helped me.

The truck I rented had repairable damage to it. Indicator lights were always on. The return was so crowded the trucks blocked the entrance... To this stores credit I will say this is the first time I was disappointed in the service and equipment. I've used this store on multiple occasions and was satified.

With the economy the way it is, I know it's hard to find good help. When I came to get my rental the guys were not very knowledgeable, and didn't know how to do some things. Couldn't even answer the Drayton Freight man's question about where to put a delivery, nor did they know about the $50 guarantee, since when I got there my truck or the dolly I requested was there. When I returned it was two other guys, and I forgot the older bald head man's name that was able to assist me and knew the answers to my questions. He made my first time experience a lot better.

For one, never rent a vehicle out to a customer that can't run beyond 4 miles, two, never leave a customer stranded for over 6 hrs because of number one, and finally, never keep a customer waiting while stranded, waiting for hours to hear from nor promise to fix the situation if is improbable!

Whole experience was terrible, didn't get the truck I wanted. They turned my one way into a two-way, and they charged me a extra $300 after I turned my truck end. I'll never use Uhaul ever again!

I was notified of a change in pick up location 7 minutes before the scheduled time, and was already to the location. Because of this, I was very late back to my house, where movers were already waiting for me. This cost me an extra $40. Very upsetting. There was a couple in a truck at the first location who were having difficulty as well, and were told to pick up at 7:30, but the store/building did not open until 9! They had other issues as well, including a change in their drop off date. The truck I eventually drove was is poor condition. There was a low tire indicator and an prompt showing to fix the tire system fixed. I showed the man the light and he said it was fine. The side wide angle mirror was broken as well as the little nob on the handle to the window opener.

The staff who I first got the uhaul storage unit was AMAZING! The check out staff particularly the Caucasian man was rude, not helpful and combative instead of assisting when the gates and doors wouldn’t open with my key! He just kept saying I was doing it wrong which I wasn’t and that he has a work order in.. It was 93 degrees outside and I kept having to go back and forth to the office to get into my storage unit…

Staff went above and beyond in conflict resolution and made sure my experience was less stressful as humanly possible. Even with mix ups from corporate the 7 mile staff stepped in with accountability and not only fixed the issues but also assured me as a consumer. Quality customer care is hard to come by which is why I only deal with this particular location. The staff are welcoming and upbeat , the facility is always spotless and theres never a problem that isn’t fairly Negotiated !

During peak hours, the waiting time for assistance can be extraordinarily long, and all team members may not be trained or empowered to handle all transactions. This was actually my 2nd trip. I had come in the day before to pay my storage bill and reserve an additional storage unit, waited in line for 30 minutes, only to be told I'd have to return the following day because the team member was not able to service self-storage account matters.
